Nice apartment located at walkable distance from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. The place is really quiet, but in a 5 minute walk you are in the middle of the action ! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, the vaporetto… It takes almost 45 minutes to walk to St Mark’s square but still, it is definitely worth it in my opinion. Owner was very easy to contact and really helpful. Definitely a place I’d recommend !

Buenas ubicación

Un apartamento muy acogedor y dispone de todo. Buena zona, cerca de la estación ferroviaria, en caso que necesitéis coger trenes, esta al lado, tiene la parada de Vaporettos que te llevan por todos los puntos de Venecia y las Islas próximas, así como, Torcello, Burano y Murano... Esta a unos 30 mits caminando hasta el centro Plaza Sant Marco. También tiene la parada del vaporetto que viene del aeropuerto, así como de taxis, algún restaurante y una cafetería al lado, como un Supermercado a unos 100m pasado el puente calatraba. Y a unos 10 mits del barrio Judio el Guetto. Lo recomiendo!!!

El apartamento es perfect...

El apartamento es perfecto para una familia con niños, cerca de los lugares más turísticos pero en una zona muy tranquila. Está muy cuidado y el precio es ajustado a las características del apartamento. Los propietarios son realmente amables y nos han atendido muy bien. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos.

Bien situé !

Propriétaire rapide à répondre. Appartement bien situé à 10 minutes des arrivées d’autobus. Super propre. Très tranquille. Nous aurions aimé quelques attentions comme des trucs pratiques dans le frigo comme beaucoup le font (pain, lait, etc.). Il manque quelques articles de plus : papier toilettes, essuie-tout, guenille de plus, serviette à vaisselle de plus. Petit problème avec l’eau chaude qui est très limitée…. Je recommande tout de même parce que le reste compense grandement!

Gute Lage, ruhige Wohnung

Sauber, ruhig, WLAN langsam und mit Unterbrechungen. Zug- und Busbahnhof sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vaporetto in ca. 5 Minuten. Teilweise etwas kalt in der Wohnung. Zentral geregelte Heizung darf vom Mieter nicht verstellt werden.

Fantastic Location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to main station, and locals area. The apartment is comfortable, but it needs some updating. The heat was off and hot water as well upon arrival. Had to wait for it to be turned on, no directions as to how to do so, and owner said it was their preference to do so themselves. Kitchen could use more cups, clean dishes, and the linens and pillows all need to be replaced. Walls are dirty and banged up. Shower leaks. These are all typical of a European vacation rental it seems. I’m being a bit picky. The convenience was worth the price on a time sensitive journey through Venice. Owners were very kind and had excellent communication. We had a lovely stay and would return, thank you!

Perfect location close to train station and restaurants. Quiet, safe and secure. However, bed is very uncomfortable, limited hot water for shower, and not as clean as we would have liked.

Ok accomodation but not perfect!

The accommodation is advisable but there are some things that need to be fixed. 1-Upon check in, a couple of sheets were missing. Generally sleeping textiles were not fresh. 2-The sofa bed was not so comfortable and we put the mattress on the floor and got rid of the sofa's sound. 3-There should be a mosquito killer on the house and city map. 4-In the bathroom the shower did not work properly, once it gets warm and suddenly gets called. The house is very close to the train station and supermarket so called Despar, if I return to Venice maybe book this again.

Good, clean, central

Our family of 5 spent two nights in this apartment that is conveniently located close to the railway station. Despite being on the ground floor, it was quiet. We put our two primary school kids on the sofa bed, that would be a bit uncomfortable for adults. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed that there was all one would need for simple meals. The water heater was a bit tricky, but I guess that will have been fixed by now. Good place for exploring Venice

Adorable apartment away from the craziness!

Really enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment. We ended up not using the kitchen but it looked very accessible. Comfortable firmer bed and enjoyed having the AC as it was very warm during our stay. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough to sleep soundly. Thank you again!

Great location!

The apartment is located very conveniently to the train station which made it an ideal place to use as a base while we explored Venice and area. It was clean and had most things we needed for our stay. We found the kitchen amenities did not match the quality of the rest of the apartment. (a pot that leaked, mismatched glasses, etc) We ran short of supplies like dish soap, but one message later, they were quickly delivered to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here.

Comfortable and very convenient location

Excellent apartment close to the Venezia San Lucia train station

The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is very accessible, but on a very quiet street away from the crowds. Frederica was there to meet us as planned and she went over everything. We didn't use anything but the washing machine. It worked fine, but there needs to be clear written directions for us non-Europeans. We had some questions and Fabiano, Giorgia's husband was there in a flash with a great smile, and good English to answer all our questions. I had a minor medical emergency while there, all of them were very concerned. There is one caution. Anytime you are staying by yourselves and don't speak the language, make sure you contact the owner to see what to do in an emergency. The ambulance came quickly, but only after we could find someone who spoke Italian so they could talk on the telephone to say where we were. This is an excellent apartment and we would go back in a minute. Thank you Frederica, Fabiano, and Girogia.

Perfect Venice Rental

We rented this apartment after reading the reviews about how close it was to the train station. It was absolutely perfect!! Not only was it close to the train station, but also close to some amazing restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and best priced souvenir stands. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, including great wifi. We took our amazon fire stick and it worked great, we got to see Netflix and other movies. The owners are great at responding to any questions we had and recommended a great restaurant we ate at twice. You can't go wrong with this great rental!

Perfect apartment

We had an amazing stay and thought your apartment was wonderful. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Very convenient for walking from the train with luggage and very close to the water taxi. Therefore, it is relatively fast to get anywhere. We also enjoyed walking as it took us out of the busy tourist areas and into some quaint neighborhoods. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Great for sleeping. Air conditioner worked well in the hot August heat. We asked for a restaurant suggestion upon our arrival and we're given a great restaurant nearby to the apartment. So good, we ate their twice. Thanks for quickly responding to our communications. We happily recommend your property to anyone going to Venice.

Très bel appartement climatisé dans un lieu calme proche de tout ! De la gare, du vaporetto, des restaurants, des boutiques et d'un supermarché. Juste deux remarques en vue d'améliorer le service, il manquait le micro onde et la cafetière (nous n'en avions perso pas besoin) et dans la douche il faudrait changer l'étagère ou on dépose les produits elle est très rouillée. Sinon c'est top on recommande.

Très bien

Cet appartement est très bien situé, proche de la gare et de tous les transports en commun. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute (Nous avons eu des petits soucis personnels et ils ont vraiment tout fait pour nous aider).

Quiet and Quaint Apartment

We stayed here for 5 nights! We loved the location and how close we were to the train station! We had a great time in Venice visiting the Rialto bridge, St. Mark's, Lido Beach and Murano, Burano, and Torcello! The apartment was furnished nicely and it was very clean. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing long term stay in Venice

Spend 6 weeks at the Lagoon apartment in a conveniently located and quiet area. The apartment is modern and well equipped. The landlords - Fabiano and his wife Giorgia- were friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake in my booking and there were happy to help find a solution. I highly recommend the lagoon apartment for short and long term stay in Venice.
