Located in a prime location, we put our heart and soul into renovating and decorating this beautiful apartment. For your comfort and enjoyment, the project was completed in December 2012; all the appliances, furniture, multimedia equipment, and kitchenware are new and of high quality.
Close to everything: the train station, the transit hub, parking lots, shops, the Old Town, the market, and the lake… are all less than a 5-minute walk away.
Located on the fourth floor (accessible by elevator), at the top of the tower, this south-facing apartment overlooks the city center and offers a magnificent view of the Castle, the Church of the Presentation, and Semnoz.
A separate entrance leads to a large living room with an open kitchen and a rotunda-style lounge area. On the mezzanine level is an alcove with a 140-bed. The living room sofa converts into a 140-bed (using the “Rapido” system). Both beds are of exceptional quality (Bultex and Dunlopillo). The bathroom is separate.
A large basement is available for your luggage, bicycles, skis, etc.
