This apartment is perfect for a stay in Bellagio. It was clean and has all of the kitchen equipment you would expect from a fully functioning home. There are two balconies, one from the bedroom and one from the lounge. The lounge balcony has a stunning view over lake Como. The property has air conditioning units in the lounge and bedroom which can be used on heat or cool. Nadia the host was very accommodating allowing us to check in earlier than normal which really helped us. She gives clear messages and is very helpful. The property has an underground garage, which is a bit tight but even for a big car it fits comfortably. A short 10 minute walk puts you in Bellagio at the top of the hill right by all of the shops and restaurants. Another few minutes down the hill to the ferry port. Overall this apartment is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Bellagio but within easy walking distance.

Spectacular View

We stayed in Nadia’s apartment in Bellagio during the 2nd week of May 2023. Nadia was an excellent host. She communicated with us throughout the booking process, and was always very kind and responsive to our questions. There is an elevator to the apartment and it is in a secure building. The apartment is even more amazing then the pictures show. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. The apartment is bright, nicely decorated, has large rooms, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities we could ask for in a holiday home. It was very comfortable living there during our stay. The WiFi is good but the modem is in a different apartment in the building. Nadia is working on resolving that. For groceries, there is a large CO-OP Grocery Store about a km up the road. There are also 2 very good restaurants each side of the apartment building. Great food, good value. The ferry port is a 1km walk but take note that there are virtually no taxis in Bellagio, should you require one from the ferry port to the apartment or for sightseeing. This apartment was an excellent choice for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we get back to Bellagio. Thank you, Nadia.

Fabulous apartment!!!

This was the perfect property. Nadia and her sister were so kind and helpful. The property is immaculate, the bed was comfortable and of course, the views were outstanding. Every morning and evening we so enjoyed our private balcony. As well, having secure parking was a big bonus. Having salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar would have been nice. I had those with me, knowing that they didn't provide it, but my luggage was lost, so we had to go into town to purchase it. If your luggage is lost at MXP--trust me, it is a time-consuming and frustration situation to retrieve it. So, be sure to pack extra clothes and such in your carry-on. Nadia's vacation rental was outstanding. I guarantee you a great time if you book it.

Wonderful visit to Lake Como

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Kittycasa apartment. Hosts Nadia and Simona were great, location is perfect, lovely view over the lake and 10 minute walk into Bellagio. Could be happier with our stay.

Great apartment!—

Great apartment close walk to center of town. Lots of restaurants near by. The one next door is great. Air conditioner which was needed since we were having a heat wave. The place worked great for us and our two daughters. Hosts were very helpful.

Clean, affordable, close to town rental

Overall great and affordable place to stay in Vilaggio. About a 7 to 10 minute walk into town. Make sure to stop by a store before arriving. No paper towels, salt pepper, basic amenities. AC worked great, big clean bathroom. Great view off the balcony.

The views and hospitality !

This location couldn't be better. A walk from town, but really close to everything. The views were unreal from the home. Nadia and Simone were so hospitable to us. We felt very welcomed. Great location. Try the restaurant next door. Very friendly family as well. We will be back!

Excellent choice!

CasaKatty Nadia and her sister, Simona, were very warm and welcoming and spoke excellent English. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, in a great location, with magnificent views across the lake. (There was construction in progress on the property below which is likely to continue for several months.) We parked our car in Nadia's locked garage. The whole complex is very secure. Although there is no wifi, the restaurant next door (La Bellagina - strongly recommended) was very happy for us to connect to theirs. We were also able to connect to it from our balcony. Our only suggestions would be to provide a toaster and a blender, soap for the shower, and spare toilet paper. We were very glad to have air conditioning. We were also very touched to receive small gifts from Nadia upon leaving: "Souvenirs of your visit to Bellagio". Thank you! Overall, we were extremely happy and would highly recommend the apartment.

Great Bellagio apartment

Lovely apartment with fantastic view of lake Como. Very comfortable location just about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Bellagio. Apartment is neat and clean. You'll find everything needed for your long pleasant stay. Nadia so friendly apartment's owner will advise you places to see and restaurants to visit. Highly recommended rental property for your holidays! 5*
