Prestigiosa villa, vista al mar y montaña clasificada, piscina climatizada, agua salada

Amplia villa en una tranquila zona residencial con vistas panorámicas al mar y las montañas circundantes del interior de Niza. Rodeada de antiguas terrazas de piedra, esta villa está plantada con vegetación mediterránea: pinos, olivos, palmeras y buganvillas. El pintoresco pueblo de Gattières está a solo 1 km. Encontrará todas las comodidades (restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas locales que venden productos locales). Niza y su Promenade des Anglais están a 20 minutos.

La villa está orientada al sur y está amueblada con muebles de estilo provenzal del período Luis XV. Compuesto por una gran sala de estar de 60 m2, con su chimenea de piedra y su gran ventanal, permitiendo el paso de la luz y el sol, dando acceso a la piscina y a una gran terraza con barbacoa, rodeada de flores y de vegetación. La cocina se abre en la sala de estar por una bóveda de piedra.

Planta baja: dormitorio principal, cama de 160 cm, baño con ducha y WC separados.
Arriba: 2 dormitorios, uno, cama doble de 140 cm - las otras 3 camas individuales - un baño con bañera y 1 inodoro con ducha - 1 inodoro separado.
Las habitaciones dan acceso a su propia terraza individual, y una de las habitaciones tiene un solárium para disfrutar del sol con total privacidad.

La piscina climatizada, tratada con sal es de 8m x 6m y está equipada con una alarma y cerrada por la puerta de hierro forjado.

Para mantenerse ocupado, hay juegos al aire libre, como futbolín, ping-pong y petanca.

Lovely villa, and it does have evrything you might need. Very spacious villa and big pool. Our boys loved it. 2 min drive to nearest bakery and shoop but the drive to Nice beach is quite a drive it takes approx 40-45min.

A beautiful place with a fantastic view

We had a great week at this lovely place. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. They lived in a part of the house, but we hardly noticed them. We’d gladly go there again. Recommended!

Family vacation

Family vacation: ( kids 4, 9, 11 years old and husband). The kids loved the pool. Lot of swimming pool toys. Beautiful view over the ocean and mountains.

September Holiday in Gattieres

Such a lovely property and stay near Nice. It was lovely to be out of the city and enjoyed the beauty of the area without having to deal with the traffic and congestion. Gerard, our host, was lovely to meet and responded when we needed assistance and protected our privacy the entire visit. You will need an auto in this area - roads are narrow and walking is a hazard. So much to see in the area - delightful views and holiday with our friends.

Fabulous villa

The villa was fabulous, with stunning views and in a quiet residential area. The pool in particular was the best we’ve had- wonderfully warm. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house had a real old fashioned charm. You may want to bring along blackout blinds for the bedrooms, and may need to rely on mobile data rather than the wifi which didn’t always work. The air conditioning was excellent in all bedrooms and the main living area. Overall we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent Host

The house was well looked after and the owner is very kind and helpful with any needs and questions we had. The fridge was stocked on our arrival with a welcome pack and the owner brought us local cheeses and a great bottle of wine.The house is well appointed and the well sized pool and garden are comfortable and very clean. The owner lives in the appendix to the villa so very nearby but very discrete. Lots of privacy! Easy drive to most of the marvels of the Cote! We can highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place to stay

We were very impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the the owners who made us feel welcome right from the start of our holiday. The well appointed villa is set in the hillside and gives a wonderful view down the valley with Nice about 10 kilometres in the distance. The location was very quiet and was an incredibly relaxing place to escape the noise and crowds of the coast itself. The villa lacked nothing - all amenities were there and free to use - the solar heated swimming pool is a really neat idea and the surrounding area had lots of space for lounging around. The villa and pool are completely private and not overlooked which adds to the great experience of being free to do your own thing. The villa is a beautiful place to spend quality time, neat, clean, and tastefully decorated. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms made the nights comfortable too. We didn't spend much time in the villa during the day as we were touring around a lot. All in all, we were impressed and would go again.

Wonderful villa for a perfect holiday in France

The villa is a lovely Provençal house high in the hills with a beautiful - stunning - view of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of Nice. It is large, spotlessly clean, comfortable and has all the modern comforts: WIFI, cable tv, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning in the major sitting room and all bedrooms, etc, etc. And of course a wonderful garden with terraces and a beautiful private swimming pool. The villa is situated just outside of the lovely hilltop village of Gattières in a quiet, residential area. We were a bit concerned by the review regarding the noise, but have found construction activities on the neighbouring house to be completed. The location if the house is ideal for day trips to Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Vence, etc. etc. There are shops, restaurants and other services nearby and the friendly and hospitable owners will readily give you their inside tips and suggestions. The owners are very helpful and friendly, welcoming you with a bottle of wine and a warm reception. Their aim is to provide the perfect holiday and they are there to help you with any practical questions you may have, but at the same time respect your privacy. We have spent a perfect fortnight there and have invited friends and family to join us next time. Needless to say we can highly recommend a holiday in this house and we have already booked our next vacation there in 2014!

Angefangen von der traumhaften Lage des Hauses, durch die man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Var-Tal, das Meer und Nizza hat, über die großzügig, praktisch und sinnfällig geschnittene Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit den ausgesprochen charmanten Vermietern bis hin zu so nützlichen Dingen wie nahegelegener Supermarkt (Intermarché nur wenige Minuten entfernt) und Erreichbarkeit sehenswerter Nahziele (Nizza, Cannes, Antibes und das kleine Künstlerörtchen St. Paul de Vence) war alles einfach perfekt. Wir fanden hier die Realität noch schöner als die Fotos, haben jeden Tag in dem schönen Domizil und besonders den Pool sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen war es perfekt, drei Zimmer (mit jeweils 2 Betten) zu haben, wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Super friendly and very helpful hosts. We felt comfortable and had a great time in the spacious villa. We were guests with a dog and 6 people and enjoyed every single day.

Super villa sur les hauteurs de Nice

Annonce totalement conforme: La villa est magnifique. Les espaces intérieurs sont à la fois vastes et très fonctionnels. La vue de jour et de nuit est splendide. La piscine et sa douche (toutes deux à chauffage solaire) sont très très agréables. Enfin nos hôtes, Gérard et Jany, ont été très accueillants, gentils et généreux de pleins d'attentions et de conseils. Je recommande : n'hésitez pas !

Lieu reposant

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante et dépaysante. La maison est parfaite et la vue à couper le souffle. Jany et Gérard nous ont très bien accueillis et ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse et espérons pouvoir y retourner.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Gattières. Die Besitzer des Ferienhauses waren unglaublich herzlich. Super Pool, der vor allen für unsere Kinder toll war. Allein der Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer war Erholung pur.

Superb

We can only give our best recommendations to this property. Lovely house with a very nice large pool and nice area around it. Very well equipped and clean house. Nice, authentic and peaceful atmosphere. Magnificent views over the see and surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and service minded. A corona welcome kit was provided and everything seemed very safe both in the house but also in the area, e.g. on restaurants. We loved it.

Die Lage ist oben in den Bergen mit Blick auf das Var-Tal und auf Nizza. Der Pool ist groß und halbseitig sogar richtig tief.

Sehr angenehme Woche in einer gepflegten Villa

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in einer Villa in guter strategischer Lage. Viele attraktive Ausflugsziele sind in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Dorf und die Nachbarorte haben gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind reizend und helfen mit Rat bei der Erkundung der Umgebung. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Raum Nizza kommen wir gerne wieder auf dieses Haus zurück.
