I absolutely loved this place. While it was intended as a vacation for my partner & I during a training I had, he had a work emergency and was unable to come at the last minute. The home is beautiful- I could not imagine a more amazing dream home. The owner and property manager were truly amazing. They made the check in process easy & gave excellent recommendations for where to go for dinner, etc. I was not able to use the jacuzzi during my stay due to the business of my work trainings, but would have loved to. The jacuzzi is on a deck overlooking the water and is breathtaking. Each morning when I had my coffee, a female red tail hawk would come and keep my company. I looked forward to seeing her every morning and having her hang out with me. If you are debating due to the price, I would recommend going here. You won’t regret it. It was clean, accommodating, and so beautiful. On the last day I ended up breaking my foot in three places & tore my Achilles. The property manager went above and beyond to assist me since I was alone during the check out process. The kindness went above & beyond. The location is also very safe and quiet, which was an added bonus. I cannot imagine anyone having a single thing to complain about. It is truly amazing. I would love to stay again here in the future with my partner. There has never been a more beautiful place. As an ocean person who works in emergency response, I’ve seen a lot of beaches. The beaches in close proximity are breath taking.

Beautiful home, amazing views

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay In this beautiful, beautiful location! The views from the home were stunning, and the house was very comfortable and easy to navigate. Our hosts communicated well with us and gave us helpful local tips.

Love this place!!

Might be our favorite VRBO ever! The views are immaculate! Everything you could ever need is provided such as cooking supplies, dishware, detergent for washing machine, ect. The property managers are quick to answer questions and are very kind. Definitely add this property to your list of stays! You won’t regret it!

All about the view!

Great location above the water. Lots of stairs but good exercise moving from level to level. Full equipped kitchen. But the coffee maker was very difficult to use.The view of the largest bedroom was phenominal!Good instructions for parking etc. And good contact with owners when we had questions.Hardest for us (as seniors) was streaming on the tv For our favorite show and the sound on actual TV was turned off. Fortunately i located the button on the side of the screen.

Amazing location.

Loved the stay. Had to follow up with the owner to get check-in instructions. The grill was not functional. However, the location was worth every cent, and the cabin was very comfortable.

Amazing stay right above the waves

Beautiful location on the edge of a bluff right above the ocean. The sound of the waves was so beautiful. Very comfortable beds and well appointed house would stay again.

Fabulous House!

I stayed in this house for an extended weekend for an annual trip with friends. You absolutely can't beat the views!! The beds were comfy and the living room was cozy with the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again.

Dillon Beach House

Basically, everything was as advertised. Everyone was impressed with the view, the layout of the house and the bedrooms. I was told how great the beds were. The only issue was, one family member related to me that he received a shock while holding the outdoor shower handle.

Beautiful location

Perfect Escape

Our group of friends wanted to take a couple of days to relax outside of SF and see some beautiful views, and this was the perfect spot. The little community is easily walkable, the views unbeatable, and the grill and hot tub make it easy to just stay in and enjoy. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook after stocking up in Petaluma, but the coastal kitchen was also a nice stop after walking to the beach. Such a lovely house, clean and well maintained.

A magical getaway

It is so rare to find a place so intimately connected to the sea. The views here and breathtaking, the beds cozy, the hot tub amazing and Dillon beach is such a wonderful nearby treasure. We loved our stay!

Grandma’s birthday weekend

Beatiful stormy weekend. The location of this house perched over the ocean was perfect for watching the storm roll in, eating yummy seafood tucked in with a fire in the fireplace. When the weather was clear we walked on the beach and checked out Bodega Bay and the Point Reyes seashore.

Lovely views, immaculate house

Had a delightful time with our (grown) kids and their partners. We so enjoyed being able to spread out across the living room and watch the view - was a lovely space to just be together.

For over 20 years David coveted this amazing house as a renter. With encouragement from wife Jessica, they eventually took the first risky step towards owning the house, making the initial purchase with the help of investors.

Six years later they were able to buy the property outright, and now curate this magical and breathtaking property as a team, spending time watching the crashing waves together whenever possible.
