Le encantará la ubicación de nuestro condominio OCEANFRONT # 104. ¡Napili Bay Condominiums se encuentra directamente en la famosa playa de Napili Bay! Como verás en las fotos, tenemos una vista fabulosa del océano y la playa.

Tenemos una cama queen y también una cama nido que tiene dos colchones gemelos que nos permiten acomodar hasta 4 personas cómodamente. Nuestro televisor de pantalla plana tiene un reproductor de DVD incorporado, también encontrará un dock para iPod y un reproductor de CD, y SERVICIO DE INTERNET WIFI GRATUITO A ALTA VELOCIDAD. En nuestro lanai tenemos un par de sillas de playa para usar a su conveniencia.

Hemos proporcionado todas las comodidades estándar que uno esperaría en un alquiler de vacaciones y luego un poco más para acomodar nuestra pasión por la cocina. Nuestra empresa de administración con licencia en la isla MAUI BEACHFRONT RENTALS ha estado prestando servicios a nuestros huéspedes durante más de 20 años. The unit was as described, however the floors were not adequately cleaned and we had to request for them to be re-cleaned. We received a quick response to our request. There was also garbage under one of the bedside tables. Great location and unobstructed beach view. Unit nicely equipped. We recommend this unit, and would have rated it a 5, if not for the inadequate cleaning.

2nd stay at these Condos. This one was Ocean facing and newly remodeled. My only ask would be an Air conditioner to cool down while sleeping. Enjoyed the view and closeness to the beach

Great spot right on Napili Bay!

Wonderful studio right on the beach in Napili Bay. Clean, remodeled. Could use some hooks both in the bathroom and on the lanai to help with drying towels and beach clothing, but overall a great spot with great ammenities!

The update/remodel is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The view is gorgeous and relaxing on the lanai is amazing.

Myself and my husband liked this unit so much in 2017 we re-booked for 2018. Not the fanciest unit but extremely affordable and comfortable. Absolutely the best location and awesome views. Rental Company is great to work with also, we will be back.

Perfect location

The location was perfect it's right on the napili beach which is my favorite Beach on the whole island of Maui. The condo was clean and had what we needed; however, it is very dated, except the shower seems to have been redone and is very nice. Could use some updating.

BEST on ocean rental on maui

Absolutely perfect, 10 feet from the beach. Comfortable and everything you could need to stay (except mask/snorkel, I get it tho). The cool ocean breeze blowing through the apartment was amazing. Waves were the constant background noise. Turtles swimming casually next to you. Remember people, this IS a public beach so it can get a bit noisy during the day from crowds but not a deterrent to stay f there

property in need of a complete remodel. screens broken.,b r lock broken, unit not clean . needed extra visit by different cleaning agency to finally get the floor clean I would prefer to pay more per nt at a different unit that was remodeled. not much breeze w fans needs aircond.

Thank you for your feedback, Robert. We're sorry your stay wasn't up the standard we usually set. We expect that our guests should arrive at completely cleaned units, and we go with the best cleaning service on island to ensure this. It appears in your case it wasn't properly cleaned. We've very sorry about that. As well, we will get the lock fixed. In regards to A/C, this unit has overhead fans, and the cross breeze usually blows through the unit when the windows are open, keeping things cool. With you coming to stay during July, it was our hottest time of year, and it was especially scorching this year. As previous reviews on this unit indicate, it doesn't tend to get that hot in the unit. Again, we're very sorry that we fell short of your expectations. Please do give us a chance to make it up to in the future, perhaps in a remodel unit as you mentioned? We appreciate you being our guest. Mahalo.

The location is amazing.

While in the area, we walked through the Ritz Carlton. Yes, their property is nicer, but their location is no where as good, and they are about 5 times the price. This property is right on the beach. Everything in VRBO that described the property was accurate. It is a little dated, but clean. There is not AC or heat, but not needed. The air flows from one side of the unit to the other, easily keeping the place cool. There is an overhead fan if needed, but we hardly used it. For the price, there is no better value. Lots of free parking. Nice beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella included. Great place to stay. We saw lots of turtles in the bay, and we could see whales from our room.

Great spot, outdated unit.

Great location on the beach but this unit is very outdated and the price does is high. All of the other units I went into were very nicely appointed with granite counter tops and nice furniture. My stove did not work properly, the beach umbrella and chairs were broken and when I called Maui Beachfront Rentals I was told that’s the way it is as these items are not included. Really? For the amount of money you are paying for a week and You can’t get an umbrella and a beach chair that isn’t torn? The only reason I rated it 3 stars was because of the location. Otherwise it would have been one star. This place is not worth the price.

Thank you for your feedback, Dave. We're sorry our condo didn't work out as well for you as you would have liked. We're sorry the umbrella and chairs we're not in working order. We have taken steps to remove these items from our unit, as they were creating difficulties in keeping the unit clean and tended to get broken easily. We have established a partnership with the Snorkel Store to rent these items out to our guests at a discounted rate. We will take a closer look at the stove to see if it needs replacing. One big issue

Unit was clean. Could use alot of updating. Shower curtain was worn. The biggest issue was there was no air condition in the unit. I didn't think this would be a problem being that the unit is right on the beach but the room was so hot. The ceiling fan and the floor fan didn't do us any good. You can't open the balcony for more air because you will get all kinds of visitors coming in. This was our biggest issue. The heat made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that it was ok.

Can't beat the location

This Napili Bay unit has been remodeled beautifully. If you are familiar with these units you know the location is awesome. We've been coming for years. Just a couple of comments: The floors are tile and when we checked in, appeared clean. However, after about an hour of walking barefoot the bottoms of our feet were black. The unit had a broom but no mop. I brought the questionable floor cleanliness up to the property managers. Their cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The write up on the unit stated beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. We found 1 beach chair and 1 umbrella. The prop mgrs did provide another chair and I see that the description no longer indicates any beach equipment. INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING The addition of some towel hooks would be nice.

Spectacular location modern updated unit

We loved our stay at Napili Bay as the location is spectacular. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean and enjoy ocean breezes all day and night. Walking distance to Kapalua Bay for snorkeling. We took advantage of the Sea House restaurant as it is a 4 min walk. The unit is fabulously redone. We pick location over privacy & A/C as the experience and convenience is first rate. We would stay here in a heartbeat again!

Perfect location!

Napili Bay Resort is our favorite place on Maui! Right on the beach, this condo is the perfect location. We snorkeled every day - just steps from Napili Bay or a little longer walk to Kapalua Bay or the other direction to turtle cove. The condo itself is nice but could stand some updates. But it was clean, snowy white towels, nice beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, noodles, and a floaty thing. Everything you need to enjoy the water. The bed was comfortable and there was a trundle bed. We’ll definitely be back to Napili Bay Resort!

Thanks for the five-star review, Joyce. This is a truly a unique and special location on island. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, right on a beach, offering amazing views. The "perfect location" is not a overstatement. We will be looking at adding some updates in the future, thanks for the suggestion. This unit is right on the water with a lovely view from the lanai. We had everything g we needed to enjoy our time in NW Maui. Great market around the corner. Hope to be back again soon! What a delight.
