Beautiful house and amazing view!

Very nice and responsive host. The house has a spectacular view over the sea, was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor kitchen is great (pizza oven, barbecue, gas stove etc. etc.). We had a great time there with out two kids.

Amazing!!

The pictures don't show how wonderful it is! We were 6 adults and enjoy our all 2 weeks. The view is amazing and to enjoy it from the pool is soo great. Outdoor kitchen is bigger then it´s looks and we used that every day/evening. We recommend this house for every one at all time! A recommendation is to have a small or big SUV, the road is not the best (but this is Italy..)

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet für 5 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind in der Tat überwältigend. Wir waren im Oktober dort, das Wasser des Pools war dann schon relativ kalt und dementsprechend sehr erfrischend. Zur Lage: das Haus liegt etwas abseits und relativ weit oben am Hang. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und man darf kein ängstlicher Autofahrer sein. Ein SUV ist definitiv vorteilhaft, da die Bodenfreiheit sonst knapp wird. Aber mit einem Ford Focus ging es auch. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass er dort auch teilweise selbst wohnt.

Traumurlaub!

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets, bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert, Gaetano hat uns alles bestens erklärt und einige wertvolle Tips gegeben. Die Zufahrt ist etwas schwierig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und planen einen weiteren Aufenthalt.

Zeer proper en goed uitgerust huis. Geweldig zicht, zeer rustig gelegen, laatste villa. Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Zorg wel voor een krachtige auto want het laatste stuk van de rit is pittig, onverhard omhoog. Aanrader.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick

Super liebe Gastgeber, alles da was man zum schönen Leben braucht. Mitten in der Natur aber nah dran an vielen Ausflugszielen. Die Anfahrt ist teilweise steil, der Mietwagen sollte also ein paar PS haben.

Hier kann man herrlich Entspannen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Gaetano hat uns super instruiert und sogar noch Obst, Wasser und Kaffee spendiert. Für die angenehm abgeschiedene Lage in wilder Natur nahmen wir den "Aufstieg" und drei sehr anhängliche, aber friedliche Straßenhunde vor dem Tor gerne in Kauf (Gelände ist umzäunt). Die Aussicht ist jedenfalls phänomenal! Ansonsten noch besonders positiv hervorzuheben: Babybett, Mückengitter, Pool-Terrasse Herzliche Grüße!

Super Aussicht!

Fantastische Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht, ob Tag oder Nacht. Die Villa bietet alles was man so braucht. Grosse schöne Zimmer und Bäder. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die Aussenküche mit Abwaschgelegenheit, 4 Kochfelder, Backofen, ein Grill und super Pizzaofen. Alles unter gedeckter Terrasse und viel Platz (wir habe nur 3 Mal auswärts gegessen, sonst immer die Aussenküche benutzt, fantastisch!). Es gibt auch ein Trinkwasseranschluss, somit entfällt die Wasserschlepperei vom Supermarkt. Ein Geschoss tiefer befindet sich der Pool mit Dusche und Sitzgelegenheit. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern oder vor Ort noch imposanter. Gaetano hat uns herzlich begrüsst und alles erklärt. Auch hat er einmal pro Woche den Pool gereinigt und den Abfall (getrennt: Papier-Karton, Glas, Plastic, Organisch und Allg.) entsorgt, wobei immer im Voraus eine WhatsApp-Anmeldung zugestellt. Wir fühlten uns in der Villa sehr wohl und haben unsere vier Wochen sehr genossen. Wir können diese Villa ohne Vorbehalt sehr empfehlen. Lieber Gaetano nochmals herzlichen Dank für Alles! Perfektes Anwesen in beeindruckender Lage

Wir waren im Juni bei anhaltend schönem Wetter mit fünf Personen in der Villa Ibiscus. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns die Besitzerfamilie mit einem herzlichen Willkommensgruß. Die Einweisung ins Haus war detailliert und alles in bester Ordnung. Das Haus selbst verfügt über alles Nötige und entsprach exakt der Objektbeschreibung. Insbesondere die Außenbereiche mit Küche, Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten usw. sind einladend und gut gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist wunderbar angelegt und sehr sauber. Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einem unfassbar schönen Ausblich auf Meer und Bucht. Insgesamt verbrachten wir eine tolle Woche mit vielen entspannten Stunden. Vielen Dank an Gaetano für den tollen Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft.

Beautiful & homely villa with amazing views

I booked this for 1 week with my husband , in-laws and 20 month daughter. Lovely villa , fully equipped (especially with fantastic toys that my daughter loved) Very child friendly on both the villa& courtyard and pool and sun deck area. Definitely big enough for a family to cook, eat and relax. The outside kitchen and shaded eating area are also ideal. Gaetano was always contactable for even the smallest things (even offered to help when we got a puncture) There are local supermarkets/ amenities pretty close and we enjoyed quite a few evening meals at the taking in the view and beautiful sunsets ! And enjoying drinks on the Sun deck . Just as advice for people booking, the road up to the villa ( like most of the hill roads ) is a bit steep/ dirt track so consider a hire car with a bit a clearance and power might be advisable if you’re going to be fully loaded. We’d definitely go back and recommend for friends . Thank you Gaetano !!

A beautiful villa with breathtaking views -

Villa Ibiscus is a large, spotlessly clean villa with absolutely breathtaking views. We sat for hours on the terrace both during the day and in the evening just gazing out on the ever-changing colours of the sea and mountains. As others have said, the photos here really don't do it justice. We do, however, have a couple of reasons for not giving this property the full five stars - 1) The track up to it can certainly be problematic, particularly in the dark or in bad weather, it's steep and rocky and our small car struggled in places, especially if we had to stop half way up to let another vehicle pass. If you're not used to this kind of driving then we would strongly recommend making sure you have a powerful car with a high wheel-base, and if possible a 4x4. 2) There was no real internet. The owner provided a plug-in 'web cube' and asked for 20 Euros in cash for it when we arrived, it didn't really work very well and only lasted a few days. 3) The property is quite a long way from any shops and quite a long drive away from any supermarkets. It would be good to have some supplies provided for when you arrive. The owner did sell his wine in the property for 20 Euros but no other supplies were provided. 4) We were told not to use the pizza oven. 5) Although the check-out time is stated as 11am, we were asked to leave at 9.30am as the owner had to clean the property for the next guests, although he did concede that we could stay until 10am after we pointed this out. These are all minor quibbles however, and not intended as a criticism, more as tips for how the property could be even better. Ultimately it is a clean modern villa with the most beautiful views, and a wonderful place to spend a holiday in Sicily.

Dear Guest I was delighted to welcome you on my property. About your words about what can improve, I answer: 1) The property is in the hills and the road is of course in the last stretch, uphill. I monitor it weekly. 2) Wi-Fi Internet is already provided in the paid advertisement. For the next season I will try a new internet operator that has a more powerful signal. 3) I rent like all my property. I do not provide, like all, other supplies (food, drinking). 4) I said that making pizza is difficult not that you could not use. The house is fully and fully available to my clients. 5) Check-out is provided at 10 and not at 11. I asked if it was possible at 9.30 because in the afternoon new customers were entering but we agreed for 10 o'clock. I arrived at 10.05 and the customers went away at 10.15 hours. Kind regards

Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht in einzigartiger Lage

Vorweg: Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist unglaublich, und die die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Lage direkt an einem Naturschtzgebiet beschert die Nachbarschaft eines Steinadlers, das ist schon mehr als außergewöhnlich. Die exponierte Lage verlangt allerdings einiges vom Besucher/Auto ab, denn der Weg ist für den normalen Kraftfahrer zumindest eine Herausforderung. Zum Teil unbefestigt und sehr schmal, ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug vorteilhaft. Ein kurzes "Brötchenholen" zu Fuß ist eher ausgeschlossen. Der Pool ist so, wie er dargestellt ist, und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten sind auch vorhanden, ebenso wie die Außenküche. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch über das normale Maß hinweg. Nochmals ein Dankeschön an Gaetano, als er uns direkt am ersten Tag einsammeln ließ, nachdem wir uns verlaufen hatten... Das Haus selbst ist sauber und gut aufgeteilt, zwei Schlafzimmer sind ebenso vorhanden wie zwei Bäder, die Küche ist funktionell und gut ausgestattet.

Tres bon séjour. Hôte très sympathique et disponible.

Maison propre et bien équipée (intérieur et extérieur)piscine impeccable. Superbe vue sur la mer. Nous y étions en couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et ca a été vraiment parfait. L'arrivée peut être surprenante (chemin) mais de fait vite oubliée par l'accueil et la qualité de la location. Altavilla n'est pas touristique ce qui est top car en immersion avec les locaux (courses de proximité, bars...). On peut aller facilement à Cefalu, Palerme... autoroute accessible facilement.

Nous nous sommes reposés à 100%) Vous êtes très serviable et attentionné. Je recommande votre villa pour les vacances. И так, как я из России, то напишу несколько слов для моих соотечественников. Я рекомендую виллу Ибискус и ее хозяина Гаетано для очень комфортного и изысканного отдыха. В жизни вилла оказалась красивее, чем на фото. Хозяин встретил нас, все рассказал и показал в течение 30 минут, после этого не беспокоил. Расположение виллы просто бесподобно, Вы над всеми.

Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause

Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sogar eine Küche draußen mit Pizzaofen, Kamingrill und Gasherd zusätzlich zur im Haus gelegenen und voll ausgestatteten Küche. 2 Bäder. Alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber und ein sehr zuvorkommender Besitzer. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können es nur empfehlen.

trés satisfisant

Propriétaire agréable et très attentionné. Le gite est situé à flan d'une colline un peu difficile d’accès mais on s'y habitue. Le calme et l'emplacement sont un point fort. Rien ne manque.

Espectaculares vistas muy bien acondicionada.

Villa con vistas espectaculares, muy bien acondicionada, con una zona de piscina muy agradable y otra zona exterior con horno para pizzas, barbacoa, cocina y un amplio velador que permite una estancia muy agradable. Única pega, últimos 800 m. de acceso, muy dificultosos.

Gentili clienti, vi ringrazio per la vostra recensione. Per quanto riguarda la strada, vorrei dire che degli 800 m. di accesso, i primi 600 sono asfaltati; solo gli ultimi 200 metri non lo sono perché sono all'interno della Riserva Naturale e non è permesso dalla autorità di asfaltarle. In ogni caso, provvedo immediatamente a rendere facilmente percorribile la via di accesso. Cordiali saluti

Villa Hibiscus es el hogar de unas vacaciones en familia , con maravillosas vistas al mar, situado a los pies de la reserva natural llamada " Pizzo Cane, Pizzo Trigna , Cueva Mazzamuto " pulmón verde prístino . Y ' habitable durante todo el año , ya que dispone de calefacción central y chimenea de leña. La piscina es privada , metros cuadrados. 32 m de profundidad . 1,50 y va desde mayo a septiembre. Se encuentra a unos 2 km. desde la carretera principal que le permitirá hacer un recorrido por la fascinante Sicilia , una tierra de historia antigua, rica en monumentos , sol y mar , habitado por personajes famosos por su hospitalidad y la disponibilidad. Alquiler de la propiedad por unos pocos años y he tenido un montón de comentarios positivos , como dimostratomi dar su opinión sobre los principales sitios de la industria (por ejemplo Casamundo ) . Te recomiendo que vengas a conocer esta hermosa tierra.
