Relax with the whole gang at this peaceful ocean getaway with comfy furnishings, lots of natural light, & open floor plan for hanging out. A perfect spot for fun times with friends and family. Enjoy the sunshine and gentle ocean breezes with a short walk (4 minutes) to the beach, or sit back and relax take it easy on one of the two decks. Get ready to unwind -- but if you have to check in at work, you'll appreciate the speedy wi-fi and dedicated workspaces. Kid and pet friendly. Note that this unit is half of a duplex. The east side is usually unoccupied and there is still plenty of privacy even when it is.

House is in an ideal location. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to beach. Many restaurants in surrounding area. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. Communication with owner was excellent. He responded quickly to any question i had.

Greg’s beach house was as advertised, clean and nicely decorated with beach vibes decor. The house is tucked into a cul-de-sac with abundant trees and shrubbery that give the home privacy. We arrived a little early and Greg replied immediately to a text with the code to the house for early entry. The home was comfortable and well appointed. He offers far more creature comforts than most other places we have stayed. Though it was only for a short visit, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Great house for a family friendly beach trip. Was concerned about the duplex but we could not hear any activities next door. A few very minor things when we arrived, but the owner was extremely responsive in resolving them.

Great vacation

Great place and location. Everything you need. Only complaint is it’s not advertised as a duplex. Wasn’t a problem but it should say that It was a great week spent with family at a beautiful location. Lots of shells and good access to beach

Early season getaway

For the price we were able to pay for this pre-season week it was perfect! Very easy access to the beach, house comes equipped with everything you need for your stay and is comfy and beach feeling!

Everything was great except for a few bugs. Owner was notified and was taking care of it. House was in a great location real close to the beach.

Excellent location, everything you need!

Girls trip at the end of spring break with moms and teens -- plenty of space, super comfortable, clean with extras like trash bags, toilet paper and body wash provided! A storage closet full of beach necessities like chairs, towels, coolers, and even a wagon! Kitchen is well stocked and host was super good about answering questions before the trip to help me prepare. Also loved that the house was pet friendly, since it is so hard to find a nicely furnished, clean house that allows dogs.Great area for walking and beach access is super close. We will definitely consider staying next time

We had an amazing weekend staying here very close walk to the beach and all you could need or want to do within a 10 minute drive of the house. Would absolutely stay here again

Property was clean and well appointed. Loved the outside deck. Lots of natural light and the layout is great. Plenty of space for all. Great location - short walk to the beach, short drive to the pier. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Peaceful retreat

Nice short walk to the beach, great location, we liked being away from the crowded area of town. House is well appointed and we were happy with the accommodation's. Would definitely rent again and recommend this house to anyone looking for quite and short walk to the Beach!!

Great stay

This house was perfectly suited for our family with two young children. It had a lot of extra touches that made our stay very comfortable. Our toddler loved all the toys and we enjoyed the nice living room and deck. The master room upstairs has a nice view of the ocean from the deck. Very short walk to the beach which is beautiful with lots of shells. We enjoyed having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Greg was helpful and very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. We are already hoping to return!
