Perfect Stay yet Again

We have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. Room is just as described and never disappoints. The property manager is great, and the process is painless. Already looking forward to the next time.

The beach/location was perfect, but the room was disappointing! Take your own towels and extra toilet paper, cause you ain’t getting much! Sad🥴

4th of July Stay

We absolutely loved the room.. being on the first floor away from the pool, but still close to it was awesome. My family and I throughly enjoyed the views and the quick access to the beach. I will only stay here when visiting Daytona.

Room with easy access

I loved this place! Easy to find, handicap parking just outside, step from condo to beach! Wi-Fi would have been a plus, but we were so busy house hunting it didn’t matter. Suggest some menus of local eats who deliver. Beautifully kept, charming. We had a grand time! `Chris

Race week

Came for the Daytona 500. This location was great. Loved the first floor walk out. Resort had everything we wanted even the Luau Dinner was alot of Fun. Definitely will stay here again. Only issue was we did not find a place to wash the sand off our feet, so ended up with alot of sand in our room.

Felt like home but with an amazing view.

Room was awesome with just about everything you needed to feel like home. The stovetop burners were unleveled so it was difficult to cook evenly. You had to hold pan. There was no can opener and there were no plates or bowls that were microwaveable. The place was clean and the view was awesome. We made reservations for the luau dinner on property. Nice show and food was ok. Being on the first level it was close to pool and beach. Nice pool deck and extra heated pool. Little gift shop with a friendly owner. Each room is individually owned and rented out so different decor and furniture. One complaint is weeks before, I messaged owner a few questions and never got a response. Weather fluctuated the week we were there, but being from Illinois, 60° in February was heaven. We will definitely book again in the future.

Clean and affordable

Have rented this property several times because of the first floor location. Always clean but since our last visit (2020) no noticeable updates. We always enjoy our stay!

The scenery is gorgeous and the location was awesome. There is always some sand on the floor in condos in Daytona Beach, as we owned one for forty years. But a quick sweep made everything perfect!

Enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and had most of what you need for a stay there. Patio was perfect to relax on. Very close to the pools, tiki bar and beach access. I would stay in this room again in the late spring so we could use all of the facilities.

I stay here every year with my daughter. Always very clean and the bottom floors is so convenient to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend Ana's place!

I even don't know how to start this review...

I even don't know how to start this review... When I arrived at the location, I noticed no control of people in and out from the parking lot or the beach "gate." You could see people with backpacks at the pool. Why do you take a backpack to the pool if you are staying there? The reception and the corridor that leads to the unit were extremely dirty on the floor and walls. A Clean environment isn't a thing for the building administrators and the owners. I was more concerned when I arrived at the unit; the door has an enormous mark of a break-in — more concerns about the safety. The unit itself is as pictured; the view and location were what I expected (this reason I gave 2 stars review). I didn't feel safe enough with the lack of control people in/out. Lucky that trip was a family trip, so my husband was with us all the time. I usually travel alone with my kids. Another major issue was the ac. I requested to fix it the same day I arrived, and no one came to check on it. Very hot inside the unit, outside was fresher than inside. Also, I txt the owner, and she transferred the responsibility to the management company and didn't care if someone shows up or not. The ac filter was filthy, and the apartment has a smell of mold. I have pictures to show every allegation, but I cannot find a place to post it. Always look for a premier host to avoid that kind of issue.

The beach side is nice

The room itself was nice.. the pool and ocean were pretty. The area around us was questionable but the condo has fencing all along the parking area so people cannot just walk in. It's a little intimidating but it also allows for them to keep the pool open at all hours. The tiki bar was fantastic. We had a nice time.. I was just really surprised by the area.

Great views for a great price

You get an amazing sunrise to wake you up. The room was very clean when we first arrived. The accomodations met our needs. Having coffee each morning and being able to cook simple meals is an added benefit. Excellent water pressure in the shower was nice. My only complaint, and it's a small one is that the AC and dehumidifier were quite loud when trying to sleep. The other amenities at the resort were also nice. The pools, bar and arcade kept everyone busy when the weather didn't cooperate. Thanks for having us, we enjoyed the stay.

Clean and convenient

This rental was located on the ground level which made it convenient to access the beach and heated pool. It was clean and had what we needed for a short stay with my kids. The kitchen area made it easy to prepare some light meals and snacks. If we come back, I would stay here again. Highly recommend doing the Polynesian Fire Luau at the resort if you get the chance.

Good Location

Enjoyed staying and would stay again. I would suggest some sort of rug for the sliding door. We tried not to track so much sand in but it was hard. Other than that it was really nice and we would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. We returned because of the positive experience we had the 1st time, and we weren't disappointed! We would return without hesitation.
