Christmas break

The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable and in an amazing location just a very short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.Christine the host was very welcoming and friendly and is on call for any enquiries before and during our stay.I can’t wait to be back.

Great Apartment

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment has a great views, is well thought out, in very good condition, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is great for access to the sea front, restaurants, supermarket and bus terminal. The pools are clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to stay here again.

Very well appointed, comfortable property, right in the heart of Los Cristianos. Washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave within the property. Great location for beach, bars and restaurants. Only slight concern is the height - located on the 10th floor, not suitable for children.

This is a super apartment, lovely view out to sea, extremely clean, beds comfortable and lovely hot water in shower. Couldn’t fault it, great location about 5 minutes walk to Los Cristianos harbour and all the shops and restaurants. It’s way up on the 10th floor which is why the view is so brilliant however if you don’t like heights you might be a bit nervous looking over the balcony! Saying that, they also have an apartment lower down! Hosts are super friendly too, as were all the various residents we bumped into during our stay that live in the apartment block. Overall a great choice if visiting Los Cristianos, would definitely stay there again.

A Real Gem

Everything about this place is perfect. From the owner meeting us for check-in and showing us where everything was, to the cleanliness, to the location, to the views. The owner, Christine, added a couple of lovely touches, like leaving a bottle of Cava for Christmas. Would definitely return.

Great apartment with balcony getting sun from 1pm all day. Everything on the door step plus 5 min walk to harbour where can go out and see whales/dolphins. 10/10.

Great location, great apartment great view.

We have been to Tenerife many times. We've stayed all over the south mostly in los Cristianos. The apartment is in a great location less that 5 mins from the main square and to the beach. We know the area well and was close enough but not too close to all local night life. The bus stop(free bus) to all the main attractions is just across the road. Perfect for families. The room is on the 10th floor so if you are afraid of heights this may not be for you. The up side of this is the view. Loved waking up to this every morning with a coffee and breakfast on the balcony.The property manager was on time at check and communication was great. Great apartment for our needs and would definitely book again.

Lovely Apartment with Fabulous View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, supermarkets, bus station restaurants and beach. Communication with Rodolf was very good. He met us, showed us around the apartment and said he was close by so we could call him if we needed anything. We did and he responded immediately. Thank You Rodolf. The balcony is in full sun from mid morning until sunset with views over Los Cristianos and the harbour. The only thing that could be improved for us is the TV channels, we only found 2 in English, Sky News and one called Ten that was sometimes in English. All in all a wonderful stay.

Location is everything!

This apartment is an incredible location, with everything you need for a homebase; and it has the added (and unexpected) benefit of a parking space in the building's secured lot for our rental car. We loved our time here, especially while there were only 2 of us in residence...when we added 2 more for 3 nights, it was crowded in the sense that the living room is not so ideally set up with space or comfortable seating. (But we were not home much! ) Be forewarned that basic supplies are not included with the rental rate: no extra toilet paper (one roll provided for a 10 day stay), no paper towels or trashbags, handsoap containers were nearing empty, and there was no dish soap at all. When asked, I was provided with a bottle of dish soap, but the rest was on us. This was a surprise to me, a VRBO owner myself who offers a fully stocked set of supplies...but not a reason in and of itself to bypass this unit. The owner was friendly and responsive, and we enjoyed our holiday in Los Cristianos and highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment and host

From the onset Christine was a brilliant host. Check in was a breeze and the apartment is just perfect. We didn’t have to contact her once because everything went great. The location couldn’t have been any better. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the great los cristianos restaurants and bars(Loro blanco cocktail bar is incredible) It’s also far enough to be quiet at night for the kids to sleep. As someone who’s from a country that has constant bad weather, the balcony was by far the best bit. Just chilling at night watching the sun go down over la gomera, then watching the stars come out was beautiful. The pool was great too but we opted for the beach most of the time. We rented a car and it was great peace of mind that the apartment complex has gated private parking. Christine will give you a remote to open the gate anytime you’re out and about. Christine also kindly let us have a late checkout on our final day so that gave us one last time at the beach before heading home. We’ve been to Tenerife 4 times and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We’ll 100 percent be back to Christine’s apartment. All in all the perfect stay.

Apartamento muy confortable. Super amabilidad de Christine y su marido

El apartamento esta muy limpio y cuidado , reformado no hace mucho. Decorado con gusto y muy funcional. Dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. Al estar en altura no hace calor; corre aire y se esta muy bien. No obstante dispone de ventiladores de techo. La urbanizacion está muy bien. Dispone de piscinas grandes y cuidadas. El apartamento esta a 10 minutos de la playa del puerto y un poquito mas de la playa de las vistas; merece la pena ésta última. Super amabilidad y disposición de Christine y su marido. Por poner algun "pero". A primera hora de la mañana se oye el eco de la actividad del puerto, pero entiendo que igual que se escucha en cualquier otra parte del pueblo. Resumen: muy muy recomendable
