Bellamente actualizado, 2do piso, condominio de 1 habitación y 1 baño cerca de la piscina principal, casa club, canchas de tenis y camino a la playa. Encantadora y espaciosa sala de estar con sofá cama, silla acogedora, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD Blue-ray y controles deslizantes hacia el patio. El patio privado tiene vista al lujoso paisaje tropical y es el lugar perfecto para su taza de jo de la mañana. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para preparar su plato favorito junto al mar y un comedor con capacidad para 4. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, controles deslizantes hacia el patio y acceso al baño completo con bañera / ducha.

Perfect Place

My 16yo son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament that was 50 minutes away but it was worth the drive staying here at Sea Wood. This property is amazing with easy access to the beach. The property itself is very quiet and has beautiful walking trials. If I am back in New Smyrna Beach, I will nook this location again.

OUTSTANDING

VERY NICE! We had WiFi go out one night - notified office and was immediately addressed. Extremely quiet & just a short walk across street to beach. One suggestion is that instructions be left on how to use the TV remotes- one TV has 2 and the other has 3! Not a-clue how to use them so no TV during our stay. We would definitely stay there again

Very Enjoyable Stay

This is a beautiful, clean rental. Pictures online do not do it justice. Property is lovely. We wished they would have had beach chairs to use, it would have been an added bonus. All in all great rental.

Fabulous

We stayed for 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is spacious, spotless, updated and very comfortable. We had our morning coffee on the balcony. The location is perfect but a car is needed. There are pools, tennis courts, gym and sauna and the beach is easy access and personally is the best in the area. Very peaceful vacation. The only possible thing we could complain about is perhaps invest in some new beach chairs. There are even beach chairs and an umbrella!! We absolutely loved this condo. I am retiring in 4 years and want to become a snow bird so this is already at the top of my list for a short term rental!

Very tastefully decorated, spacious and conveniently located to beach & pool. Will book again.

The unit is spacious for a one bedroom. We liked the tasteful decorations and furniture. Access to the pool and beach is great. Lots of closet space, fresh towels and a spacious kitchen. Cons: Lost one star on the unkempt patio. Leaves and other debris could have been easily cleaned. TV in the bedroom is small although that was not important. We enjoyed our stay and will consider booking again.
