Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Sehr schöne große Wohnung, mit großem sonnigem Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Die Lage ist optimal: kurzer Weg zum Anleger und zum Strand. Supermarkt kurz um die Ecke. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der sich persönlich kümmert. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder gerne hier wobnen.

Schöne Zeit am Lido

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Haus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen grossen Balkon.. Bad und Küche neu und hochwertig. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und komplett eingerichtet. Sie liegt strategisch sehr günstig. Alles wichtige erreicht man zu Fuss. 5 min zum Bootsanleger nach Venedig, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Caffee Bäcker alles in 5 min erreichnar. Der öffentliche Strand zur Meerseite in 10 min. Wenn es in Venedig zuiel wurde, sind wir mit dem Wasserbus schnell wieder in die Wohnung zurück zum Ausruhen, um dann wieder nach Venedig zu fahren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alles klappte hervorragend, obwohl wir erst 2 Tage vorher gebucht hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schneller, netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, im Vorfeld und bei der Übergabe der Wohnung vor Ort. Optimale Lage zur Bootsanlegestelle und zum Zentrum . Wunderschöne, großzügige, Wohnung mit überdachtem Balkon mit nettem Blick auf Palmen und schöne Häuser. Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits Freunden empfohlen. Wir waren 9 Tage dort und haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt. Bettina, Holger und Edda aus Essen/Deutschland

Fantastic Lido

The apartment is quiet, spacious, well equipped and located perfectly near to beach, supermarkets, water bus station and centre of lido. Stefano, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and lots of information on arrival. We would have appreciate it, if the basic kitchen stuff (like salt, pepper, oil... toilet paper) would have been maintained. Unfortunately, the booking doesn`t include towels and bed linen.

Großzügig mitten drin

Die großzügige Fewo liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Wenige Schritte zur Lagune von Venedig oder auch zur anderen Seite zum Strand. Zentrum von Lido zu Fuß locker zu erreichen. Auch in der Nebensaison (Mitte Januar) genügend Leben im Ort mit offenen Kneipen und Läden. Die Fewo einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. TV nur italienische Programme, TV kein Flachbildschirm, kein DVD-Player oder Musikanlage. Im Sommer muss ist der Balkon mit dem Blick in die Palmen und auf ein verspieltes gründerzeitliches "Hochhaus" im Hintergrund ein Traum sein - nicht ironisch gemeint!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, nett eingerichtet und liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Vaporettostation, Supermarkt und Strand sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gemütlich zum sitzen ist der Balkon mit Blick auf zwei Palmen. Der Kontakt mit Stefano war schnell, freundlich und komplikationslos. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen!

Tolle, sehr gute Unterkunft

Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet.. Sie liegt in einem schönen Stadtviertel und ist nicht weit entfernt von der Anlegestelle der Vaporetti. Also, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Venedig und die Inseln der Lagune zu erkunden. Bei der Übergabe der Wohnung empfing uns der Vermieter Stefano Cazzaro selbst. Er nahm sich Zeit und erklärte ausführlich die besonderheiten der Wohnungsausstattung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief absolut problemlos. Bei schriftlichen Fragestellungen im Vorfeld der Anmietung erhielten wir sehr schnelle Antworten. Für uns war die Woche auf dem Lido sehr angenehm. Bei nächster Gelegenheit werden wir mit Sicherheit auf die Wohnung zurückgreifen. Joachim Weniger

Beautiful apartment and a very friendly host

We liked the apartment (it was spacious, clean, comfortable, and sunny) and the host, Stefano, who was friendly, helpful, and easily accessible. The apartment building is very nice (however, guests who are light sleepers, may consider bringing ear plugs to block noise from neighbors' TV), and the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

Parfait !

Un appartement spacieux et confortable, très bien équipé y compris d'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces ! Position parfaite très proche des plages et du départ des bateaux pour Venise. Quartier résidentiel très calme. A recommander !

Optimale Wohlfühlunterkunft

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung rundum zufrieden! Angefangen bei dem Vermieter; Stefano war zuverlässig und reagierte prompt auf meine E-Mails und Fragen. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber und verfügt über alles, was wir für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigen. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir den Balkon. Die Vaporetto-Station, Strand, Restaurants, Cafes als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach dem Trubel auf Markusplatz & Co. war es ein Genuss in diese ruhige Oase zurückzukehren. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werde sie bei meinem nächsten Venedigbesuch wieder buchen. Wie gesagt: "Optimale Wohlfühlunterkunft"

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Wohngegend und Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hell, sonnig, Klimaanlage und Heizung haben sehr gut funktioniert. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Sie befindet sich in sehr guter Wohngegend, idyllisch gelegen und die Wege zum Supermarkt, Vaporetto und Restaurants sind kurz. Wir haben uns in den 9 Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt und die Rückkehr mit dem Vaporetto auf den Lido hat uns tagtäglich begeistert. Venedig ist sowieso einzigartig. 3.10 bis 11.10.2016 Wir hatten einen halben Tag Regen und einen Tag keine Sonne, aber warm. Ansonsten war es sonnig, den ganzen Tag blauer Himmel und schöner Sonnenuntergang, besonders vom Gartenrestaurant am Giardino mit einen Glas Aperol. Die Pizzeria gegenüber der Wohnung war gut besucht und die Preise sind sehr niedrig, aber alles war lecker und die Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich, im Maleti waren wir 3 Mal und es war ebenfalls gut.

Geräumige helle Wohnung

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man einen Venedigbesuch mit Erholung und Strandurlaub verbinden möchte. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind gut, besonders die Küche und die Bäder sind noch recht neu. Alles ist sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man extra mieten. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Gut gelegen (kurze Wege zum Strand, Geschäfte, Bootsanlegestelle, Bus), relativ ruhig, Taverna direkt nebenan, sehr gutes essen und auch noch günstig. Gute Betten, sehr helle wunderschöne und gepflegte Wohnung (nicht unbedingt eine Klima nötig), tolle Terasse zum Essen und am Abend zum Verweilen. Internet voll in Ordung! Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet (zu wenig Kaffeegeschirr und Gläser, kein Toaster) Das einzige was mich gestört hat, waren die Tauben, die uns jeden morgen aufgeweckt haben, weil sie auf unseren Festerbänken gesessen sind und darauf gewartet haben, bis sie die Nachbarin unter uns gefüttert hat. (das gehört unterbunden)

Very clean and bright apartment in a wonderful location. We had five people in the apartment and it worked perfectly for all of us. Stefano is very nice and accommodating with our arrival and departure schedules. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you Stefano!

perfect home for a vacation in Venice

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It is very near to the beach and near to the Vaporetto-Station, so you can enjoy both, the city and the sea. Everything is perfect – and the landlords are very nice. There is no better place for Venice!

We were very pleased with the apartment in that it's in an excellent location and is very spacious.

Tha kitchen is modern however lacking in the basics such as microwave kettle toaster furthermore the only crockery provided was three children's disney mugs and coffee cups which were chipped.The towels which were not included in the price were also of a poor standard and less than a half a toilet roll was provided.The dvd player did not work and was not fixed inspite of us asking .In fact the owner arranged to call in the afternoon to which we agreed and instead arrived at 10 in the morning whuch was most unsuitable. I think the owners should consider these complaints as it is a very good apartment and these issues could be easily rectified with little expense.

Quel magnifique séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Stefano, qui est encore plus beau et agréable que sur les photos. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et du vaporetto. Nous avons énormément apprécié la disponibilité de Stefano et de son épouse, qui sont vraiment charmants. Nous nous apprêtons d'ailleurs à y retourner à l'automne prochain!

Cozy apartment, recently restored, well equipped and ideal for families, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just a few steps from the beach, its short distance from the water bus station allows you to reach Venice in just 15 minutes.
It is recommended a bike ride to explore the whole island, from S. Nicolò to Alberoni (rent near Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta).
