Genial experiencia

Magnifico apartamento situado en una zona tranquila, pero muy cerca de todos los lugares de interes y de restaurantes y comercios. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario y mas, muy limpio. Massimo ha sido un excelente anfitrion, nos ha proporcionado mucha informacion para hacer nuestra estancia mas agradable. Muy recomendable

Experiencia genial!

Hemos pasado unos días en el apartamento de Massimo y todo lo que podemos decir es muy positivo: está mucho mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más,en una zona muy tranquila e interesante y al mismo tiempo cerca de las mayores atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Massimo es un propietario muy amable y te ayuda en todo, cuando llegamos nos explicó qué ver y cómo ir por toda la ciudad, y si tienes algún problema lo soluciona de inmediato. Recomendaría el apartamento al 100% y si nosotros volvemos a Venecia será nuestra primera opción!

Massimo is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of his apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. It’s in an excellent location 10 mins walk from both St Mark’s Square and Rialto but slightly off the tourist track in a residential area where the locals say good evening to you as you pass in the street. It feels very safe walking around at any time, including in the dark. There are many bars and restaurants in the area which are frequented by the locals and Massimo sent through lots of tips on places and restaurants to visit. There’s a baker’s 2 mins away and a Co-op 5 mins away so easy to get supplies. Communication was very easy before the stay via VRBO and during the stay via WhatsApp and Massimo gives you clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. We messaged him when we got on the boat from the airport and he was standing at the end of the street the apartment is in to meet us and make sure we didn’t miss the turning. Thoroughly recommended.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber "Massimo" mit vielen guten Tipps und Ideen für den Aufenthalt.Saubere Wohnung in der 2. Etage, komplett ausgestattet, ausreichend Handtücher. Perfekte Lage zu nördlichen Alilugana und Vaporetto - Anlegern "Fondamento" oder "Ospedale" (10 min). Gute Bäckerei und nettes Lokal 60 m, nächster Supermarkt COOP 300 m, alle wichtigen Geschäfte und viele Restaurant in der Nähe. Ruhiges Viertel obwohl man in 10-15 min sowohl auf San Marco wie auch auf der Rialtobrücke ist.

Amazing location and even more amazing host. Massimo was the best—very communicative, helpful recommendations, and warm hearted. We took up most of his recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed our time seeing the hidden jewels of Venice (as well as all of the iconic spots). The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly located to reach everywhere we wanted to go in 15 minutes or less. We loved the neighborhood and would happily stay here again!

Parfait, du début è la fin.

Appartement impeccable où il ne manquait absolument rien. Le quartier est sympathique mais l'hôte l'est encore davantage. En arrivant de l'aéroport l'arrêt du vaporetto est à 5 minutes à pied, une boulangerie ainsi qu'un bon resto sont à moins de 3 minutes. Bref, pour visiter Venise nous n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux.

Great stay

Excellent & quiet location next to canal, Massimo a very helpful and friendly host. Apartment comes stocked with useful items for guests like olive oil, salt & pepper, washing machine pod, dish soap, toilet paper. Would happily stay again.

***für Deutsch siehe weiter unten*** Ospite super gentile! Massimo ci ha accolto in modo molto amichevole e ci ha dato molti consigli e raccomandazioni utili. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e in una posizione eccellente: vicino a San Marco, Rialto e alla fermata Fondamente Nove per Murano o il Lido. E non da dimenticare la vista sul canale :) Noi (2 adulti, 3 bambini) ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e benvenuti e possiamo assolutamente raccomandare Ca' Gallina! *** Super-netter Gastgeber! Massimo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hatte jede Menge nützliche Tipps und Empfehlungen parat. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage: nah an San Marco, Rialto und der Haltestelle Fondamente Nove nach Murano oder zum Lido. Nicht zu vergessen die Kanalsicht :) Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben uns ausgesprochen wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können Ca' Gallina absolut empfehlen!

Such a great place and even better host!

We stayed there after a cruise for a several days before heading home. Our communication with the host Massimo was seamless! He was quick to respond, met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. He provided maps and an enormous amount of information of what to see, where to eat locally, and where to go. He even helped us organize our departure to the airport. Just a great host and we would love to stay there again when back in Venice!

Tour of Italy - Venice

This was a wonderful stay in Venice! It was our first time and Mossimo was extremely helpful when we arrived. The apartment was just right for our family of 5 - we enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of the city away from the heavy tourist traffic, but easy to walk to sights like the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Gracious host

Massimo was a wonderful host. He communicated with us regularly to make sure we had all the information we needed, provided restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, and even helped us locate gluten free options! The apartment was in a great location with easy walking to all the major sites. We loved being so close to a vaporetto stop when we needed to go longer distances. Definitely recommend!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist sehr günstig gelegen sowohl für die Anreise vom Flughafen per Schiff zur Anlegestelle Fontamente Nove (37 Minuten) und dann zu Fuß (10 Minuten) als auch für die Stadtbesichtigung. Die erste grandiose Sehenswürdigkeit (Die riesige Kirche Santi Giovanni e Paolo) ist in 2 Minuten erreicht, bis zum Markusplatz sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Besser geht es wohl kaum. Also, die Ferienwohung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden sie wieder buchen. Familie Simon

Comfortable apartment, great value and location, friendly host.

More authentic apartment in quieter part of Venice. Close to everything. Comfortable stay for our family with canal view. There was a few mosquitos per the time of the year but we were provided with repellent and zappers so they weren’t a bother. Couldn’t figure out the washer but that’s likely just us and we didn’t really need it so we never bothered the host.

Séjour parfait

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Massimo. La communication était simple et efficace, l’accueil a l’arrivée très sympathique. L’appartement est très bien situé et surtout très calme, avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Nous étions 6 personnes et l’organisation de l’espace était optimisée, c’était impeccable. Je recommande absolument !

Wonderful host, great location

Massimo is a wonderful host! Very helpful with recommendations and so very attentive. The apartment was perfectly situated, comfortable, and has everything a family needs. Bakery and market were nearby . Walk to ferry takes 5-7 minutes. Loved our stay. Would definite come back again. Thank you, Massimo!

Family Spot in Great Location

This flat was perfect for our family of five. The owner lives and owns a shop just around the corner so is very helpful. He went beyond normal hospitality to make us feel welcome and know our way around with a local map all marked with important places. Check in and out was simple and catered to our needs more than the owners. Again 5+ star hospitality! Would definitely stay here again. Oh, and a beautiful view of a quiet canal from both bedrooms and a balcony!!!

Great Place!

I can't say enough about the property and the host. Massimo was very communicative and provided a great overview of the area as well as how to get there. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a quiet place in Venice away from the crowds. I will be staying there again!

Quiet side street in the heart of the action!

This was the perfect house for our family of four. We were 5 min. from Rialto Bridge but the area was quiet and calm. The apartment is clean, fully-stocked with everything you need, and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is old, and with that comes the expected things like fluctuating water temperature in showers. Massimo, the owner, is exceptional and takes pride in offering you the highlights of his city. There are stairs and no lift to the third floor apartment. The pictures reflect the booking well. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it to friends.
