A beyond 5-star stay! The apartment was incredible. The bed, the views, the location, the amenities, the screened-in balcony - I stayed for a month and really did not want to leave. Bob was a gracious and helpful host. I cannot recommend it enough! Book immediately!

Great Location, Very Nice Unit.

We spent a month here in March 2016. The location is great, the unit was very roomy and exactly as advertised. It really had everything we needed. Very close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. So relaxing to sit on the lanai and look over the beautiful scenery. Would not hesitate to come back!

Lovely modern apartment, great views and location

We absolutely loved this apartment, modern and well equipped, comfortable furnishings and high end products, ie. towels, sheets, etc. Bob the owner was just wonderful for contact, immediate and friendly response to any questions we had. Pool area was absolutely spotless, never crowded (quite the opposite, we often had the pool to ourselves), great views over the golf course & course lakes and plenty of entertainment from the huge variety of birds, lizards and iguanas! Close enough to shops & downtown Stuart (fabby place), and it was always a pleasure to come home to this apartment with its roomy, comfortable balcony, and we'd absolutely love to return. Thanks Bob for your lovely apartment and hospitality. Would recommend Crunch gym, Langford Park for tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, walks, Spritz City Bistro & Kilwins, and the Sunday morning market in Downtown Stuart.

Wonderful Stay!

This corner condo is awesome. Clean and spacious unit with a beautiful new kitchen. Had all the conveniences of home. Loved the screened in porch to watch the golfers, sunsets and wildlife. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Walk to the beach or the newly renovated pool. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Truly enjoyed my stay and can't say enough about the owner Bob. Bob was always available and handled any problems with efficiency and professionalism. Thank you Bob. See you next year.

Thank you so much - I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. The condo is currently under renovation for the new bathrooms and all new tile flooring in the entire condo (except bedroom - that carpet is new as of 2018). I can't wait for you to see it - it is going to be amazing! The contractor is working quickly and it will be done by May 15, 2019!

Not bad but had some problems.

Stayed here the month of January. Condo was very well furnished & had updated appliances except the bathrooms needed updating. The bed was very comfortable and the location is very nice. On the downside, the unit was basically clean but found strands of long black hair in several places, there was no large pot for cooking, the faucet in the master bath leaked badly and there was not a working can opener. Doubt we will return. Didn’t feel it was a good value for the cost.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry it wasn’t a 5-star stay; we strive for 5-star reviews and always want to correct any issues our guests might experience. I wished you had mentioned any concerns when you arrived or even during our many conversations after your check-in rather than when you have checked-out. I would have immediately had the faucet repaired and kitchen items replaced. Additionally, our cleaning crew would have returned if you had an issue upon check-in. The bathroom vanities need an update but are accurately shown in the pictures. We agree, formica countertops are passe and will eventually be changed. However, all items are in perfect working order and function — although we will get a plumber in to fix the faucet now that we know there is an issue. I appreciate the candor and we pride ourselves on ensuring our guests absolutely love their stay. Your feedback helps us ensure our future guests have a great vacation. Thank you and have a safe trip home.

Beautiful get a way

I am a travel therapist and stayed here 13 weeks. Really cute place in a quiet community. The outdoor patio was really peaceful and overlooked the golf course. I rarely saw people when I went to the nice community pool. Robert was always available for questions. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent condo in great location

We loved this clean, spacious, comfortable second-floor condo. It is a corner unit near the elevator, which is very convenient. It had great appliances and a lovely view of the well-groomed golf course and pond from the screened-in porch. The property is quiet and 5 minutes away from a Publix grocery store and the beach. It is ten minutes away from US 1 and every store under the sun and close to the Turnpike. Bob, the “landlord,” was incredibly gracious and also very flexible when we needed to extend our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back.

Fantastic home away from home!

This place truly is Florida. Great open floor plan. Modern kitchen and furniture. Sits right on a Golf Course so if you are a golfer this could be your paradise! A short 5-minute walk to the beach. Great pool within the complex. And a close drive to many points of interest. Robert was a wonderful host to work with. Quick to respond and very accessible. This place was perfect for me and my wife. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Golfer’s Paradise

I am not a golfer but rented this property because of location to friends and beaches. I started late in securing a property for the month of March. If you are a golfer you will be in paradise. The property is not as updated as the picture appears. I wish the lanai had some sunshine during the day. But the way the property sits there is no sunshine except outside the front door. The owner is great to work with if any issues arise during your stay.

I am so glad you liked the condo and all of the renovations. I have completed some more updates this April. Last year, I completed the an entire kitchen gut and redo which you were able to enjoy. Since your stay, I have replaced the carpet in the master en-suite and all new furniture in the living room (new queen memory foam sleeper sofa, new chair, new area rug, new rocking chairs on lanai). I look forward to your return!

This owner made me feel so welcome!

As the photos show, this is a lovely one-bedroom condo in the Indian River Plantation. One of the things you can't see in the photos is the lovely view of several large ponds, numerous palm trees, and a golf course. One pond is directly below both the giant living room and bedroom windows, making the water feel even larger than it is. The condo is wonderfully decorated, and the bed is super comfortable. Also, the owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this rental! I think anyone would be happy to stay here!

Exceeding all of my expectations!

This location is simply the best I have found in Florida and the condo is very nice. It is true to the pictures and the owner is extremely accommodating and very responsive. He even left us a nice welcome gift upon our arrival. The owner was right about being in an end-unit as well -- it is very private. The pool is amazing and absolutely huge. I never experienced more than a few people there at a time so it was always very peaceful. The beach was literally about a 3-minute walk just as the description noted. The condo is perfect for a couple with occasional visitors. We had friends that stayed for a weekend on the pullout couch. This place is a real value and I will definitely be staying here again.

I have spent many years vacationing and visiting family along South Florida's east coast. In the 30+ years of traveling down there, I have never seen a more beautiful and tranquil place than Inlet Village on the Indian River Plantation. This is a definite must and I know that you will end up coming back year after year for all it has to offer as well as total serenity!

This very PRIVATE end-unit property is located right on the water of the executive golf course. The lanai overlooks the water and the first hole fairway. Additionally, being placed on the end-unit means you cannot see your neighbors providing the total privacy you want -- you won't get this with any other units. Also, the North/South facing unit provides great sun all day without being direct and the constant ocean breeze is unbelievably relaxing. With this area being among North America's largest bird populations, the bird-watching is amazing. Finally, the front door overlooks the Indian River basin which has 1/3 of the manatee population in the continent.

Location, Location, Location -- Views, Views, Views -- Convenience, Convenience, Convenience. You really won't believe it when you vacation here. It is so convenient to get to, all of the conveniences of home (grocery, liquor, pharmacy, hospital, transportation, activities), the views of the course, water, and proximity to the beach, reefs, resorts, activities are unbeatable.
