Great stay, beautiful location, helpful owner

This condo right on the beach was perfect for a family getaway. The owner is very organized and made it easy to take advantage of the amenities such as pool, tennis and beach. Would definitely return!

Beautiful & Relaxing

Everything is perfect. Ed makes everything easy and replied quickly to any questions we had. The pool & beach is just a short walk away. The views & sounds from the balcony was a great way to spend time in the evenings. The beach is wonderful. Place as everything you'll need.

Amazing stay!

Ed and Tanya are excellent hosts… very quick responses… the unit was immaculate, and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. There was even relaxing music playing on the TV when we arrived! I appreciated the attention to details like that. :-) This is a beautiful piece of paradise located in a quiet, relaxing area. Highly recommended!

Absolutely superb start to finish! Better than the pictures and description!! Immaculate, spacious, decorated perfectly, all of the comforts of home. Beds were beyond comfortable, shower water pressure outstanding, new washing machine and dryer in the master!! The view of the ocean amazing!! Paradise!! I highly recommend and would make this a yearly rental!! Thank you Ed and Tanya!!

Our stay at your beautiful condo was wonderful!! Amazing view of the ocean!! Condo was stocked with “everything” you needed from the kitchen/baths to the beach towels & toys! Communication with the owners was great!! Any time we had a question or concern they were prompt to answer. We enjoyed our stay so much!!

Spoonbill 2209 was wonderful with a Capital “W”

2209 was clean, new furnishings, quiet and a great kitchen. The entire Spoonbill complex is excellent. The beach was great. The view from the lanai was spectacular. Chairs and an umbrella are provided. The beach is a short walk. The owners are exceptional. We look forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!

Little Piece of Paradise

The photos don't do this unit justice! It's even better than the pictures and reviews make it seem. Very well equipped, with great updates, the kitchen is great and it was extremely clean. Having a washer and a dryer in the unit was also a pleasant surprise. Great accommodation for this little piece of paradise. We love coming to Hutchinson Island and will definitely come back to this unit!

Paradise indeed!

This was the 2nd time in 3 years that we stayed here. Though it was simply wonderful before, this time it was even better. Ed and Tanya completed some significant upgrades to the kitchen and dining area. The location is ideal. There are very few pet friendly units that have a beachfront location. The amenities, including access to the nearby Marriott Resort and its facilities, enhance the overall experience that much more. We hope to enjoy it more and more in the future.

Beach condo

We've been coming to Hutchinson island for 4 years now. We've always stayed at the spoonbill building. This unit was so great! We will b staying here next year when we come back. The "kid" room had bunk beds and a twin trundle. Dog friendly bc our pups love the beach too. Washer/dryer in the unit which was definitely used! So clean when we arrived! We had the best time!

Amazing!

This property is everything and more that the photos show! It was so nice!! Pool was clean and warm! Beach was so accessible! I absolutely love the fact that you could go to pool/Beach beach/pool within a minute! We have one child who loves pool and one who loves Beach so this property was perfect for us! Super nice grill area if you want to grill. The other tenants were very friendly too! The unit even had Beach stuff for you to use! The sand toys and chairs came in very useful! The owners were very easy to communicate with too! We will definitely come back! Your place is definitely a piece of paradise!

So Relaxing!!!

What a beautiful view! The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Spent most of our time in the pool or ocean-after we blended a frosty cocktail! Location was perfect and just minutes from a grocery. Other attractions we loved were also nearby. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation here, and we can’t wait to come back. From beginning to end the process was very smooth and the descriptions were extremely accurate, the pool was clean the beach is very close the views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable lots of space on the patio to just sit with your coffee and watch the sunrise, five stars, 10 out of 10!

We are Ed and Tanya. We purchased our beach home in 2017, so that, we can entertain family and friends who travel south to visit us. We believe Hutchinson Island is a little piece of paradise, and we are happy to share it with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I am a native of Martin County, and I grew up going to the beach. This has given me a love of walking on the beach, basking in the sunshine, listening to the sound of the ocean, and spending time with our family enjoying this special place that we call home. This property isn't just a beachfront condo with amazing views. It is part of Indian River Plantation which has pickleball courts, turf tennis courts, a golf course, a marina, a tiki bar at one of the beachfront resort pools, and dining at the Baha Grille at the Marriott resort. Indian River Plantation is across the street from Publix, a surf shop, and a bait and tackle store. Growing up, I dreamed of owning a home on the beach in IRP, and my dreams have come true!
