House for 15 with heated indoor pool, 1 hour from Paris

A large family house for 13 to 15 guests, one hour from Paris: a south-facing terrace overlooking the valley and the Romanesque abbey of Morienval, a heated indoor pool at 28 °C open all year round, six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

THE HOUSE
Stone walls, exposed beams, a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen equipped to cook for fifteen. The terrace runs the full length of the house: summer dinners under the stars facing the valley.

THE POOL
In the former barn, a heated indoor pool open all year round, whatever the weather.

THE BEDROOMS (13 beds + 2 extra)
Each bedroom has its own theme: Polo, Hunting, Shooting, Golf and Riding, all with 180 × 200 beds. The sixth, under the eaves with three single beds, is reached through the adjoining bedroom: an ideal suite for parents with children. Five bathrooms with toilets, walk-in shower or bathtub.

FOR CHILDREN
The neighbouring barn houses the games room with table tennis and table football, shared with L’Instant La Ferme.

NEARBY
Pierrefonds castle 7 km, Compiègne forest and palace, the Armistice carriage, Parc Astérix 38 min, Disneyland Paris under an hour, Paris-CDG airport 46 min.

LARGE GROUPS
L’Instant La Ferme (15 guests) is in the same courtyard: together the two houses sleep 28 to 30. Instant Nature (10 guests) is a few minutes away: the estate sleeps up to 40.

Dogs welcome (€25 per day per dog).
