Moderno, espacioso (110 m2) tres cama dos baño apartamento en el popular desarrollo de Puerto Marina cerca del corazón de la ciudad.

¿Te apetece salir una noche? Está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de docenas de restaurantes y bares, ¿te apetece una noche en? Cocina totalmente equipada, TV de 48 pulgadas con canales del Reino Unido, Internet, XBox360 con juegos, DVDs, etc todo en el apartamento.

¿Como la playa? Un paseo de 8-10 minutos te llevará a la playa y el paseo marítimo.
¿Prefieres la piscina? 3 piscinas en el sitio, cada una con una zona poco profunda para los niños.

Bellamente amueblado en estilo moderno con aire acondicionado / calefacción, aparcamiento subterráneo seguro, y un balcón con vistas a la piscina.

Wonderful

My family and i booked this apartment for a week. It is clean, tidy and well equipped. The complex has everything within a short walk, bars, restaurants and shops. The host, Andy, was very accommodating and friendly .. an absolute gentleman! I would recommend this place to anyone. 10 out of 10! Will return 100%.

Lovely modern spacious apartment in great position overlooking one of three pools.

Enjoyed 2 weeks of lovely weather with the family in this great apartment so near to some top class restaurants and a further couple minutes to beach Andy the owner was very helpfull as well as agent debby who was always there to help off you had any

Excellent property - Brilliant stay - Highly recommended - Would return

Massively impressed! The apartment is well-situated, well-furnished and well-maintained. Andy, the host, was a great point of contact. All questions ahead of our stay were answered swiftly and effectively. The apartment itself has 3 spacious rooms, perfect for our family, and a great master room. The photos don’t quite do it justice - better than expected. The outdoor seating space is great; secluded enough to feel private but also overlooking one of the main pools to keep you feeling engaged with the complex. It came with all the furnishings you would expect plus a few extras (Xboxes for the little ones is a great addition for when you are trying to avoid early afternoon heat). The towels and bedding provided were perfect. The personalised guide to the local area was very helpful for planning days out. Would highly recommended the mud baths and Cala Reona beach. As mentioned above, really high quality apartment and enjoyable stay. Thanks Andy!

Super Apartment

We booked this trip to Los Alcazares in 2019 and eventually got to enjoy our holiday in May 2022. Throughout the COVID delayed period we had contact with Andy about when we would be able to go and never had a problem booking, rebooking, rebooking again and finally fixing a date. The apartment is perfectly situated only a few minutes walk from the brilliant bars and restaurants as well as 4 big supermarkets for supplies. Overall a fantastic holiday, easy contact with the property manager in resort and a lovely family friendly complex. Highly recommended!

The apartment has everything you need and the complex is very secure. It’s in a good location close to all amenities. The communication throughout was very good and the check in and out was excellent.

We have been going to this area for over twenty years! Love the Mar Menor and now having better shops and restaurants nearby! Ideal for six people to stay comfortably in this apartment! Glad we booked a pick up from the airport! Thanks for a lovely time there! Weather was marvellous too! That always helps!

Fantastic area!

Great location for everything! Shops and bars and restaurants all walking distance. Great communication with Ansy nothing to much trouble and meeting Linda and Neil to sort keys was easy and they were lovely. Apartment was great, everything you need.

Fantastic

From start to finish the process was so straightforward. Andy replied to my emails within an hour!! Over in LA the great organisation continued, Linda & Neil were brilliant dealing with everything from collecting us as the airport to answering enquiries about the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent an easy walk to the beach & variety of bars/restaurants. The apartment is clean, well equipped & a credit to the Owners who have obviously spent a lot of time & money to insure it is of an above average standard for guests. Little details such as a good thick quality mattress make sure you sleep well. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again, we are very familiar with the area there is a lot to do here & it seems to have retained its Spanish charm!

Exactly as described

We had are very pleasant stay in Andy’s apartment...spotlessly clean, very well thought through with everything you could want. Helpful contacts when and if required with nothing too much trouble. We have marked it with only 4 rather than 5 stars as the apartments balcony only allows it a couple of hours morning sun, however I feel sure that in the height of summer this could be an advantage. Time of visit April 2018.

lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment

We stayed in February and flew into San Javier airport ... just minutes down the road. The directions to the property were excellent and we were soon met by Linda, the key holder, as arranged. There was plenty of roadside parking directly outside the gate and access was easy as, once inside the front door, there is a lift to the 1st floor where the apartment is situated. On arrival, it was very chilly and we were glad of the easy-to-use heating system to warm us up. The apartment was as pictured on the website and is a lovely, spacious, well equipped home. Once unpacked, we set off to explore the area and found some shops and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. (Lidl shut it's doors during our stay but we understand a new store is to open soon, close by. There are also a couple of other supermarkets.) The internet connection at the property worked well, although there was a problem initially (a problem outside of the apartment, as it turned out) which was soon fixed, thanks to Linda contacting an engineer. This was important to us in order to keep in touch with family staying nearby. The property is well placed for trips to other areas and during our stay we enjoyed discovering the amphitheatre at Cartegena, visiting a market at San Pedro del Pinatar and shopping until we dropped at Zenia Boulevard ... all easily accessible by car. Booking and communication couldn't be easier using the HomeAway app and we had a lovely stay ... thank you!

Fantastic property

We stayed at Andy and Sharon's apartment in Puerto Marina for 6 nights. We found the property to be modern, bright and very clean with all the necessary appliances. There was an issue with one of the showers and Andy had taken the time to call us about this beforehand. The shower issue had caused some cosmetic damage to the walls and left us with only 1 shower between 5 of us however, Andy has compensated us for the inconvenience so couldn't be any fairer and it didn't affect our holiday at all. My husband and I were there with our 3 teenagers who were entertained by the 3 swimming pools, x-box and others gadgets as the Wi-Fi is pretty good. The complex felt really safe as it's gated with security guards patrolling throughout the day. The local shops and restaurants are literally minutes away and offer a variety of foods, in the evenings there was a "small" market and the atmosphere felt pleasant. The beach is a little further on from the restaurants and has a lovely promenade with a few beach bars. We loved our time there and plan to return in the future.

LOS ALCAZARES

The complex is safe and very clean. Our accommodation was finished to a very high standard and is near to shops...a full range of eating places and just a short walk further on ...the beach. If you're flying from Scotland there are no flight on Saturday from any airport but we flew into Alicante and hired a car.

Amazing

Beautiful complex, close to the airport where a car is not required to have a really enjoyable holiday as everything is close to hand and in walking distance. The apartment was amazing, home comforts, modern, high spec, brilliant position in a safe and secure complex, I really cannot do it justice in words alone. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Lovely apartment

Had a great holiday, staying at this spacious and well equipped apartment. The accommodation is immaculate with excellent facilities. Close by there are many bars and restaurants which are about 5 minutes away when walking. The beach is about 10 mires away. There are also 2 supermarkets (1 is a Lidl) which can easily be walked to and they stock all that is needed for self catering. The whole family enjoyed and would definitely return.

Superb!

We had a great time recently at this apartment. It is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and having 2 bathrooms meant there was never a queue in the morning. All the furniture and fittings are clearly brand new and it has been finished to a high standard. There are 3 pools on site with the balcony overlooking one of them so our boys could carry on in the pool and we could still keep an eye on them. The complex itself is very safe with gated entrances and a friendly mixture of people of people who live there permanently and holidaymakers. The town is just a short walk away with loads of restaurants and bars and a lovely beach. Our boys loved splashing around in the sea which was surprisingly warm. 'The Strip' is where you will find most restaurants but we found a lovely Chinese restaurant (go to the main road and turn right) which does a 3 course meal plus 1/2 bottle of wine for less than 10 euros. Bargain! The apartment has books, DVDs and XBox games so there was always something to do as well as sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. All in all a great holiday - we will definitely be going back.

We spend a lot of time at the pools and relax with calming walks along the seafront. We love going out to lots of different restaurants, with regular visits to some of our favourites and the fact the town has a great mix of nationalities while retaining its Spanish feel.
