Did have it check out but couldn't do anything unless they turned off the heat. Left it on and opened window and door, which was ok.

Overall we had everything we needed for our stay with nice fluffy white bathroom towels and nice kitchen amenities. I would recommend anyone staying to bring your own sleeping pillow. The pillows on the beds were not great.

Great Stay

Property is very well located close to major ski resorts: Copper, Loveland, Keystone, etc. Property management was excellent, no hick-ups, all as expected from check-in to check-out. Property is very clean but a bit outdated; however, all amenities are in working order. Well recommended.

Comfortable and practical

This was a very cozy little spot! Location and views can’t be beat. So nice that there were 2 real beds. They were comfortable. Plenty of plates and kitchen ware, nice shower/tub, plush soft carpet, spacious bedroom, enough places to sit in the main area, warm fireplace, comfortable couch and chairs, nice size kitchen, 2 tvs, amazing views of mountains and lake, and access to the lake from the back sliding door (there are stairs down from the back porch). This unit does have a little wear. Carpet has some stains, bed headboards are broken, dishwasher not working properly, some dated decor… but nothing that was a dealbreaker. It appears that things are being updated little by little. Overall, it was an amazing stay with so many things to do right around the area.

Where is the refund we agreed upon?

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine except for the heat. The heat in the bedroom did not work. The building manager checked it out and agreed that it did not work. They were not able to get a fix it guy over to fix the problem. A woman who I believe is a manager at Summit Resort Group agreed to give a partial refund. Now three weeks past when we stayed at the unit, no refund has been given. Why wasn't my partial refund given the very day that we checked out? I guess she is not an honorable person. We held up our end of the deal. It is sad. This is just one example of what America has become. People looking out of their own best interest and saying whatever they need to but not actually doing what they say. I will be shocked if I ever see a refund of any amount on my credit card. Very sad and something that the woman needs to consider when considering her own life choices and actions.I will be returning to Colorado for ski trips more or less on an annual basis. If I see that Summit Resort Group is the managing company, I will not be renting that unit.

Really outdated and unclean

This is a spectacular location, however is the worst VRBO we have ever stayed in. The unit is extremely outdated and was not even clean (toenail clippings on carpet, sticky kitchen floor. This unit is a premium charge due to location, but really needs some effort put into it. Of note, we use VRBOs frequently and this is the only negative review we have ever given.

Two Night off-season Stay in Dillon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two-night stay for my wife and me in Dillon on a short trip, bust out of the pandemic trip to Colorado. Hotel rooms in Dillon seem to range from mediocre on down, so we decided to splurge and rent a condo for the two nights. Online rental experience with Summit Resorts was great. Nice selection of properties, lots of photos and pricing (in the “mud season”) was not bad. Lake Dillon 210 was a nice condo. Great view of the lake, good parking, walkable to “downtown.” Unit was comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was fast. Kitchen was fine with everything one would need for a longer stay. Place is looking its age a bit and could use a makeover, but not to the point that it was an issue. One mechanical correction needed: thermostats are old and could use replacement with accurate electronic versions. We had to cycle the heat on and off manually. Overall, I would recommend Summit and this Lake Dillon Condos for a stay in the Dillon area.

Great Spring Break for Family of 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a family of 5. Beautiful set up, our favorite was the lake view. The condo was clean and cozy. We were mostly skiing 3 out of the 5 days so didn't eat much at the condo. The condo had a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of dishes, towels and blankets. The 2 beds were given to our 3 children and my husband and I slept on the pullout couch bed. NOT COMFORTABLE at all so we switched with our son the remaining nights. It got very hot in the bedroom but there are 2 stand up fans we were able to turn on and make it very comfortable. There was 1 small bar of soap to split for the 2 bathrooms but the condo did have plenty of dish soap to take into another bathroom. We loved having 2 bathrooms. Pickup and dropoff were easy for the room keys and parking passes. Trash disposal is between the parking lots in which has an elevator too. Bringing up your luggage is easy peasy. We really enjoyed our condo stay and would love to come back here during the summer months as well. We are very pleased.

Breathtaking View!

The lake and mountains was a breathtaking view from our living room and kitchen. 2 min away from grocery store. Great location. During our long weekend went skiing in Keystone 10 min, shopping and lunch Breckenridge 25 min, and snowmobiling in Leadville, 30 min away.

The location is beautiful. The complex is maintained well. Easy access to shops and FWY.

The condo was clean and equipped. The only issue was refrigerator which was not working properly. All of our fruit and vegetables frozen and had to be discarded.

Beautiful Location and Propery

Enjoyed the deck and lake so much. Plan on returning! New mattresses would be awesome, these were pretty lumpy! I enjoyed the proximity of the lake so much! Sailing regatta during my stay made for constant action on Lake Dillon. Beautiful and peaceful!

Great little place, beautiful location!

Check in was a breeze! We loved the location of the condo- very short walking distance to the amphitheater and right on the lake. It was such a beautiful setting and the views right off the back patio were amazing! Though the decor was dated, everything was clean and orderly, and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend planning a trip to stay here!

Overall, the unit itself was fine but in need of updating! True to word, the couch bed is HORRIBLE!

Definitely need to enforce a quiet time between 10pm and 8 am. Children were yelling and running up and down the walkways and the bedroom being where they are this makes it VERY difficult to relax and sleep even you wanted to! The rollaway bed that was promised to us for our stay was not in the room when we arrived as promised. Luckily, we had one of our guest not come after all so it wasn’t needed. There is a screw missing from one of the barstools. Maintence needs to fix so there no injuries from a fall
