Lake Dillon week of 8/7/21

Fantastic location! Such a great view and so close to the marina, lake, trails, outlets, farmer’s market, water taxi, sailing camp, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat rentals! Great restaurants nearby also! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Lake/Mountain Location!

Our stay was perfect from the ease of booking, communicating with the property manager, checking in and enjoying our 6 night stay. The condo was as described and had everything needed for our stay. The location was perfect from the lakefront views, close proximity to gas, groceries, shopping and restaurants, close access to dozens of hiking/biking trails and within 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Weekend Getaway

The place was as-listed. Had no issues checking in and it had a lot of space to use. Parking is a little inconvenient if you have more than 2 cars, but the overnight parking area isn't too far away.

Great lakeshore condo with wonderful views and steps to bikepath and Lake Dillon.

Spent a couple of nights at this ground floor condo basically on Lake Dillon (there's a wonderful green space right outside the patio, then the bikepath and then the Lake). Beautiful view from inside and from the patio, especially when the Fall colors are awesome. Its in good shape, fully equipped and very clean on arrival. The price is very reasonable, but there are hefty additional costs, so make sure you check that. We'll stay there again to kayak and bike (great 18 mile loop around the Lake from right outside the patio).

Fantastic view!

The condo location and view were phenomenal. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and me. The only negative was that there was an early check in fee. Never before in all our VRBO rentals did they charge for early check in if the condo was ready.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay here with my friends was a very rough experience. We booked this lodging as a weekend place to stay for a ski trip aimed friends came in town for. The lodging itself was in a good working condition and the kitchen/bathrooms had acceptable amenities. The only outstanding thing was the view outside the balcony and the crew that had the snow cleared quickly in the morningThe real problem is the sleeping situation. The beds themselves are rock hard and don’t allow for a comfortable sleep, the pillows are somehow flimsy yet stiff at the same time and the blankets were just warm enough to not get cold. The third “bed” on the pull out couch was the worst part. The sleeping pad of a mattress on it was maybe 6 inches high and when laying on it you can feel the bars from the frame dig into you. You’re better off removing the pad and sleeping in it on the floor.Overall, I would not stay here again as we could not get any rest for our days on the mountain nor would suggest it until some major bedding upgrades are made

The new kitchen table was a nice addition, and we are looking forward to a new fireplace next year.The condo is a good value for a retired couple. The decor is a bit dated, but comfortable and cozy.Summit Resort Group and their staff have exceeded our expectations, and are easy to work with.

I was there with a group for a wedding and could clearly tell that the room was ready, when I called and asked if I could pick up the keys I was informed the room was not ready. I looked through the sliding glass doors and the lights were off and everything was perfect. I got a call an hour and 20 minutes later and was told I could pick up my keys. No one had entered or left the room at any point in time because the wedding party was located two doors down and we were sitting outside watching. The check out was super easy, only issue was the dishwasher did not work.

Consistently clean condos, cannot beat the view, well stocked kitchens, great lawn for games. Only new setback - owners decided on instituting $100 Early Check In fee. We've always been able to check in couple hours early if tenant was not in unit. I understand late check out fee, but this early fee seems unreasonable. Do not understand the cost to owners/tenants especially if the unit is ready. We also had a non-functioning dishwasher discovered on last day. Otherwise, will return as we have for years.

It was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress in unit 106 is much better. I highly recommend unit 104 unless someone needs to sleep on the pull out sofa. Maybe the owners of 104 should ask 106 where they got their mattress.

I specifically picked this condo based on online pictures of the patio and the view. What isn't mentioned online is that it's a shared space outside. Our neighbors monopolized the outdoor space and grill. We were looking for a relaxing, private getaway and had it been mentioned in the description that it was community space, I would have chosen something else. Condo was as described. Not updated, but not bad either. Overall average stay.

Great property location with views of the lake and mountains. Convenient having the kitchen to make breakfast and late night snacks versus a hotel room. On the downside, you could not control the heat. Too warm above 70 the entire stay. We turned the heat off, closed the shades during the day and still very warm. Lows at night 18 degrees, but still had to open windows to cool down. Main couch is shot (sags), the pull out bed is so uncomfortable. Bad mattress, you could feel the main support bar. Needs to be replaced. Stay a full month and get a great deal (3 consecutive day stay).
