Esta casa está ubicada en uno de los barrios más seguros del antiguo sitio de la Base de la Fuerza Aérea Ramey. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6; Está equipado con un extintor de incendios, botiquín de primeros auxilios y alarma de humo. La cocina está completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos modernos, microondas y licuadora Ninja (¡excelente para batidos!). Cada habitación tiene nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado montadas en la pared. Hay literas de gran tamaño que proporcionan espacio adicional para dormir. La sala de estar viene equipada con un televisor inteligente de 50 "conectado a Internet que permite el acceso a Netflix y Amazon. Lavadoras / secadoras que funcionan con monedas en la propiedad están disponibles para su uso. El gran patio trasero tiene un tendedero de fácil acceso y vistas al océano y al faro. The property was amazing. Very quiet place, in a great neighborhood. It was spacious and clean. The accommodations and communication were fantastic. Will definitely stay again on future visits.

The Ultimate Surf House

The house is spacious and comfortable, shower out front, great surf spots minutes away, and surfboard racks right inside. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and felt very safe. The treehouse was a great place to catch the breeze, watch the tropical birds, and play ring toss. I’d stay there again!

A great getaway

Tina was awesome to work with. She was communicative through the process and even gave us recommendations for snorkeling. We particularly appreciated the outlook in the backyard. It had a fantastic view of the sunrise, golf course, and ocean. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Tina!!

Dive trip to Aquadillia

The El faro surf house was perfect for us! The house was well stocked with all the comforts of home you like to have on vacation but dont have when you are in a hotel! We greatly appreciated the bounty of beach/bath towels and a well equipped kitchen. The house is set up for all water sports activities with outside shower, outside facet, outside sink and clothes line. Great location to good dive spots and Dive shops. We got lots of great dives in from Rincon to El Natural. Tina was very responsive and communicative.

Great location!

My extended family and I recently stayed at the El Faro Surf House and had a great time! The house is cute and everything we needed to round out our trip to Aguadilla/Rincon. Tina and her property manager Sal were easy to work with and get in touch with if needed. Check in and out was simple. The house is in a great location for local surf spots/beaches and a quick walk from the playground for the kids. Unfortunately the splash park at the play ground was still closed due to COVID when we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our surf crew!

This house is perfect for surfers and families. The house is in a quiet, safe and close to everything neighborhood. We surfed all day and only spent late afternoon and evenings at the house in which that time was spent on the elevated deck in the backyard that overlooks the ocean with beautiful scenery and awesome trades,it is the perfect place to spend some time relaxing! The inside of the house is spacious and comfortable. Ac is in each bedroom and the beds are comfortable. We look forward to staying at el faro again!

We were not able to enjoy the yard as the grass was high and it was not taken care of , the chairs on the patio were all unusable . The AC is the master bed room is too swamp for the room and struggles to keep it kool making it noisy. Communication and directions were great , the interior of the facility was clean and spacious .

Fantastic!

Such a great property! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with lots of beaches, restaurants, and fun things to do nearby. There are fantastic views out of the tree house looking over the golf course, and it also offers a nice view of the ocean. Tina provides hammocks which we hung up in the tree house to enjoy the breeze and watch a few excellent sunsets. She also has a closet full of games and beach equipment, such as chairs, a umbrella, and a small cooler; we were very appreciative of those things because we spent every day at the beaches hanging out and surfing. Her kitchen is very organized and clean! There’s a grocery store nearby; we cooked several meals there and she had all the essentials to do so. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we can’t wait to get back!

Cozy relaxing family vacation stay With beautiful views

We can’t thank Tina enough for letting us enjoy her home and property. The house was nicely cleaned and had many thoughtful extras such as pack n play, kids toys , kids sand buckets and shovels, beach towels, beach chairs etc. We visited local beaches and benefited from such conveniences! My daughter loved these extras and so did we! We enjoyed setting the hammock out. The outdoor patio is beautiful. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Be sure to make a quick trip to the grocery for basic food supplies but other than that your trip is taken care of thanks to the owner’s thoughtfulness throughout the home! We had spent such good family time together as a result of such conveniences and home amenities. We hope to be back soon and can’t wait to tell our friends and family about our stay at El Farro Surfhouse!

Paradise

Location was extremely safe and centrally located to explore nearby beaches and towns. House was clean and stocked with towels, beach chairs, coolers and all the kitchen appliances you could ever need. The backyard has amazing views of the golf course, neighborhood and nearby water.... neighbors had puppies we could see/pet through the fence (definitely a treat) Every ceiling light had a fan which kept the air flowing nicely in the house. We had a seamless check in and out, Tina and Carlos were both very helpful, communicative and friendly with our weird check in and out times. Super close to a surf shop (everyone seemed to also speak english) and the best surf while we were in town *Surfers Beach and Jobos Beach, we were also able to swap out the board based off the waves, super easy and no additional cost. Could not rave more about our trip, definitely planning on going back. EXTREMELY close to BQN airport (which is a tiny two gate airport) which is also a huge plus!

Can't beat location

Tina the owner was very responsive to questions/concerns. Informed us in advance that washer had broken down & provided us with options. We had late arrival and James the manager left a/c and lights on for us - nice & thoughtful of him. The beds are all very comfortable. Cold a/c in all the bedrooms. Great wifi. Location is quiet & quite safe. Grocery, restaurants, food trucks, El Faro ruins & secluded beach within 5 min. drive. No problem with power outages which could be an issue in PR. I will say I didn't realize there was no a/c or windows in the living/dining/kitchen area, and it can get pretty hot even with the ceiling fans on. Freezer leaked water into fridge - I informed James & he was having repairman check fridge again as it was supposed to have been resolved. Overall we enjoyed our 9 days there and would rent again.

WE HONESTLY HAD A GREAT TIME IN THE ISLAND BUT TRIED TO STAY OUT AS LATE AS POSSIBLE BEFORE COMING TO THE HOUSE. WE DID NOT FEEL CONFORTABLE IN THE HOUSE INFECTED WITH MICE. THE HOUSE WOULD BE AMAZING IF IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY. CLEANED AND DISINFECTED AFTER EACH TENANT LEAVES. BELOW ARE A FEW THINGS THAT WE EXPERIENCED: - MOUSE POOP ON BED FRAME-BY THE FRIDGE-ON TOP OF THE KITCHEN COUNTER-IN THE OVEN AND TOP OF STOVE - DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS…. HOUSE IS VERY DINGY - STAINED WHITE SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS - HALL WAY BATHROOM - WHEN YOU SHOWER THE WATER DOES NOT DRAIN ALL 5 OF US USED THE MASTER BATH - HUGE HOLE IN THE MASTER BATHROOM - WE WENT GROCERY SHOPPING THE DAY WE ARRIVED AND OVER NIGHT A MOUSE ATE OUR KRISPI CREAM DONUTS, BANANAS AND PR TREATS. WE HAD TO THROW EVERYTHING WE PURCHASED OUT. THE HOUSE IS INFECTED WITH MICE. - NOT CLEAN - COUNTERS STICKY - FRIDGE DIRTY AND LEAKING - YOU CAN TELL THAT THE HOUSE WAS NOT DISINFECTED LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE - VERY VERY VERY DUSTY - WE ALSO HAD A FEW ENCOUNTERS WITH HUGE FLYING ROACHES OUR STAY WAS NOT AS EXPECTED. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Surf House Stay

The house has many amenities that you could want. A/C works great, very comfortable rooms and beds! The backyard and patio was great, wonderful view, only downside was no access to beach from backyard, which I had thought might be the case from the pictures. TV with streaming was nicer to have, and kitchen had all utensils. The house is in need of some cosmetic repairs but fully functional. Very spacious!

Wonderful vacation experience

Honest review

It was pretty close to the advertisement. However not cleaned very well and sheets looked unwashed. The outdoor deck you have to climb very steep stairs (almost a ladder) lol and lights didn’t work. TV wouldn’t turn on but it was a cute space and the check in was easy

Absolutely fabulous!

I am very pleased with this stay! The reservation process was on VRBO was simple, however, I had questions about the dates and the sleeping arrangements. The owner was very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. ¡Muchas gracias, Tina! Also, our host Sal was super helpful and very accommodating. Overall, this experience was carefree and my family and I greatly enjoyed the stay.

Terrific house for a family that wants to explore all the surf and beaches in Aquadilla

Super clean, plenty of space, and the raised deck in the back is perhaps the best part of the whole property. Great view, wonderful breeze. We had a wonderful week with 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teens) and would go back in a second.

We live in Carolina Beach, NC and are a family of four. Not to exclude our small zoo of animals that we love and call our pets. We love to surf, adventure, and explore.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

PR and Aquadilla is what my wife and I looked for all over the world. This is our point B in life. A great place where you can enjoy the beach without a care in the world, your kids can play in the neighborhood without concern. A surfboard accidentally left out overnight will be there in the morning. The surf gets as good as anywhere. In the end, it just felt like home.

There's also the extra benefit of having an ocean view and a working lighthouse in the backyard. It is possible to check the surf and wind from the treehouse. When there is surf you can hear it from the bedroom.
