What a FANTASTIC place with AMAZING views. Simply beautiful! We woke up to find a field of beautiful cows asleep beside the property. The beds were very comfortable, the infinity pool was a delight, the outdoor shower was great, the furnishings were lovely. All good! Do note, if you are not comfortable with mountain driving (switch backs and steep inclines), you might be a bit surprised by the drive; we got used to it and managed it ok, but honestly would not have wanted to drive it in the dark.

Beautiful Views

We stayed here for one week. It was amazing! The pool is so relaxing and the views are absolutely gorgeous! Close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Fernando was wonderful and answered all our questions!

Beautiful Home with Very Helpful Hosts

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing property. Located about 20 minutes outside of Rincon up winding mountain roads this secluded home is perched on a hillside with beautiful views. Interior is extremely well done. The pool is crisp and refreshing. Extremely clean and comfortable. Air conditioning runs on solar but we kept them at the recommended temperatures and followed the guidelines and they worked perfectly. Host is accommodating and extremely helpful. I plan on taking my whole family here to stay very soon.

Beautiful!

The property is just as stunning as the photos! Beautiful indoor and outdoor shower with a gorgeous view. The master bedroom is incredible as well. Aguada is so peaceful and serene! Great experience. The host is very kind and responsive. At first I was worried about the place being ran with solar power but we had no issues with the AC, electricity, or heater for the shower water. The pool is a bit small and on the colder side but is great for a hot day with gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend!

Very hot - impossible to sleep

I was not aware that staying in a "green" property (renewable energy - operates with solar panels and not relying on the grid) meant that the property had to be kept at 76 degrees and that you had to turn off one AC to turn on another one (bedroom vs. living area). If by any chance you did not obey, the owner would do it remotely without our consent. We could not sleep due to the heat because the property absorbs a lot of the outside heat (PR is hot). The owner was accesible but we had to constantly text him as he left no instructions whatsoever written anywhere in the property. He allowed us to keep the room AC at 68 degrees (I had to beg) but then the generator turned on at 3am next to the bedroom making a super loud noise so there goes our night... This property needs to be placed in "green" vacation rental platforms or the owner needs to explain upfront the consequences of it being green. Personally, when on vacation, I care more for being comfortable than saving the earth.

The views were great, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the eco concept. This felt a little more like glamping than luxury accommodations though. We were told there is no hot water in the kitchen at all and that the upstairs may be cold because it had been cloudy - this possibility would have been good to know prior to booking. Something made a loud consistent knocking noise on the roof of the bedroom with the windows - so much that we changed rooms. Overall, the place is a bit dingy with the white couch really showing some wear. Our host was prompt to answer any messages, but I would not recommend.
