Fantástico chalet con piscina en una zona elevada en las afueras de Sineu, a pocos minutos andando del centro del pueblo. Cuenta con todas las comodidades, una cocina totalmente equipada con zona de comedor, sala de estar con TVsat, televisor de pantalla plana, aire acondicionado y acceso a internet WIFI. Dispone de 4 habitaciones, de las cuales 2 están en la planta principal junto con 2 baños y 2 habitaciones en la planta piso con baños en suite. La piscina es amplia (11x5), soleada todo el día y desde sus terrazas podrá gozar de unas inmejorables vistas. Ideal para familias y turistas en general, que quieren un sitio espacioso y cómodo, con buenas vistas y soleado durante todo el día.
Sineu es un pueblo antiguo con mucha historia, en el que podrá encontrar interesantes edificios antiguos. Es un referente gastronómico, tanto para los mallorquines como para los que visitan la isla. Está muy bien comunicado con todas las zonas de la isla, por lo que es un punto de partida ideal para todo tipo de actividades de vacaciones y, por tanto, una muy buena elección para disfrutar de su estancia en la isla.

June vacation

Our family has a wonderful ten days here. The house was centrally location making exploration of island perfect . The house and pool were wonderful. Strongly recommend staying here!!

Excellent accomodation

We had a great week in in a property that was perfect and lived up to all our expectations. The property owners could not have been more helpful and made sure that we were happy at all times. Not only is it a wonderful property, but the location in Sineu was a perfect base for exploring the island. Sineu is also a lovely unspoilt town that had much to offer.

The villa is lovely, much better than the pictures show - town is great with all you need and walkable distance - the market on Wednesday is great. The villa itself is spacious, clean and very equipped. Communication and help from owners was perfect. Highly recommend

Lovely villa, kind hosts

We had a fabulous stay in Antonia and Jaume’s lovely villa. They were excellent communicators from the moment we booked this and were kind enough to collect us from Sineu train station and take us to the villa on arrival. There was also a welcome pack (fruit, bread, beer and wine) in the kitchen which was most welcome. The villa was pristine, had everything we needed, was spacious, and had a fabulous pool. The location is good: we could walk to local supermarkets and restaurants. It was also possible to walk to the train station. There is a very extensive market on a Wednesday and we bought delicious olives, pastries etc. We had a really lovely time!

Sineu stay

Excellent property, beautifully maintained & excellent hosts ( lovely couple). Great location, although slightly noisy as on a cross roads but this would not deter us from staying again. Lovely views from the house over the pool to the countryside.However, we would recommend a railing as you go down the steps to the pool and along the pool side which backs on to the pool room as both had sheer drops and very worrying as we had a 6 year old with us and she could have easily slipped with wet feet and sun tan lotion. A lock on the ground floor toilet/ shower room is also required.we would definitely revisit with added railings as we had a smashing holiday.

Sineu is amazing

We had a fantastic time in Sineu. Antònia and her husband welcomed us warmly and even provided us with delicious wine and a snack platter, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house is very spacious, with a lovely garden and a large swimming pool. We felt right at home! There are also plenty of terraces, so you can always find a quiet spot or join in the fun. The kitchen is large and equipped with all the modern conveniences. Antònia always responds quickly via WhatsApp. Sineu is a beautiful village—authentic and not too touristy. Its location is also excellent; within half an hour to forty-five minutes, you can be at the beach. We visited a different beach every day. After a day at the beach, it was wonderful to return to Sineu and relax by the pool. In short, a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful place to stay

We have had a fabulous time staying here in Sineu. The hosts Antonia and Jaume were such lovely people and happy to help with any enquiries. We really appreciated the warm welcome and the treats they left for us.All communication has been excellent throughout. The villa is immaculate, beautifully presented and a well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of room for us all.It is secure and safe. We enjoyed the use of the lovely pool and walked into the village most evenings where there is a good choice of restaurants and a few shops. There is a welcoming atmosphere in the village and all within a 10 minute walk. Palma is only 30 minutes drive and Inca 15 minutes for larger supermarkets etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again- we loved it! Thank you Antonia and Jaume for your hospitality!

Beautiful property, wonderful hosts!

We were a group of six, three couples, who have just returned from Sineu. I won’t repeat all of the things that other reviewers have already said. They are all true, and Antonia and Jaume are wonderful hosts and ensure that guests have a fabulous time in their former family home. We were unfortunate enough to have an unusually heavy downfall of ‘Saharan’ rain one night which made the pool very dirty. Jaume and Antonia came to inspect early in the morning and, unable to get the help of their pool cleaning team (they were inundated with calls!) returned later after the sand had settled at the bottom of the pool and cleaned it themselves. They could not have been more helpful ensuring that their guests were minimally inconvenienced. Sineu town is just a ten minute walk with plenty of restaurants, very quiet, and off the normal tourist track. Do go, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Antonia and Jaume.

Outstanding villa in a wonderful location

Quite simply this is the nicest, cleanest, most well equipped villa I have stayed in on the island. Between us we have been visiting the island for many years, with both hotel stays and villa stays - this stay was simply the best. On arrival we were met but Antonia and Jaume who are the loveliest people. They had left wine, water, bread, cold meats and fruits as a welcome pack. After showing us around they left us to it. The villa was absolutely spotless. The two bedrooms on the top floor each had en-suites and a shared terrace. The ground floor bedrooms shared a full bathroom and there is a bonus shower in the guest toilet. The kitchen has everything you need including a capacious fridge freezer, a clean as new oven, induction job, coffee filter machine and pod machine. There are several outside terraces and seating areas. But the real gem is the pool. It was immaculate. The villa is situated on a corner poly so you have lots of space to enjoy and a super convenient location, around 7-10 minutes to walk to town. Sineu itaelf is lovely with restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, a station with trains to palma and a fascinating market every Wednesday where you can buy fruit to clothes to leather goods. Everyone was so friendly. But Jaime and Antonia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We cannot wait to return!

Unforgettable stay

Unos días maravillosos!!

El Chalet responde totalmente a las condiciones que ofrece en HomeAway. Sol todo el día, piscina grande, aire acondicionado, buenas vistas y unas comodidades que hacen sentirte muy a gusto en una casa super limpia. Además de todo esto, los propietarios son encantadores y les agradecemos que siempre estuvieran a nuestra disposición para ayudarnos. Seguro que repetiremos la experiencia en futuras vacaciones!!

We have spent a few fantastic days in a nice village. The house was comfortable, very clean and spacious, with a big and clean pool. We could enjoy all facilities we were expecting, exactly as we read on the web page, or even more. The owners, Antonia and Jaume, were very kind and helpful with us. The center of the island in general and this house in particular, it is a simply perfect location to arrive in 5' walking to pretty squares in which to sit and eat icecream or have a drink and fantastic restaurants where serving local cuisine, tapas, pizzas....The village is quite lively in the evenings. Wir haben ein Paar schone Tage im Haus verlebt. Die Besitzer waren allzeit sehr freundlich und haben uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen geholfen. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Champagne und anderen Aufmerksamkeit begrüsst. Das Haus hat allen Annehmlichkeiten und es ist gleich als die Fotos in der Anzeige. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe jeder Dienst, den Sie benötigen könnten und ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es hat schöne und sonnige Ausblicke von den Terrassen. Der Pool ist ganz gross und es gibt Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Völlig zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Perfect Villa 10/10

Antonia and Jaume’s villa is immaculate and perfect in every way. From the moment we booked the villa, communication was clear with Antonia and all queries were answered in advance of our arrival. Antonia and Jaume met us at their property and we’re extremely helpful, providing guidance on the villa itself and Sineu. The villa is very spacious and would comfortably meet the needs of 8 adults or 2 families of 4. You are 10 minutes drive to the main roads that lead to Palma or Alcudia, with Inca only a short 15 minute drive if you are looking for bigger supermarkets. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Sineu where you can find small but well stocked supermarkets, restaurants and bars. On Wednesday there is a local market that is very popular and substantial in size, selling a variety of foods, clothing and household items. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for anything better than what we received at the villa and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Wonderful villa

We had a fantastic holiday staying here. The villa is located at the edge of Sineu (easy walk into the centre), with lovely views, wonderfully kept grounds, pool and outside areas/terraces and tastefully furnished inside and out. Everything you could need was there, including a welcome pack, basic cooking and cleaning utensils etc. The owners are wonderful and communication and check in/out was very easy and straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa.

Great property

The house is immaculate, finished to the highest quality. Spacious, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The hosts Antonia & Jaime are lovely. The house has a large garden and a beautiful pool with views across the fields. The only downside is the busy road/road junction by the side which is a bit noisy. Only 5-10 mins walk from the centre of town where there are shops, supermarket and plenty of bars/restaurants and a beautiful church

Beautiful Villa in a Beautiful Place.

This villa is as nice and the pictures and more! The property itself is spectacular and the view out across the countryside is just beautiful. It's located right on the edge of the picturesque and historic town of Sineu, which has plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants, all within a 10 minute walk of the house. The house was spotlessly clean and fantastically equipped with towels, blankets, kitchen appliances, and pantry staples. The hosts Antonia and Jaume were extremely kind and accommodating and even left us some wine, beer, and bread to start our holiday. There are two outdoor dining areas and a large bbq, perfect for outdoor dining, and plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs to relax by the pool. It is a very easy 30 minute drive from the airport and you can take the train to Palma city centre in about 40 minutes. 10/10

Me gusta que los visitantes se sientan como en su casa, por lo que procuro tratarles de una forma familiar y cercana, como deseo que hagan conmigo cuando voy de viaje.

La mayor parte de mi familia y yo misma vivimos en Sineu. Creo que es uno de los pueblos más recomendables para conocer perfectamente una Mallorca más tranquila, tradicional y ecológica.
