Beautiful apartment with spectacular views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa

This is a lovely penthouse on the 5th floor(with a lift) with splendid sea views in the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollenca. It is one of a very limited number of apartments which overlook the bay and the marina and just perfect with the sandy beach directly opposite. Beachfront Penthouse Tanamar is a private fifth-floor penthouse (reached either by lift or staircase). It makes the most of its amazing location with a very large terrace and balconies which look right over the lovely horseshoe-shaped bay and to the headland beyond Pollenca. Inside, the apartment is modern furnished with wood flooring throughout. There are two bedrooms, one is double with a queen size bed and a twin bedroom. One full bathroom with bath tub and full bathroom with a shower. it has a fuly equiped kitchen with an open plan from where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Next to the kitchen you will find the laundry area with a washing machine. In the terrace there is a table and chairs under a shaded area so you can enjoy to seat outside when is very hot during the day. There are also sundbeds to sunbathe from the balcony. cold/hot airconditioning throughout the whole apartment. Wifi, TV, linen, bath and beach towels, one cot and one highchair , first and last cleaning all is included in the price.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed Josefa's apartment - it is spacious, clean and comfortable with good beds. There are lots of towels and bedding provided. The location is very good, close to many restaurants and bars. The beach directly opposite always has sunbeds available, although the sea is rocky here. A few minutes walk up the beach you will find the sea much less rocky. The terrace is amazing - 4 sunbeds and a dining table - lots of room for all of us, with a fantastic view. The lift is small but perfect for luggage or if a couple of you want to use it. We would definitely stay again!

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade mit riesiger Terrasse zum Meer. Die Schlafzimmer gehen aber nach hinten und sind daher ruhig. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß aber perfekt geschnitten. Betten bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und super hilfsbereit! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Lovely comfortable apartment with fabulous views.

Very clean and well placed. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, loads of storage in the bedrooms. Other reviews have commented that the bedrooms are small, they are more than big enough for your holiday needs. The space is well designed providing comfortable and nicely furnished social areas. We very much enjoyed the apartment and would certainly have no hesitation in booking it again.

Fabulous view

We really enjoyed our week in the flat. It is exactly as described. The view is amazing and the area is still lively even in October with plenty of restaurants and shops . The weather was not brilliant but we found ample things to do: We visited Pollensa, Palma and Soller. We had a small hiccup with the key (we locked it inside!) but Josefa was very helpful and sent someone to help us straight away. We recommend the flat 100%. Thank you!

Superb view you never tire of. Great location, opposite a lovely beach and next door to great bars.

The apartment is small but has everything you need and is kept in really good order. The bed mattresses are a bit hard but that’s just personal taste really. The balcony is huge with enough space for four sun beds and table and chairs. There is some noise from neighbours but nothing that disturbs you really. We’ve been there twice and really enjoyed it, and would definitely go again.

The apartment was in a super location with a magnificent view. A repair needed was dealt with right away and clean towels/bedding were provided half way through our stay. The apartment was clean when we arrived, with fruit to welcome us and milk and wine in the fridge. Would stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, mit allem Komfort. Die große Terrasse bietet viel Platz und ermöglicht einen umwerfenden Blick über die Bucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist durch die große Glasfront schön hell. Der Service von Josefa war sehr gut, immer ansprechbar und hilfreich.

Lovely little apartment with an amazing view. Great location amongst shops, bars and restaurants..

First time staying in the port, we normally stay in villas just outside town. The apartment is small but has everything you need however the view from the generous size verandah is superb. Location is great, opposite the beach and amongst bars, restaurants and shops. Although it's very busy it's fairly quiet on the 5th floor of this building. The only noise you hear is from neighbours below or the rubbish collection vehicles. We found getting around on buses really easy and very cheap compared to taxis. We can thoroughly recommend hiring electric bikes. Great shop in town Wattstlyle. Max, the owner is great and will take you on a tour including a visit to a vineyard where you sample their wine and tapas of the region. Wonderful way to spend the afternoon. Nearby towns of Pollensa and Alcudia (old town) both worth a visiting only a few kilometres away. Easy to reach by bus or bike.

Storartet utsikt fra rommelig terrasse

Praktisk leilighet på femte nivå med storartet utsikt. Heis i bygget, men den er trang. Vår manuelle rullestol fikk så vidt plass. Vi stortrivdes med kort vei til strand, restauranter og transport for turer ut fra Port de Pollença.

Excellent week in this beautiful resort - visited the surrounding countryside and enjoyed the stunning scenery - will certainly recommend both the apartment and the resort and will definitely return.

Superb Balcony, Location & View but.......................

Location, view & balcony superb...........A few niggles. Apartment okay but a little tired looking Did not like to use oven as it clearly had not been cleaned. Tried to use a/c twice. Worked on night we arrived but failed to work on final night. In fact produced hot air from all 3 units. TV reception almost non existant for English channels. We know that there are issues regarding changes in satellite position but elsewhere issues have been resolved through Internet. We booked two bedroom apt but linen only changed on double bed and not on bed in use in room with two singles. Not a great issue but shower room extremely tight. Original booking for 17th to 27th May made. Deposit paid 7th Feb with payment in & paid for in full on 16th March. Details of original flights provided 04th March When joining instructions received on 15th May the 10.00 checkout time noticed & a request made to check if our pickup time of 13.35 would present a difficulty. As a result Josefa phoned and suggested a time of 10.30 and that we could leave cases in apartment. My suggestion that we could wait on extensive balcony was rejected. We therefore changed our departure to 26th. On arrival Josefa then indicated that we could have waited on balcony. Flexibility a bit late. Because of this lack of timely flexibility we cut our stay by one day.

This apartment is ideal for people who wants to be at the beach and enjoy the views of the whole sea of Puerto Pollensa. The beach is only across the street from the apartment and so is very convenient . The location is also fantastic as is within walking distance to all amenities in the village so a car is not needed.
The center of town is only 10 minute walking away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This apartmen is just in a sandy beach, perfect for swimming and aunbathing, and to enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, padel surf, kite surf, saling.
Within walking distance from the apartment ( just a few steps away) you will find a good sellection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops , supermarkets, boutiques, bakery.
A few steps from the back street there is a free public parking for the rented car.
You can go to Pollensa old town (8 minute drive), Formentor beach(15 minute drive) Cala San Vicente(8 minute drive) Alcudia(10 minute drive)
Also few steps from the apartment there is a bus stop where you can get a bus to go to all the places mentioned above.
