Increíble apartamento moderno ubicado en el segundo piso de un edificio frente a la playa.

El apartamento Sivella II tiene un estilo elegante y está ubicado en una de las zonas más concurridas del Puerto de Pollença, cerca de una amplia gama de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.

¡Sin olvidar la increíble playa de arena justo afuera de la puerta!

El apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios, una amplia sala de estar, terraza y un solárium adicional en la azotea.



El interior del apartamento es moderno, elegante y recientemente decorado para brindar una experiencia de vacaciones aún mejor. Además, al estar ubicado en una parcela de esquina, permite que el apartamento esté lleno de luz natural durante todo el día, lo que proporciona una gran sensación de espacio y libertad. Hay 2 dormitorios, uno con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales, así como un amplio salón con cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y sofá. El baño familiar tiene una ducha. Para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, todo el apartamento tiene aire acondicionado.



Las grandes puertas del patio conducen a la terraza delantera, que ofrece impresionantes vistas sobre la playa de arena, el paseo marítimo y la bahía de Pollensa.



Un tramo de escaleras conduce a la terraza de la azotea, un área privada que disfruta de las vistas más sensacionales y un espacio adicional. Para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, no es necesario usar un automóvil en esta propiedad, sin embargo, hay un estacionamiento privado (puertas) disponible en las instalaciones de forma gratuita.

Port of Pollencia

We stayed a week during the offseason, it was quiet and relaxing. Enough was open to provide all we needed and enjoyed some fine dining in the neighborhood. We will be back!

Perfect location for beach, restaurants and town centre, stunning balcony view, lovely apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. Wi-fi was useful. Easy to check-in and gain access to the accommodation. Sealand Villas gave us clear instructions on access and check in arrangements prior to our stay and answered queries swiftly. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at this apartment so expectations had already been set from last year - a perfect setting for a great holiday - good size, all the facilities needed for a 3-week break - ideal location - roof terrace a real bonus. Hoping to return next year! The roof-top terrace would benefit from some kind of sun shade.

The property overall is tired. They definitely did a great job with the staged photos as the unit feels a lot more bare and cold than what you see online. We rented beach towels that were not there for arrival. Management was alerted and we were told we would get them next day. That too, did not happen. We were eventually refunded for beach towel rentals.The beds in the second bedroom were pretty cheap and not really comfortable. We asked for early check in multiple times and were told to check back with the last one being 2 days before check in and management was supposed to check with house cleaning. No responses followed. We checked in multiple times for updates with no response. The welcome kit and overall expected supplies for a reasonably stay (4 nights) were abysmal. 1 roll of toilet paper? Shampoo and Conditioner the size of hotel style 1 night lodgings? When you're spending 750/night, seems like the least an owner/operator could do is supply enough for your stay for grand cost of like 12. I would expect the same for coffee and tea given the nightly price.Lastly and along the lines with the above, you get what you pay for, the unit does have AC…but for most of the day the thermostats are on a timer for about an hour. After 8pm you can have it on all night, but if you’re out during the day, the unit can get quite hot. Again, for this cost, any guest should be comfortable at any time of the day without restriction. To compound, they limit temperature

We have also taken note of your comments regarding the welcome supplies, beds and other aspects of the property. Regarding the air conditioning, we would like to clarify that the operating hours and conditions of use are clearly stated in the property information before a reservation is made. Therefore, this is not a restriction that was imposed on the guest during the stay, nor is it information that was unavailable beforehand. Our aim is always to provide a comfortable and high-quality stay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving. We are sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.

Family stay

We loved staying at the apartment. It was spacious clean and the bed were very comfortable. There are plenty of equipment etc in the kitchen. The location is fantastic. We had issues with the air conditioning. We figured out each controller can be taken off the wall and needs charging up in order to work properly. In the information pack it would be useful to have information about the things in the apartment like how to use the air con, how to use the washing machine.

The apartment was clean, had perfect views from both balconies and just across the road from the lovely sandy and also clean beach. Amenities close by and the central square was a 7 minute stroll. The only negative was we couldn't work out how the air con in the bedrooms worked, but wasn't really needed. Information pack contains lots of info. Mallorca and especially the North of the island is a cycling mecca so beware when crossing paths and roads as they do think they have right of way at all times and are very shout! We will return as it has everything we needed. Andy More detail on how to use the air con would be good.

A view to remember

Great location. The view and the balcony area was superb. The upstairs solarium area was cordoned off with broken sunloungers etc. We were in Mallorca the previous week and appreciate that there was a pretty violent storm. Our hotel had righted everything by the next day-why not the apartment agent? Also the safe was broken with the batteries on the floor. We ended up repairing it ourselves with strong tape despite being promised that someone would come to fix it on the Monday. If I were the owner I would find new agents. Love the apartment however.

The property was clean and easy to find

The property was clean and easy to find. Just as depicted in the photos, and the location was ideal for walking into Pollença. The only issue we had was that we requested a clean mid-stay, and this did not happen despite confirming it with the property manager. In the end it was OK because we only stayed one more day, but we would have appreciated the clean towels!
