Bungalow semi-detached in the center of Puerto Rico Urbanization

Bungalow semi-detached, renovate in october 2020, private wifi, safe, distributed over 2 floor: Lounge, kitchen, service bathroom, solarium, terrace with small private garden. Upstairs: Two bedrooms and main bathroom. Please watch the video. The bungalow has beautiful views, is located in a residential complex closed all around its peremeter, equipped with security cameras . It has communal areas, gardens, pool-solarium and is 5 and 8 minutes walk from a three most importante shopping centres with supermarkets, bank offices , Atms, restaurants, pubs, clinics, pharmacy, lavanderia, gambling-rooms, gym, taxi rank. The distance walking to the beach is 12 minutes. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk, with connection to the airport, island capital and other places. The excellent location make it not necessary to use car. There are 2 golf courses within a 10 minutes drive. There is a spat about 15 minutes walk. If you enjoy walking you have long walks along the sea that connect with other beaches. You can also take boat trips or fishing on the coast. The island has very good communications by plane or boats with other islands. Briefly , we will add new photos and a new video including the bungalow renovation.

veldig flott sted, har alt nødvendig for en vellykket ferie .bodil og meg kommer tilbake.

Ble veldig godt mottat av Ismael og Paqui, veldig fint på terrasen med Hekken rundt. 2 flotte soverum ,2 bad, 1 vaskerom med vaskemaskin og kjøleskap som var fylt opp med mat,vann og øl. vi ble veldig bra forklart om leiligheten 4 min å gå til sentrum av Puerto Rico. tusen takk for denne gangen.Bodil og Brede.

Arizona Apartment

A fantastic apartment very clean and has everything you need, hosts were very nice and welcoming, the welcome pack was exceptional and helped a great deal..Very close to shops and bars and restaurants, a short walk to the beach too…The lift to the apartment is so close by…Only one downside but expected as so close to nightlife, noise from music bars, but definitely hasn’t put us off and we are returning in November again for another fantastic 3 weeks 👍

Lovely appartment with large terrace overwieing Puerto Rico. On the hill but with elevator up to the car parking and down to appartment and further down to the swimming pool and the center of the city/shops/restaurants etc. Recommended!

Meine Frau und ich waren mit dem Quartier rundherum zufrieden. Der einzige Nachteil für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen: Ab 20.00 Uhr hört man relativ laute Discomusik aus etlichen anderen Unterkünften.

Tolles Ferienhäuschen in zentraler Lage

Perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet - es fehlte absolut an nichts inkl. Strandausrüstung. Der Empfang durch die Besitzer Ismael und Paqui war sehr warmherzig. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt inkl. Bier und Wein, Schokolade und Erstausstattung fürs Frühstück. Sogar an ausreichend Trinkwasser war gedacht. Frisches Brot gibt es (außer Montags) ca. 100m entfernt. Die beiden Einkaufszentren sind auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig mit einem schönen Salzwasserpool. Abends ab ca. 21 Uhr kann es wegen der Nähe zum Einkaufs- und Ausgehzentrum manchmal laut werden . Hier hat sich für uns bewährt, Fenster und Türen zu schließen und Ohrstöpsel zu benutzen.

Vi blev modtaget med en fantastisk flot velkomstpakke ud over alle grænser Pænt rent og hyggelig bungalow med alle faciliteter. Dejlig poolområde pænt og velholdt overalt De små problemer vi kom ud for løste Ismael hurtigt og vi fik også informationer om usædvanligt vejr fra ham. Vi havde en dejlig ferie på stedet Vil absolut vende tilbage hertil

Lägenheten var helt till belåtenhet

Lägenheten var på lagom avstånd från centrum och badstranden. Vi fick ett varmt mottagande när vi anlände och ägarna var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Man kan bo i lägenheten som hemma och laga maten själv eller bo som turist. Utsikten över Puerto Ricos västra sida var mycket vacker på kvällen, man såg också badstranden. Mvh. Rolf & Ritva

Home away from home

We are very satisfied staying here. The location is perfect. The place was clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. The terrace had a overhang, which is a big plus, so you can enjoy it without baking in the sun. We had nice neighbors. The owners took good care of us. We even received welcome package with food and beverages as well a delicious chocolate cake.

Ein schönes, freundliches, sauberes Haus mit vielen Vorzügen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr freundlich gestaltet. Zum Empfang fanden wir Obst und Süßigkeiten und eine Flasche Wein. Im Kühlschrank waren ein paar Leckereien für ein kleines Abendessen und ein kleines Frühstück. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, eigentlich war alles fast wie neu, so sauber. Die beiden Zimmer oben haben je zwei Betten und einen Schrank. In einem Schrank gibt es sogar einen Save. Das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette ist sehr sauber und modern. Unten ist noch eine Toilette mit Bad. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht um zu kochen und zu backen. Auch Küchengeräte und eine Mikrowelle. Im Vorratsschrank stand reichlich Trinkwasser bereit, so daß wir gar keins kaufen mussten. Ebenso Café, Marmelade, Öl, Essig und einige Gewürze. Die hübsche Terasse hat einen wunderbaren Sonnenschutz und viele schöne Blumen, die den Aufenthalt draußen sehr schön machen. Man blickt über das ganze Tal. Es gibt auch zwei Sonnenliegen, einen extra Sonnenschirm, eine Wäscheleine und einige gepolsterte Stühle um den großen Tisch herum. Wir haben es sehr genossen ganz entspannt zu lesen und haben sogar Gäste gehabt. Zur Innenausstattung gehört neben zwei sommerlichen Polstermöbeln und einem Couchtisch auch ein Fernseher mit Fernbedienung und Wirelesslan. In allen Zimmern gibt es Ventilatoren. Es gibt eine gute Waschmaschine, mit Waschpulver, die wir auch benutzt haben und genug Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, noch näher ist der Pool der zum Revier gehört. Geht man den schönen Fußweg zur nächsten Bucht, rechts, kann man noch mehr Strandleben mit schönem Sand und wunderbar sauberem, erfrischendem Wasser genießen. Im Revier kann man die Steinstufen steigen oder man nimmt den Aufzug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Wenn Du Dich einfach erholen möchtest, dann kann ich Dir das Häuschen sehr empfehlen. Man bekommt bei verschiedenen Supermärkten und vor allem im “Spar” wunderbares warmes Essen zum Mitnehmen. Wenn Du zum Meer gehtst und Dich an der Bucht links hältst, kommst Du am Bootshafen zu einem guten Fischrestaurant. Dort waren wir immer wieder. Wenn Du es nachts gerne ruhig hast, dann denke daran, die Läden und die Fenster zu schließen da im ganzen Tal verschiedene Geräusche zu hören sind, die dich stören könnten. Ich gebe unserem Wirt die Bestnote für sein hübsches Haus und seine Gastfreundlichkeit. Julia

The best holiday home you will find in Puerto Rico

Myself and two friends stayed for 10 days in March. The bungalow was lovely, well equipped and the owner Ismael and his wife delightful hosts. They could not have been more considerate and left us fruit, milk, wine and beer for our arrival. It is only a five minute walk to the bus station, shops and restaurants and beach and although the building is elevated with lovely views of the sea and Puerto Rico, it was only necessary to go up a few steps to reach the road leading to the lift. Sitting on the large terrace was a delight both for breakfast and in the late afternoon after a trip to either the beach or the pool. It is easy to travel around by bus and very cheap, but there is also a parking place for anyone who wants to hire a car. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends, and the only downside was the loud music at night which is inevitable unless you stay further away from the town which is much less convenient and would require the use of taxis. The owner has plenty of fans in the bungalow although we didn’t find it necessary to use them.

Super place to stay

We (a recently retired couple from The Netherlands) stayed in this bungalow for 5 weeks in january and february 2019. The bungalow has everything that we needed. It was very neat and clean. It is spacious for 2 people. The very friendly owner and his wife met us on arrival. They left us a welcome package with several items which we appreciated for the first days. Very nice. They told us what we needed to know for our stay. During our stay we could always contact them with any questions. Next door neighbors were also very friendly and, if needed, helpful. The bungalow is situated near the lifts which is very handy especially for carrying groceries. There is a bagage carrier in the bungalow making this easier. The bungalow is situated close to the shops and restaurants. Others have written in their reviews about the noisy music at night. We closed the outside bedroom door until the music stopped and later we could open it. So the music didn’t bother us. We had been in the Puerto Rico area about 10 years ago. Now we came back to this area because it is known to be an area with the best weather and plenty of sunshine. We had weather between 22 and 25 degrees Centigrade. This time of year there are many elderly retired “snowbirds” in the area looking for winter sun. Most of the tourists are Norwegian and some Swedes escaping the cold winter. The bungalow’s patio is a wonderful place to sit with nice views. The sun came to the patio around 12 noon and stayed until sunset. The swimming pool was a bit cold the first days of our stay – only about 16 degrees – but it warmed up during our stay. The last weeks it was 20 degrees. We went to the pool every afternoon when returning from our day out. The beach is nearby. It was always nice to walk to the harbor. There is a nice boulevard to walk to nearby Amadores. We rented a car for a week to travel to other areas such as up in the mountains. There is a parking place for this bungalow with a chain and lock so it is not necessary to hunt for a parking spot. Its also very easy to take a bus or taxi to nearby places. The bus is also handy when travel back and forth to the airport. Our hobby is geocaching. This is a real geocache paradise. There are many caches hidden in Puerto Rico and in the surrounding hills. We thoroughly enjoy our hikes. Thank you both for our great holiday. Greetings Jan and Kaye

Superb bungalow, clean, spacious and relaxing.

I stayed in Ismael`s bungalow for two weeks over the new year. The bungalow has everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Two comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, large fridge/freezer and full hob, etc. Utility room with good washing machine, two shower / bathrooms and a homely little lounge. A nice and large dining table in the garden, even a key safe. I didn`t use the barbeque but nice to know its there. Ismael is a great host and also provided a very generous welcome pack. My favourite area was the sundeck / garden as the sun arrived around 13:00 and lasted till sundown. The complex is very secure and private and No 14 has great neighbours on each side who are very helpful and knowledgeable because they are residents. I didn`t use the pool, although other people did, but 16 degrees water temp was a bit too chilly for me. The Commercial centre is close by with a large selection of bars and restaurants, mostly rather good. It also has supermarkets and pharmacies, etc. A little loud at night but tolerable, given the convenience. If you want it quieter you have to go further away from the centre, requiring taxi`s to and fro. Personally, I prefer having everything I need close by. The location is very central in the resort for walking or transport. Parking is included if you want to hire a car. I would happily recommend Ismael`s bungalow for a great stay in the sun and look forward to returning this year.

It's a great little house and the owners are very nice.

The owners met us at the property and showed us around. They provided a few essentials like beer, wine, water, a bowl full of fruit and a few other luxuries. All very nice and much appreciated. We exchanged regular communications with the owners via email during our stay, all good. The only downside for us was the loud music at night. The property overlooks the commercial centre which is very convenient on one hand, but the bars and clubs stay open until 4am! The boom boom of the music often woke us up, guess we're getting old! Having said that we'd love to go back.

Prima woning met fijn terras. Zeer volledig ingericht en zelfs een pakket etenswaren voor de eerste

Dicht bij winkelcentrum en veel restaurants. Enige nadeel is dat er 's avonds veel geluid van beneden komt. Maar dat geldt voor alle woningen op de hellingen die dicht bij het centrum zitten
