Se puede acceder fácilmente en transporte público por lo que es la opción ideal para los huéspedes que visitan la Ciudad Eterna.

El acceso al metro, literalmente a dos cuadras de distancia, hace que el turismo sea muy fácil para todos los demás lugares de interés. Te puede llevar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Se puede llegar a monumentos como el Coliseo, la Plaza de España y la Fontana de Trevi con algunas paradas de metro o con uno de los muchos autobuses que sirven la zona.

Ubicado en el segundo piso de un hermoso edificio del siglo XIX con ascensor, este apartamento tiene aproximadamente 70 metros cuadrados con pisos de madera y techos altos.

El apartamento se compone de una sala de estar con una cocina completa (todas las comodidades), un pequeño balcón y dos dormitorios amplios. Cada habitación tiene un baño en suite (baños completos completamente renovados).

Desde el pequeño balcón se puede disfrutar de la vista del histórico Passetto del Borgo (un pasaje elevado que une la ciudad del Vaticano con Castel Sant'Angelo, erigido en 1277 por el papa Nicolás III y sirvió como ruta de escape para los Papas en peligro) y las hermosas tiendas calle Via Cola di Rienzo.

El apartamento es para no fumadores, con aire acondicionado y fresco en verano, climatizado y acogedor en invierno.

Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento (no solo paneles dobles) inundan el apartamento con una hermosa luz natural y garantizan una buena noche de descanso.

Alrededor de la construcción de restaurantes, típicas "trattorias y cafeterías, así como las instalaciones más prácticas como supermercados, bancos y farmacias. Aproximadamente a 2 cuadras de distancia hay un Mercado Central para comprar productos frescos, carnes, quesos, frutas, verduras, pan para disfrutar en la hermosa cocina.

Great location and great apartment. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Carla is a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival and explained everything. She offered recommendations for restaurants and where to find the closest grocery stores. Carla responds to communications in a very timely manner. Definitely a 5 star rating and highly recommend..

We loved this apartment. The beds were super comfortable. We didn't cook except for scrambled eggs one morning but everything needed was there. I didn't think we would need the washer/dryer but ended up using it almost daily. It was so close to the Vatican only about a 5 minute walk. There were so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby to choose from and a pharmacy and super market. We rode the Metro quite a bit and the A line stop was only a 5 minute walk. I loved that it had an elevator for our luggage and to take me up after a long day of walking. If I return to Rome, I'll stay here again.

This property was in the perfect location for us. We walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, busses were very handy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Carla was an amazing host. I would stay there again.

We loved staying here. The balcony was awesome. Our son was out there everyday watching the people and cars. The wi-fi worked great. It was a central location. We were able to walk to all the spots we wanted to see - Vatican, Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla - etc.

There is not enough words to describe how amazing Carla's place was! We loved everything about the apartment! Not only was the apartment really clean and comfortable, the neighborhood was great as well! The apartment was so close to the Vatican, metro train station, and within walking distance to many of the must-see sights in Rome. Excellent Apartment & Location. Wouldn't Change A Thing!

Family loved this apartment. Very close to the action in Prati area. Great Air Conditioning and a fridge and freezer that actually worked in Italy! Nice little step outside to patio to see the main streets. Contact was consistantly available and all instructions were clear. Wifi worked well, the kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms all fully functioning and beds/bedrooms comfortable and quiet. Only a couple flights to the apartment if you dont use the elevator. If I return I would look to stay here again!

Great location and property

This property was clean and well managed. Carla was a great host and helped us arrange transfers with vendors she knew and trusted. The property is very close to the Vatican, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Close to Restaurants and the Vatican

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our party of four for 10 nights. The 2 master suites made it easy for us all to get ready at the same town as we prepared to explore Rome. The apartment is two blocks from the metro and in a safe neighborhood. The Vatican was just 3 blocks away, and we walked to St Peter's Square 4 evenings to soak in the majesty of the square, the fountains and the Basilica. We ate several meals within a block of the apartment, and either walked or took the metro to other parts of town for sightseeing and meals. The bedrooms were a generous size and the beds we all comfortable. Carla is a gracious and helpful host who was always available when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Immaculately clean, great location

This apartment is beautiful, immaculately clean, spacious, and in the perfect location close to the Vatican, Ottiviano metro stop, and is a nice walk to the Centro Storico. The host was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect holiday

The apartment was ideal; the layout very comfortable. The location was perfect. Carla was easy to communicate with. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including supermarket, shops and markets. Beware of pharmacy at corner, overcharged us by three times for medicine. Thank you Carla for everything. We are hoping to come back.

Great Location, perfect for 2 couples

Located just a couple blocks from the Vatican, easy walking distance. Great apartment with small common area to hang out when not touring. Both bedrooms were a nice size and had en-suite bathrooms. Everything was super clean. Carla was fabulous! She helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. She also met us at the apartment and explained everything in the apartment and how to get around the area. Highly recommend!

Excellent location

The apartment was perfect in every way. Having travelled from far away, Carla went above and beyond to make our stay was more comfortable. Particularly this included helping us arrange travel to and from the airport. The apartment itself included all the amenities we needed for a stay with a family. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Home

Carla's place was very lovely. The home is exactly as pictured with easy access to everything in Prati---metro, Vatican, shops and restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The home was extremely clean and Carla was a great host. This was the last stop on our trip and it was the perfect base for us to explore Rome while getting ready to head back home. Thank you Carla for the wonderful stay!

Great place

Conveniently located, couple of blocks from the metro station, bus stop and taxi stand. Many restaurants (not that crowded as it is not that close to the Vatican), grocery store a block away. Still only 4-5 blocks to St Peter Square and 8 minutes walk to the entrance to Vatican museum. On the third floor to us (second in Italy), with an elevator to bring luggage up. 2 completely independent rooms each with its own bathroom. Very clean, with all what you need for your stay. Chiara, the manager was very helpful and available for every need. Great place,

Clean and perfect!

We had a lovely host. Carla helped us check in late because of a late arrival at the airport. She had to be tired after giving us all the info about the apartment and everything nearby. We loved the walk to and from the nearby Vatican City and other points of interest across the river. It was perfect and the restaurant below and around the corner was perfect for coffee and breakfast before we departed by Taxi to the train station.

Great Location near St. Peter’s

Very convenient location near St Peters. Nice neighborhood and great restaurants in area. Safe and secure building. Taxi stand right around corner. For as loud as Rome is, apartment is very quiet. Super easy checkin/checkout. Carla was super easy to communicate with.
