My husband and I really enjoyed our one-month stay. Bob was a gracious host, and we had everything we needed. The sunsets were beautiful, and the condo complex is located on a quiet wonderful stretch of beach. We would highly recommend Bob and Stephanie's condo for anyone looking for a quiet beach front location.

Wonderful white sand beach

Wonderful pool. Beach was right there. Sand starts at the end of the porch. We loved it and will go back sometime

Fantastic place

This was a hidden gem!! Location was awesome!! Loved being able to go outback and watch the sunset. The place had everything for us to use for the month we stayed! We loved every minute and look forward to coming back next year!!

Quiet

We stayed a month. Bob was a great host who kept in touch to be sure we were happy. It’s quiet here and the beach is only a few steps away. This is more residential and restaurants/tourist areas are further away.

Great clean quiet place

Pictures are accurate as how place looks. Owners are very nice even made sure we got home safely. At first we were disappointed that the pool wasn't heated but after getting to see the Gulf of Mexico every day that didn't even matter. New furniture in living room everything you need is there for you. Would recommend this place for you.

A Perfect Place to Stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay on Belleair Beach; Bob and Stephanie were perfect hosts. We were 113 steps from our door to the water (I counted them!) and the pool was even closer. Lots of room inside the condo, comfy couches to relax on after soaking up the sun on uncrowded Belleair Beach. It was almost like having our own private beach. Bob and Fran

Absolutely the best!

This place is absolutely the best we rented during our 18 years of staying in Florida and is owned by the most friendly owners one can wish for. Both bend over backwards to make our stay comfortable. It was very convenient having our car parked right at the back door, the pool is right next to the unit and the beach is just steps away. This spacious place has everything a person needs in a rental and is furnished with beautiful comfortable furniture, beds and more. We loved the large kitchen, walk in closet and the storage room for our long term stay and hope to return next Fall. Thank you both!

Absolutely Wonderful! Perfect Beach Getaway!

We rented this unit while we were searching for a home in Tampa. This place was perfect. You are 20 steps from the door to the beach! This clean, well maintained unit has everything you could need while on you beach getaway! If I needed anything or had any questions the owners were extremely pleasant and quick to respond!! This complex is quiet and safe. We had no problems. We loved this place so much that we decided to extend our stay another three months at the owners other property on site. You won't be disappointed once you arrive!

On the best beach in the Clearwater Beach area.

Beautiful sunrises poolside. Spectacular sunsets at the beach. Great location. Close to amenities.

Beach, quiet, low traffic, perfect as expected

We spent a month with all we wanted to do close by. Right on the gulf just a few steps from the beach. All needs were supplied at the condo. Bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. Hope to be back soon. DK & KK

Awesome Stay

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this unit for the last 30 days while relocating. The unit had everything I could ask for. Great location, very clean, steps out the back door to watch evening sunsets, and a wonderful owner that is available if anything is needed. I would rate this condo with 10+ stars if possible. Reaxing Oasis

Very clean unit, well equipped & comfortable. Safe area; courteous, thoughtful & efficient owners. Convenient parking directly outside unit, well-maintained pool & quiet beach only steps away My 10th season here & hope to return again!

Affordable comfort

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet upscale area of the west coast. This cute condo has all the furnishings needed for an extended stay, with updated furniture, large bedroom and closet, washer and dryer. Although we experienced temporary electrical and plumbing difficulties, the issues got resolved to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the value of this property.

We are very saddened by this 1-star rating from Hilary. We tried to be accomodating to this tenant and feel she was only using us while she was shopping for an apartment on a long term lease. We had rented to her even though I had misgivings. My husband was trying to give her a break, since she just moved to our area and just started a new job. She had inspected our vacation rental & agreed to the 3 month lease. We also lowered our rent, allowed her to move in 4 days in advance at no cost and let her pay by the month. She would not be happy until we let her out of her lease, which we happily did. She failed to see our condo for what it is - a vacation rental. We also wonder why it took 5 months to write a review. And why Hilary wanted us to allow her to stay thru the 14th of November. We have very a strict policy prohibiting us from renting for less than 30 days. We only wish her well with her new accomodations.

Great location - condo needs work

Owners are very pleasant to work with. Condo needs work, has been used hard. Furniture, rugs, towels, etc. worn and entire condo needs updated. Not what I was expecting for the price. Turnover every weekend with guests arriving at the condos on Friday and staying a few days or a week. Many children each weekend on property. Condo is located next to the pool that was nice. The beach is across the parking, it is not viewable from condo. Covered parking is extremely tight, however parking located outside as well.

Thank you for your comments. We had just purchased this property last February and it has been leased every month except for 2 weeks, in which we had hurricane windows installed. We are working on updates & currently are replacing the living room furniture. As far as turnover for our condominium complex is concerned, there is a strict 30 day leasing rule or there may be residents who have family visit. We feel our condo is a fair price for a 1 bedroom 800 sq ft apartment steps from a private beach. The next door lodgings are at $169 per night and rent by the week. A lot of your concerns are being addressed! We appreciate your business and hope you will keep us in mind if you ever visit this area again.

Perfect for my home away from home!!

I stayed in this one bedroom condo and it was perfect. One month away from home (GE project) is a long time, but Bob & Stephanie made it very nice. Condo was clean and full of everything needed to make your stay comfortable. First floor entrance and parking right in front of unit was a great perk along with sunsets, beach, nearby groceries/restaurants, wifi/printer. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location

Beautiful sunsets!

We absolutely loved our 3 month stay at Gulf Belleair Condominiums. The ocean and beach were beautiful, and we couldn't get enough of the surf sounds and sunsets. If you like quiet and friendly this is the place. The unit provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We already miss being there.

Bob & Stephanie own 2 condo units at Gulf Belleair (because we love it so much!) Our main residence is in Tampa, so we are only 45 minutes away if anything is needed. We hope everyone who stays at our place, enjoys the beach as much as we and our family does and takes home wonderful memories.

This first floor condominium is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It has 1 large king sized bedroom, one bath, living room with dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Approximately 800 square feet, the building/unit is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. There is no balcony. The unit has a washer and dryer, two TV's with high-speed internet. The pool and beach are just steps from the condo. Reserved covered parking is directly at door of condo. Additional guest parking is in front of the condo.

Ground Floor - walk out to the beach. No hauling groceries up elevators. Easy access to car. Fully outfitted with everything you need! This is a quiet & peaceful complex where you can come, relax and get away from all the hustle & bustle.
