We are Close to Tampa, St. Pete , All beaches and Airport's
Restaurants directly across the street. Publix, Starbucks within walking distance. Keyless private entry. Small fenced fenced area that is convenient for your pet. There's room enough for 1 car( additional car canby parked on the side yard) One animal only. This includes service or non-service due to the size of the unit and consideration of the animals comfort. No guest Cats

The space is a garage conversion, just completed in July 2023.
The unit has a private entry and fenced outside seating area that's perfect for pets or smoking.
The LARGE bathroom is to die for! You have a off road parking spot directly in front of your window. If traveling with a second vehicle please park in the side yard. Only one car in front of the Unit.

There is a single bed pull out that could sleep an additional small person or child.

*This is a pet friendly unit. We also have pets. I try very hard to prevent stray pet hair on the linens. If you find a stray pet hair ....please take comfort knowing they have been washed. Failure to announce pets before arriving or smoking inside the unit will result in fines.

Other things to note
**REGARDING TRAVELING WITH AMIMALS** We do not host cats. Due to the size of the unit and the comfort of the animal, We only host ONE animal (this includes service or non-service animals) For the sanity of other sharing this home...if your dog continuously barks when left alone... please do NOT book this unit. If your dog is under 3 years of age, it must be contained in a kennel in your absence. A medium sized kennel is available for your use. ( keep under the bed )Your fenced part of the yard is different from ours, and provides a safe outdoor area for your fur baby. Please DO NOT book our unit if you have pet allergies. All blankets, comforters, pillow shams, and sheets and throw rugs are washed between guests. Pet hair does not always come out when laundered. I pay close attention to the detail of pet hair removal but it's easily missed. If the thought of finding missed pet hair on your linens disturbs you, this is probably not the right Vrbo for you.

Coyotes live in our neighborhood ( They are everywhere in Pinellas county, even the beaches) so I do not recommend walking in your pets late at night or at sunrise.
