Ski In, Ski Out

We loved the space, the extra blankets, plenty of kitchen plates, etc. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Ski in after a long day on the slopes was great and proximity to shuttle stop was nice.

Great Location!

Great place, great location! The walk to the lift was short, and the ski run home was great! We had 7 people, including 3 teenagers, and it was the perfect size.

NEW YEAR STAY IN BRECKENRIDGE

We had a great family holiday in Breckenridge at this townhouse. The location and the snow did not disappoint but there is some minor room for improvement that would have made our experience even better. Specifically a property that can accommodate 8 people should provide parking for 2 cars, even if the second one is at a neighbouring but close location. Some of the kitchen equipment should be updated. For example there were a total of 5 wine glasses (all plastic). A minor investment (10's of ) in replacing damaged and unmatched glasses would convey the sense of quality I would expect for this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the size of the condo, location and ease to slopes for all age groups. Only downside is hot tub accessibility. Minor issues were fireplace remote needs to be replaced, toilet handles need repair and the rooms stayed hot. Opening a window corrected this. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Quick Breck getaway

Our trip was great and this was the perfect location for a family with two teens - easy access to town, trails and pools/hot tubs. The condo was well stocked with plenty of room for all of us! Thank you!

Nice Spot

Within walking distance to town made it easy to go out in the evening for dinner. It was quiet in the area except for traffic on the street. The place was clean and enjoyed having the board games there but the home could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Airbnb for group of adults

The unit itself was perfect for several couples staying together with two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The living space on the main floor was great as well. Good space for playing games and cooking etc. Two downsides were the distance from hot tub and ski lift.

Long weekend hike

Enjoyed the location and would recommend. Only comment was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable as we came during 'shoulder season's and these were undergoing maintenance in preparation for ski season.

Fabulous Location

Nice, clean and comfortable place with more than enough room for 6, including teenagers and little kids. The location was extremely convenient. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in less than 15 minutes. We will be back.

Awesome Breckenridge Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very important to have a place that offered ski in/ski out since my young adult children are not first tracks skiers and prefer to sleep later. This allowed the first track skiers the ability to just get up and go! Easy access to the lift just a few minutes walk and super easy ski back to the back door. One thing to note, you are only allowed one car for parking which is odd since this unit sleeps 8 so if you have a big crew with two cars you are expected to remote park additional cars in the airport parking lot 7 minutes drive away. Since we were late in the ski season, we took a chance and parked our second car at the unit and we’re not bothered as the lot was never full. We had one maintenance issue that was promptly resolved by the manager, all handled via txt chat. Overall, we had a great week in this property and at Breckenridge!

Lovely! And Very nice ski in, but really not ski out

Very cute. Nice fireplace. Good location for going home after skiing but really not great for walking to ski unless you are very fit and adjusted to 9000 ft altitude ( because its a 4 minute uphill walkwith skiis and boots- a good warmup for many of us but not all, and then a line for a 2-chair). Fortunately the option to walk out the door, left down the street about 100 yards and catch a ride on a 2 minute bus to 4-chair Beaver Run lift in the morning, was good.

Fantastic Ski/Snowboard Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a week. 8 adults, 2 babies and a 4 year old, everyone had plenty of space to take some me time or gather in the living/dining rooms. Two tables and the bar meant plenty of seating and the kitchen was easily the best stocked kitchen we’ve had in a rental. Everything from a crock pot to a Keurig (& 12-cup coffee maker). We cooked breakfast daily and almost every dinner there, never left wanting. Beds were fine, there are thermostats in almost every room, fans and humidifiers were also provided (additional humidifiers available on request). Only bummer was that the pool & hot tub were a bit of a walk or drive away and the sidewalks were quite slick while we were there. The property manager was very responsive, brought extra towels, TP, trash bags etc. as needed. We even had a package shipped to the office and they brought it by the condo. Location in relation to the slopes was perfect - a brief walk to a lift or 5-minute bus ride to beaver run (easier slopes). And at the end of the day, you can swoop down 4 o’clock run, almost straight to the back door! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Title says it all. Great 4 bedroom right on 4 o'clock run. Easy walk to town or lift. Place is very clean and stocked well to cook. Beds are comfortable. The only downside is proximity to hot tub not really walkable in cold. But other then that this place is hard to beat.
