Paradise Valley cabaña de 1 milla de la Segunda Playa

Evite el tráfico y conduzca en uno de nuestros cruceros por la playa a la segunda playa, más tarde puede ir en coche o conducir a Newport para cenar. Compramos la casa originalmente debido a su excelente ubicación. Somos nativos de Newport que aún amamos Newport, pero nos gusta estar cerca de la mejor playa de las islas, despertando en el valle del paraíso. Nuestra casa tiene un plano de planta abierto unido por tres habitaciones, cada una con televisión y un baño privado completo para cuando necesite ese momento de privacidad antes de aventurarse a la siguiente parte de sus vacaciones. El patio tiene dos cubiertas, una en cada una de las habitaciones y es perfecta para bebidas, conversaciones y bocadillos. La casa cuenta con cocina completa, comedor y solárium. Los televisores tienen Sling TV y acceso a otras aplicaciones a través del inicio de sesión de su cuenta, como Netflix y Amazon Prime. Lavandería e internet inalámbrico en el lugar.

Super quiet neighborhood. Excellent location for closeness to various types of restaurants, shopping, beaches, miniature-golf and other activities. The amenities within the house are ample and in excellent working condition. Ample supplies are provided by the host. Easy to understand instructions are also provided. The host are remarkable in ensuring your stay is very enjoyable.

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter’s college graduation with family members and it was perfect. Katie and Bryan were very responsive and even left us a lovely note of congratulations and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The sunny front room was a perfect gathering spot and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful while still being close to everywhere we needed to be. The rooms were sweet and welcoming with plenty of storage for our belongings so we could settle in. And everyone had their own bathroom which was a great luxury! We would definately stay again and highly recommend. Thank you for helping to the weekend extra special!

The house in Newport was perfect for our stay. Well stocked with all the basics. It was in a great location that allowed us to be out of the hustle of Bowen's Wharf but close enough to pop in and out as we pleased.

Great stay and great location

We had a great girls weekend and the house was a great fit. Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was a big plus and the location could not be beat. We were in Newport in 10 minutes with the mansions, restaurants, shops and wharf.

Great stay. Property owners are great. We loved the neighborhood, so close to beach and only a few minutes from downtown Newport. We enjoyed bike rides with bikes provided by owners. Very very cozy

This property is a gem! 3 beautiful bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Roomy kitchen, gorgeous dining room and living room. Huge backyard with 2 decks and grill. Super close to beach and downtown Newport. There was 6 of us and plenty of room.

This is a lovely and comfortable home in a very good location. Only minutes to Newport. Lots of interior space. Comfortable bedding. The kitchen was very well equipped. Katie and Bryan are gracious hosts who answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend.

Cute house for Newport stay

The house on Prospect Ave met our needs nicely. We were there in June, so temps were comfortable without AC, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Host Katie was responsive and helpful.

Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Extremely clean and spacious

This was a great property on a quiet street near downtown Newport (by car) and Second Beach by foot. The owner was extremely accessible and tried to accommodate all of our needs. It had a good kitchen, laundry, and 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. One of the beds was old, but the owners plan to replace that. There was a nice front living room and good outdoor deck space. This is the cleanest home we have rented. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful place for family to gather when peace and home-like comfort are at the top of your list! We enjoyed the serenity, convenience to all Rhode Island has to offer - and the hosts are wonderful people! We felt very safe and knew any concerns would be addressed immediately - although we had no problems at all. We had limited time to spend with our newly minted Officer graduate - staying at this lovely property truly made our visit the absolute best family memory! We are actually considering making a stay here an annual family tradition! It's just that great!

Wedding Weekend Stay

The hosts were the most responsive and kind I've dealt with on any of my VRBO stays. Katie and Brian were the best! Location is quiet but isn't very walkable due to lack of sidewalks (adults are fine). The house is quite old and outdated; a few easy improvements would improve guests' comfort (e.g., slip cover the upholstered furniture, blinds in all bedrooms, replace squeaky bed in back BR, etc ). Kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Back yard was a gorgeous place to have morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again on our next visit to Newport.

We really enjoyed our 12-day stay at Na Hale O Keauhou, Townhome D-6. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! Having 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms worked out perfectly. We also loved the well-maintained pool and hot tub in the complex which we were able to enjoy sunsets from. We also were able to take advantage of the gas grill almost every day. These accommodations were close to many activities we enjoyed such as snorkeling, golf at the Kona Country Club, swimming at beautiful Magic Sands beach, and visiting various coffee farms. The shopping center close by was perfect for getting groceries in a pinch...and Costco was only a 20 min drive away. It is also a short drive from the airport which made our arrival after long day of traveling easy.I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to visit the Big Island! We hope to come back and stay again sometime in the future.

Charming 3 Bedroom Home

We comprised of 5 adults on a long weekend to the Newport area. This house is in Middleton, which is a great location in proximity to Newport and other areas of Rhode Island. We enjoyed the home very much. Absolutely loved the cute sitting room in the front of the house. This house worked out great for us because of each bedroom having their own bathroom. The only thing we had to watch was the last person could get stuck with no hot water, so we just timed our showers a bit better on the other days we were there. The managers were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating with our very late arrival! I would totally stay at this home again if I get back to Rhode Island!

Quaint cottage

The homeowner was very responsive and nice. The house is close to Newport which is convenient. The house was clean and comfortable, but needs some maintenance repairs. Adding blinds to the second bedroom would be good . Adding blinds to the window in the third bedroom would help. The fan in the back room needs to be replaced. The deck and lattice needs to be stained or replaced.

Our stay at the cottage for a family wedding

We traveled to Middleton with my two adult sons and their wives for my nieces wedding. The cottage was charming and clean and perfect for the six of us. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking utensils You could need. The house is in a perfect location, close to second beach and only a 15 minute drive or Uber from Newport. The front room/sunporch is lovely and a great place for everyone to hang out. Wish we had had more time there

Summer vacation

Wonderful stay at this comfortable home! Our family loved it. Nice decks and yard. Katie answered my questions very promptly. I grew up coming to Newport every summer but never stayed in this location and it really is convenient. We were able to bike or run to the beach and also some restaurants. Thank you Katie and Brian for a wonderful stay.
