Hello! Let me wish you a warm welcome to Villa Dubravka by telling you a few things about myself and about this Villa I hope you will enjoy as much as I do.
My name is Natalia. I was born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia and I spent a large part of my life in Vienna, Austria working for one of the biggest international IT companies. A bit more than a year ago I decided to take a break from corporate life, and employ all my powers to finish this house.
I personally overlooked every single builder and craftsman during the build. It took much more time than expected, but I am happy with the result, and I hope you will be too. We used as much local materials – especially stone – as possible, to recreate the traditional Istrian design, but we also equipped the house with the modern facilities and luxuries so that you can enjoy your well deserved holidays to the full.
My two big passions are traveling and delicious food. If those are your passions too, Istria is a great place to visit and I will be more than happy to recommend the very best of what it has to offer!
And, if you are wondering why I named this house Villa Dubravka, and not Villa Natalia, or something else the answer is rather simple. This house is a tribute to a great woman - to my dear mother Dubravka. There is no way I can thank her enough for what she did for me, and I decided that the least I can do is to dedicate this house to her loving memory. A wonderful person as she was, I am sure she would be delighted to see you enjoying Villa Dubravka and maybe even coming back again!

Property is ideal retreat from stressful working daily schedules to enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday in close contact with the surrounding landscape in comfortable and homely atmosphere still abounded with modern facilities. At the same time, it is only 20 minutes drive from lively and wonderful coastal cities of Porec (Parenzo) and Rovinj (Rovigno).

Extremely spacious and comfortable, modern and fully equipped with one of the biggest private swimming pools, surrounded by wonderful nature... Villa Dubravka has/is a perfect recipe for a perfect holiday.
If you prefer staying in a calm nature during colder months there is floor heating in living room and all three bathrooms, as well as aircon heating. The villa also has beautiful open fireplace in the living room. Can't get any more romantic!

- cooking lessons for preparation of regional specialties
- delivery of groceries
- extra cleaning services (more frequent exchange of bed sheets and towels, house cleaning)
- private concert of a traditional Istrian a-capella band (awarded, with 8-9 singers)
- sailing trips (on request with basic sailing lessons)
