Este lujoso condominio de la unidad del frente del golfo del piso trece en la Torre III tiene hermosas vistas al mar desde el piso hasta el techo desde todas las habitaciones y tiene capacidad para 13 huéspedes cómodamente.

Dos habitaciones principales, una habitación con literas con 2 literas y 3 baños, dos balcones frente al mar y más de 1700 pies cuadrados, completamente amueblado. Relájese en la espaciosa sala de estar con ventanas de piso a techo y acceso directo al balcón que tiene una mesa y 6 sillas. Disfrute de la gran televisión de pantalla plana mientras descansa en la sala de estar en el sofá cama queen size, además de un sillón y una silla giratoria. Gran mesa de comedor formal y barra de desayuno con tres taburetes.

Este condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios principales frente al mar, 1 con cama King size, el otro dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas queen size, ambas con 4 ventanas de vidrio de piso a techo y una puerta con acceso directo al balcón. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos literas, una con colchón completo y balcón privado frente al mar. Todos tienen sus propios baños privados amplios con un tocador doble y una bañera de jardín de gran tamaño. La unidad cuenta con lavadora y secadora nuevas. La cocina tiene enchufes USB en el tomacorriente para cargar dispositivos. Se proporcionan 4 sillas de playa plegables, carpa con dosel y refrigerador.

LONG BEACH RESORT cuenta con hermosos jardines tropicales con jardines, una piscina tipo laguna de 7500 pies cuadrados con cascadas e islas de palmeras, dos piscinas polinesias climatizadas, tres spas con hidromasaje, bar y parrilla junto a la piscina, 1300 pies de frente de playa de polvo blanco, seguridad cerrada las 24 horas. Disponibilidad en el sitio de sillas de playa y alquiler de sombrillas, motos acuáticas, parapente, paseos en bote banana y más.

The condo was great. We come every year for fall break and this was our 4th year at Long Beach Resort. This was the most stocked condo we have stayed in. From the beach towels to beach toys and chairs, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Before we left, my boys asked if we could stay in this unit every year!

Perfect location and perfect space for a family. It was nice having (3) bedrooms and (3) baths. Chairs provided with rental were a great addition. Refrigerator space was limited due to not being able to use door space but didn’t cause too much inconvenience. Hope to return again.

Wonderful experience!!

This was such a beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views throughout the condo. It had everything that we needed from beach chairs and sand buckets for the kids to a kitchen with anything that you needed. Drinking coffee from this balcony was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything we needed

We have stayed at long beach for many years always pleased with our stay. But this condo was above and beyond all of our expectations it was full stocked with all kids beach toys wave boards a tent for the beach beach towels high chair and beach wagon which was a big deal since we forgot ours. Kitchen was well stocked which helped tremendously since we cooked most our meals can't say enough good things about this condo. Definitely will be back.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We had a wonderful trip to Panama City Beach and this was an excellent location. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach, up to date decor and furnishings. Very comfortable with a nice layout. We loved being able to hear the waves coming in while sleeping. An added bonus is that they were well set up to accommodate our toddler son with a pack-n-play. It was also very nice to have laundry in the unit. Although it was too chilly to swim while we were visiting, we would love to go back when it is warmer to try out the spacious pool! Great beach access. Will be back!

Beautiful condo with stunning oceanfront view!

This condo was perfect for 2 families traveling together for Spring Break! We had 4 parents, 5 teens and an elementary aged child and the room setup was perfect. The views were phenomenal and the condo had everything you could ever need for a beach vacation- even extra beach towels! Josh was quick with his communications from booking through our time at the condo, even when we were dealing with a new lock issue. He handled it quickly and efficiently and was courteous and professional in every text or email. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last minute but excellent!

First of all this property is beautiful! Impeccably cleaned and the property manager Josh is such an impressive manager. We had a property previously rented thru another management company and 1 week before we were to leave the owner canceled us. I found this unit and was welcomed with open arms and they put this together quickly! The property is so well stocked from bathroom towels, kitchen utensils to the little things like toiletries so you can shower before you get your groceries. Thank you again Josh, Sheila and the cleaning ladies for being super hosts. You wont be disappointed here!!

Girls Trip

This was a great condo with plenty of room for us 5 girls. Loved the double sinks in all three bathrooms and the patio furniture with cushions. Great location and beautiful beach with great pools and a bonus that it included beach set up for 4 of us and they had extra beach chairs available in the condo for our use, as well as extra beach towels. It was a great set up and Josh was amazing to work with. Our only small complaint is that a couple of the girls slept in the bunk room and the beds in there were not comfortable for adults. Could use some better mattresses for the bunks. The other beds were very comfortable. Thanks Josh for being so accommodating with our checking in and out process and providing a great place for us to enjoy the beach!

Fire the Cleaning Service

Upon arrival to condo we felt the grit of sand on the floor. Following is a list of items wrong: Utensil tray and drawer not clean full of trash and crumbs; Sand in the beds(master and bunk room); oven filthy burned food/spills; trash and dust underneath furniture and beds, behind dressers; swept a pile of sand from underneath rug in living room; bath tubs not clean; master suite toothbrush holder wasn't clean; toilets not clean we cleaned under the toilet bowl ring. the toilet filled with black stuff from under the ring in all 3 baths; molded shower curtain in bunk room bath; dirty dingy rugs in bathrooms; dirt and sand on balcony table; hand prints on doors; wall underneath bar needs to be cleaned; sheets did not fit bed in master bedroom; Queen bedroom does not cool, had to keep air low just to cool the room. Rest of condo was freezing; some of the mattresses were hard as a brick (bunk room) Suggestions: buy new bath rugs at Big Lots or Kirklands, buy sheets that fits beds (Big Lots), use Clorox toilet bowl cleaner (it has a hooked neck) to clean underneath the toilet bowl ring, contact A/C repair to fix air, get rid of the stove in the kitchen. it is filthy on the inside and rusting on the outside. Check out Sears and Lowes, update the kitchen cabinets-a fresh coat of paint and new hardware will do, update the decor of the condo. Kirklands had some very nice items, check out Big Lots for new mattresses for bunk room We have taken these trips every year for the past 13 years and this is the first time we were disgusted with the cleanliness of the condo. We enjoyed our vacation and the condo, after we thoroughly cleaned it. The location was central to a lot of activities.

I am so sorry to hear the condo did not meet your expectations. We always ask our guests to contact us immediately if there is an issue. During your stay, we did respond promptly to fix a dead battery in the thermostat and a clogged drain due to a hair weave. Unfortunately, the cleaning issue was never brought to our attention during your stay. If we had known immediately, we would have sent our cleaning crew out to remedy the situation and clean to your standards. The is the first complaint we have had about the cleaning, and as you know, it is the beach, and sand does tend to get into the nooks and crannies. We do everything possible to ensure the unit is spotless for all our guests. All condo furnishings are new (remodel in Mar 15) with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, which is clearly stated in the ad and pictures. The condo is priced accordingly and is one of the best values on the beach. All of the mattresses are new and differing levels of firmness to suit different preferences and were purchased from a high end local company that focuses on furnishing five star condos on 30A. We are sorry it did not meet your taste.

Perfect beach escape condo with loads of extras!

Our group of 12, consisting of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1 thru' 8, had a wonderful time at this condo. When we weren't at the beach or the pool the kids seemed to enjoy hanging out together in the living room watching movies and the adults spent any free time on the balcony. It never felt cramped or uncomfortable at all - and I have to admit I was a bit concerned at the thought of 12 or 13 people spending 7 days and nights together under the same roof. The extras provided at the condo really put it a step above the other condos we've rented in the past. There was a 12 x 12 easy-up tent, a half dozen beach chairs, a small inflatable raft that the kids really enjoyed riding the surf in, a couple pool noodles, a ton of sand toys, a ton of beach towels - seriously, probably 15 or 20 beach towels, even sunscreen and straw hats! We added to the collection a couple kite set-ups, an XL beach ball, some sand toys, some kid-sized nets, etc. We were so thankful for all the extras included and happy to be able to contribute to the collection of beach fun stuff! :-) The kitchen was extremely well equipped, too, which was really convenient. I had always wanted to stay at Long Beach because of the abundance of floor to ceiling glass and it did not disappoint. Even though we had 3 vehicles in our group we never found parking to be an issue. Likewise, we rarely had to wait for an elevator, even though we were there mid-June. The pools were great and the beach was beautiful. Great resort. The only thing I can think of that was not a positive was the sleeper sofa - that was not fit for sleeping, not even for little ones, sorry to say. We couldn't even get it to extend out flat. We bought an inflatable mattress though and had a couple of the kids sleep on that in the living room so it all worked out. A couple foam flip chairs or a folding foam mattress would be great to have on hand. Overall it was a huge success - great condo, great stay, great time was had by all, and we hope to do it again next year! Thanks so much, Josh!

SO MUCH SPACE!

This unit is AMAZING!!! We loved everything about it. Can't Wait to rent it again! The kids room was great with the 2 sets of bunks and bathroom (with deep tub). The Bedroom with 2 queens was fantastic. Spacious bathroom with nice shower. Living and dining area had tones of space! Kitchen had everything you needed. Master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. best place to wake up to every morning. Master bathroom was exactly what you need with while vacation. Walk in closet great for all the clothes I didn't need! . If your looking for a condo for 10 people this is perfect!

great place for a vacation

our condo was very accommodating and a great place to stay. The owner is easy to work with and we hope to return again someday. The water was clear each day and the elevators are fast. The TIKI HUT offers food and drinks, so helpful! The layout of the condo is great with bunk beds for the kids room, too.

Growing up in South Dakota, the ocean seemed so very far away. I enjoy sitting on the deck, reading, and drinking coffee looking over the white sand beaches and emerald waters of the gulf. I feel blessed and excited that I can share my home with you.

This property was a remodel that was stuck in the 80's even though the building was built much later than that. I wanted to buy something that I could make my own and this property allowed me to do that. Light and beachy yet modern.
