Hermoso 3 dormitorios 2. 5 baños con piscina climatizada!

Tengo una hermosa casa en un vecindario tranquilo muy agradable. Son 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños, plano de planta dividido. Tiene una piscina climatizada de buen tamaño y terraza cubierta. Completamente cercado en el patio trasero. Muy cerca del puerto de Charlotte y de la playa de Port Charlotte. A unos 20-25 minutos de la playa de Englewood. Los muelles de pesca públicos y la rampa para botes están a 3 cuadras de distancia. Tiene cable digital e internet wi-fi incluido. Estoy reservando para el año 2019. Enero-abril cada año es reservado por el mismo inquilino, por lo que no está disponible .....

Family Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful stay! Joe was a fabulous host/manager and made sure we had everything we needed. He made sure we had everything we needed and even labeled the light/fan switches. Very clean and comfortable home with a great pool that we used daily!! We would definitely stay again!!

Home away from home

Joe made sure the property was clean and that we were comfortable during our stay. It was awesome to stay in a quiet neighborhood and loved having a private pool anytime we wanted! It truly had a lot of features that were true in the write up of this property. Our friends visiting with us commented that they felt very much at home. Great little vacation home!

Paradise

This is our second time staying at Joe and Yvonne’s beautiful home. This is our favorite place to stay. The new pool cage is beautiful, along with the fenced yard especially if you bring a pet. The house was clean and had everything you needed and more! The Keurig was a nice addition :) Hopefully we will be back next year for a little longer!

Wonderful girls trip

We had a wonderful time. Joe was a wonderful host, very responsive. I let him know there was gong to be 5 ladies staying for a beach trip and made sure we all had beach chairs to take to Siesta Key. The house was plenty big for all 5 of us stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this location and also check out Sandbar Tiki & Grille (best food of the entire trip) and the shops at fisherman village.

Perfect location for a family summer vacation!

The house was exactly as stated in the description. The pool was huge and perfect for evening swimming. The house, pool and yard were clean and well maintained. It was an added bonus to have some much needed items at the house when we arrived, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. Mr. Williams returned all emails and texts in a timely manner. The location in Port Charlotte was perfect for our day trips from Captiva to Venice!

Again, another awesome experience with Joe. I will keep coming back to his properties every year. The house is GREAT !! I totally recommend renting from this guy !!! Nice break from Canadian winter

We had a wonderful month at this property. The house is a little older but well maintained and was clean when we checked in. It has many nice features - the primary bedroom and en suite bathroom are on one side while the other bedrooms & bath are on the side with kitchen and 2 sitting rooms in between for a little privacy if more than one family is staying. There is another bathroom that accesses directly from the pool area. The kitchen was well equipped. We did lots of barbequing, cooking & even baking and we found everything we needed. Best of all is the pool area where we spent most of our time. The pool was sparkling clean with nice patio furniture. The area is residential with quiet streets to walk & bike (nice cruiser bike was included) with busier Tamiami Trail (41) barely 5 minutes away. The owner, Joe was close by - always available & ready to help but not intrusive. Also, it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect - 80's & sunny!! Would definitely rent this place again.

Enjoyable two-week Stay

First impression the house was very clean. Refrigerator was spotless. There were plenty of dishes/pots pans/accessories for cooking. Washer and Dryer worked well. All necessary amenities were provided. I enjoyed the large window over the sink that looked out to the pool area. Large patio for hanging out and a great sized pool. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus. Next door neighbors have dogs (however they are well behaved and do not bark). Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The host was friendly, responded quickly and overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend. Thank you.

We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our stay in Florida! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how spacious and clean everything was. We have two boys ages 8 and 11 and they were happy to have their very own bedrooms for the week and even more excited about the pool! We couldn't keep them out of it all week. This was a lifesaver considering the week we went the beaches were polluted with red tide. The location was perfect too! We were close for short trips up and down the coast, shopping, dining, and putt putt golf. We even took a day trip to Lego Land and the drive wasn't bad either. We don't eat out every meal on vacation so it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner thought of everything including bikes we were able to use for morning rides. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone visiting Florida.

92nd Birthday Party

My family and I stayed 3 nights and 4 Days. Upon arrival easy access to get into. Place was really clean!!! It had every Utensil possible. I like to cook when I travel, there plenty and I mean plenty of Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, pots and pans and even Bakeware. Pool was So clean and just awesome!!! Plenty of chairs to set in around the pool, gorgeous Lani. Great neighborhood, quiet, but you know you have neighbors. Stores and business not far at all from house, but still far enough for quiet neighborhood. We went to spend time with family in Lakeland FL, but it was nice to come home to this great house. Loved the pool!!! Plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen towels and wash cloths. Joe was a great host, communication was almost immediate. Never had a problem reaching him!!! Again, TOTAL 5+ STARS!!! We will rent again DEFINITELY!!!

Nice pool, great communication, not that clean

We had a lot of fun. We enjoyed the clear clean pool and spent hours there. Joe communicated very well and recommended a great ice cream place which we enjoyed each night. However, it wasn’t very clean. We contacted Joe and asked for a brief cleaning. (Brief because a full cleaning would take several hours of our couple days) Joe contact his cleaner who came out the next day. Again, communication was great. She did a brief cleaning but it really needed a very thorough cleaning. Cupboards were dirty and dusty inside and there was no confidence that any of the dishes were actually cleaned. Monday the lawn guy came over while we were in the pool. It’s a small inconvenience, but one that I wish owners would be aware of when they have guests staying past the weekend.

First vrbo rental experience

House was fine. It was not as clean as we had hoped. It needed deep cleaning and all though Joe was responsive to our requests he needs to pay attention to the details. The closets had built up dirt that had to take many months to get that bad. It was sticky and I didn’t want to put my new clothes in it. It would be nice if they had some matching glassware even from the dollar store. the mush mosh of kitchen ware made it feel uncared for. It was our first Vrbo experience and it will be a reference point for next time We will upgrade next time even though I didn’t think the price on this house was low by any means Nice pool and yard for the dog!!!

This place is or permanent vacation rental from now on. The owner was so accommodating.

I would recommend this rental to anyone. The owner was very nice and polite and accommodating. The pool was a little green when we got there and I informed the owner and said we weren’t bothered by it and we knew the pool guy was due out the next day so we were just going to swim in it the way it was. But that was not ok to the owner. He called his pool guy out right away and got the pool cleaned and taken care of. And then he came everyday to clean the filters and add chemicals until it was crystal clear. He was very professional and wanted our stay to be the best it could be. Again I would recommend this rental 100%.

Enjoyable Vacation

The house was great and Joe is available for any questions. We enjoyed the pool very much and everything is well maintained. We liked the fact supplies were readily available and we did not have to worry about having to rush out the first night for items. I would recommend staying here, as it is very relaxing and close to so many things.
