Discover a relaxing, tropical lifestyle on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located in the center and boarder of North Port and Port Charlotte you are close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, game fishing, dinner theaters and golf courses. This home is the perfect combination of quiet beauty, lively activity and friends to share it with. So look no further! We have your perfect get away! This home is completely remodeled with a new 2021 roof and a complete renovated inside. The road has been completely repaved this year 2022 to enjoy smooth bike rides with the bikes we offer. Walking distance we have the best home made ice cream place in town called Sweet Scoops. Next to it is a convenient store and The Crepe Chef offering fresh made-in-front if you are variety of crepes..
The home is spacious so whether it’s just for you or a few, we can accommodate all of you. We have many fun things in and around. If you’re staying in or just caught in the rain we have everything from board games, Foosball table, two Smart TVs; one in master bedroom and living room with streaming, or the relaxing spa tub. A brand new 30+feet above ground heated pool too! Pool is private and fenced off. Pool has a deck with a locking gate.
Pool has a canopy above it for half shade. Pool heater is also available for $15 extra a day. The hot tub is private and heater is adjustable. We are also located only 5 miles from the famous Warm Mineral Springs, and only about 20 minutes from the beaches. The mall is a mile away and so is the down town, less than a mile there is a bowling, and kids and dog parks. There is a fun kids center called Kidstar Park less than 10 minutes away that has glow in the dark golfing, go karts at the race track, arcade, and indoor kids play ground. All the restaurants and stores are all very close.

We are the sunny state of Florida! We are here on the boarder of North Port and Port Charlotte. We are here for you!

Enjoy eating with the roaches and showering with the ants ! None of the listed amenities were there, and if there was something, it was broken. We left, as I will not put my family through that BS.

If I had to sum this place up in one sentence: pack your swimsuit, pack your clothes, and go — they've thought of everything else.The location was great. We were a family of 5 with kids ages 3, 7, and 12, and everything we wanted to do was within easy driving distance. The house itself exceeded our expectations. The pool was clean and we are glad we opted for the pool heater! After long beach days with the kids, unwinding in the hot tub was absolutely perfect. This place is perfectly equipped for families. Beach wagon, cooler, beach umbrella, beach toys, a foosball table, and toys for the kids. If you're traveling with a baby or toddler, this is the place. It's one of those rentals where you can tell the host actually thought about what guests of all ages really need.The home was very clean throughout. Svetlana was a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.The only minor thing I'd mention is that the main door to the lanai doesn't have an interior lock, which was a small concern with our 3-year-old. A simple interior latch would be a great addition for families with toddlers.We had an incredible trip and this home was a huge part of that. Highly recommend!

Was just as listing said, we had 8 adults and 4 children, all stayed comfortably at the house and it was nicely decorated big pool in backyard along with hot tube. We couldn’t have asked for a better place it was a great stay.

Great house, has everything you need!

This was a great clean house that had everything you could need including lots of groceries and a stocked fridge! Amazing place about 25 minutes from the beach! Very responsive host. I'd definitely recommend.

Well equipped home

You can tell that the host is extremely thoughtful and caring. The host has provided a wide range of items for almost every different scenario. This has been the better equipped rental unit I have stayed at in my 5 years of renting properties all over the world. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful stay!

Upon arrival owner messaged me to let me know the pool was closed down for a little while. She kept in communication with me about the pool and after about a day we was able to enjoy it. The house was super clean and very stocked with supplies and breakfast food. The location was wonderful. Minutes from shopping and dining. About 20 minutes from popular beaches. Scoops ice cream was just a short walk away and it is amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this property. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

Nice House

Nice place. It is a duplex but we never heard the people next to us at all. Came stocked with a ton of stuff. We had one issue with the kitchen faucet but the owner came out right away and fixed it. Internet is also good. If you know anything about the North Port/Port Charlotte area you'll know the internet coverage is not good at all. But internet speeds here were around 70mgbs.

AMAZING!!!!

Svetlana was an excellent host, she very helpful, informative and helped me make sure that the house was near my mom. Unfortunately I had to make this trip for the passing of my father and her home was just what we, my family and I, needed during this sad occasion. The house was beautiful with all the amenities listed plus the extras was really awesome. Excellent parking space, ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves in the house. Svetlana made sure that the house was fully stocked so we had no worries about breakfast. The rooms were beautiful with each having their own theme plus there were bikes and many more things to enjoy. We unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy everything but we will DEFINITELY be going back to this home away from home Gem. Thank you so much.We (my family and I) HIGHLY recommend you try this place.

Very well stocked!

You could bring your suit and a change of clothes and be set in this place! Everything you can think of was provided. Never seen anything like it. Clean and comfortable, great communication. My son forgot his Apple Watch and was was found and returned to be in the mail. Fantastic!

This was a wonderful stay with excellent hosts! As premier as one could be! They go above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend to anyone! Perfect for families or couples, or even singles. It was great with our dogs! Svetlana is quick to respond and was such a pleasure to book with. I can not express enough how great this place truly is, and the Sweet Scoops ice cream shop in walking distance is like the cherry on top! Especially after a day relaxing in the great pool/ hot tub, or spending the day at the nearby beaches! You don't want to miss out on this experience! We would absolutely book again!

Perfect home for family & friends

We had an incredible stay! All necessities were there with extra added touches of the small things we needed; aloe after the sun, condiments and a cooler. There were plenty of beach & bath towels for all of the family members there with us. The pool was a great! It was a little warm for the summer heat, but the heated pool would be excellent for the "winter" we experience. Everything we needed was there! The kids and adults loved the air hockey, arcade game and the games in the closet. We had a great time in a great place! We will return!

We have a heated pool, we have a huge hot tub with full body jets, waterfalls, cup holders, head rests and changing lights. We have 4 smart tvs that include one in every bedroom. So much toys for kids and so many items for babies you won't need to bring anything with you. An air hockey table and a hammock. Let me not give away all the details, come and be surprised when you will see we have literally thought of everything for you!
