Hermosa unidad de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños frente al golfo en el desarrollo más nuevo a lo largo de la costa del golfo. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con doble cabezal de ducha. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas queen con baño privado. El tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama king size y también tiene un baño privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen un gran televisor de pantalla plana. Esta unidad está ubicada en el séptimo piso y mide aproximadamente 1,958 pies cuadrados.

Wonderful Vacation

We stay at this property every year and it always exceeds expectations. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and the unit was very clean and enjoyable.

Great Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this space! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great time

We had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. Very very clean. Beds were super comfy. Definitely will be back to this unit!

Family weekend

Everything was wonderful! Only complaint is king bed in master needs to be replaced. Not comfortable. Other than that everything was beautiful and relaxing!! We will be back!

Property was great, loved the location! The only complaint was the washing machine didn't work. The whole thing moved when it was washing and sounded like the building was collapsing on us. Other than that, everything was great!

Great place- will be back!

We vacationed here with another couple, we both have infants. The property was clean and secure. The place is very spacious for several couples. We loved sitting out on the balcony and floating in the lazy river. Property managers were available to answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The pool was cold but the indoor pool was perfect for my babies first dip. The parking on the 7th floor was so convenient. We agreed we will definitely be back!

Great location!

Beautiful location! Nice size. Some miscommunication for check in and parking passes.... We were told (in email) one parking pass was in the unit(and included) and that we could go straight to our room to checkin. There was no pass, we had to purchase one & get wristbands before getting to the room. Pools are nice, except the splash pad was closed the entire time. The water slide was open twice (half days) in 4 days... overall nice facility. The sheer curtains in the main bedroom are dingy and dirty but everything else was good!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best condo we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in several Phoenix buildings but this one was the nicest. Love the parking! Garage parking right outside the room basically. I was concerned that staying at such a large place with so many guest the pool, beach, and lazy River might be overcrowded but there was plenty of room. The grilling area is very nice. Something here for everyone. Gym was great!

Very frustrating at times

I only have a couple thing to grip about. As we checked in someone had already pissed in toilet without flushing it. Our first night in my wife went to use the jacuzzi in master bedroom because that’s one of her favorite things to do down there. The jacuzzi was leaking water and soaking of closet floor and the jets button was broken. So we didn’t get to us it suing our stay and the plumber had towels and fans laid out all in bathroom for a couple days. I understand things happen but not once did we receive a phone call or text apologizing or anything. We stay at phoenix west 2 every year sometimes twice and love it but we will not stay in room 708 again

Fantastic family vacation!!

Wonderful facilities for our family of 9, ages 2 - 71. The 7th floor was very convenient. Being able to park on the same level as the condo was great and the shopping carts made unloading and reloading so much easier. Getting to the beach and pools was convenient and rarely had to wait for an elevator. Great restroom facilities right outside the indoor pool were always clean. The lazy river was a hit for everyone and the hours were great for early swimmers or night owl swimmers! The condo was spacious enough for us to have family meals around the table, play games and just hang out. There was plenty of dishes and cups. The wet bar area with ice maker was so nice and we never ran out of ice!! There were plenty of towels in each bathroom. The only negative with our condo was the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. It appears the jets haven’t been cleaned and every time we turned them on black slimy particles came out. That will not stop us from returning!! Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Parking for 2 cars was $52.50 for the week and I thought that was a little pricey. Definitely plan on returning and will highly recommend to others!

Great place

Everything was clean and nice. The view is amazing and enjoyable day and night. No noise concerns like I read, except out on balcony, which is to be expected over the pool. Having the indoor pools and hot tubs indoors on poor weather days and nights were nice to have. The only thing about our unit is it is bare necessities so if like multiple things in kitchen or actually making drinks then BYO. A blender and ice and wine glass and a hand wine bottle opener is all that is provided. We slept great and had no complaints on anything else. It was a great trip and very family friendly. There is a cop on property that did help when needed for rules being broken at the lazy River by kids and a incident report that they took seriously. Also free popcorn in the lobby. Parking is open to anyone from 3-12 floors, but we were able to park from 4-6 no problem. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable and move it was to enjoy for 8 nights with my family. The Jacuzzi tub and double shower heads were a great added bonus. New sturdy patio furniture plus all of the chairs pictured too. We will be back for sure. Also don’t miss Lambert’s restaurant(we may have visitors twice) and the outlet shopping we enjoyed so much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes we would rent again, but this particular unit does not stand up to the other units we have rented in the past. There was a hole in the bathtub where a faucet or drain should have been but it wasn’t being used and it was not covered in any way. There were several marks on the walls, maybe scuffed by suitcases. The bedroom carpet needed to be cleaned.

I am pretty particular about reading reviews (after having been burned before) both about the property and rental company, and Liquid Life did not disappoint! Everything about the property was just as described and has all the amenities one could want. We also felt very safe here, and Phoenix West II has the friendliest, most amazing security staff. We never encountered anyone who wasn't kind and accommodating. Even though this property cost a little more than we normally pay, we will be saving our money to stay here again!

I felt super safe here and loved that they had covered parking garages and you can park on the floor level of your condo, which makes it easy getting luggage in and out. Loved seeing dolphins from the balcony and just a few feet away while in the water. The pools are great and well maintained. Easy access to the beach. Grocery stores nearby to pick up food to cook during your stay. LuLu’s is only about a 13 minute drive and a fun restaurant to take a family to. If your more into partying, Flora-Bama is also a 13 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this condo! Has coffee pot, blender & pots and pans. It had it all and made it feel very homey. We hope to go back again!

Covered Parking is on the same level which made it a breeze. I love the proximity of all the offerings - it was a 4 minute jaunt back to the room from the beach/lazy river/pool etc. we never waited for an elevator and was overall impressed with the cleanliness and service we received. We went the week after labor day. which I believe helped alleviate the crowds.
