We had a wonderful time! Even though we were further away from the sites we appreciated how close we were to the train station. We also had a terrible time trying to order a taxi for when it was time to leave so we called our host and they very kindly arranged our travel to the airport for us.

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood and great location. Ivana was a very graceful host and allowed us to check in early. Close to Roma Termini station, great restaurants, supermarket, etc. There is a gelato place right across the street that our kids enjoyed every day. 10 - 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place

Very attractive flat in an outstanding neighborhood. Ivana was a helpful and gracious host. No shortage of good restaurants and gelaterias within easy walk. Very convenient to train and metro. Would love to return.

A perfect stay

Everything about the stay was pleasant. Ivana was very accommodating and even let us drop our luggage off before check-in which was such a gift to us having just flown in that morning. You can tell she wants her guests to have a great stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous Monti apartment

Great location in Monti, handy to facilities like station, cabs and minimart, spacious apartment, everything you might need supplied, and host Ivana was friendly and helpful. And beautiful church across the road. Just the best of everything!

Very happy

We were very happy with our stay here. It is in a great location, walking distance to most of the attractions. The apartment is as presented. Beds were comfy and the cupboards are well equipped. Ivana was a great host, met us when arrived and gave us all the information and history of the building. She told us where the supermarket was and even had a wheeled bag for us to use. She showed us on the map where we were in relation to the common attractions and gave us the metro instructions to the Vatican. One evening when we came back we were unable to get into the building. I messaged her in the app and then called within only a few minutes and she had already contacted the building administrator to get us in and have it fixed. Would certainly stay here again.

Rome getaway

This trip was amazing from start to finish and the rental had everything to do with that. From check in with Ivana to having a comfortable bed to sleep in each night, the reviews and description couldn’t have been more spot on. We walked everywhere from this location, Vatican, Colloseum, train station, nothing was out of reach. Thank you Ivana, if we are ever in Rome again, we will for sure book your rental.

Tolle Wohnung mit netter Gastgeberin

Wir fanden es praktisch, dass wir vom Bahnhof die Ferienwohnung schnell und unkompliziert zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Ivana hat uns erwartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell, schön eingerichtet und praktisch ausgestattet. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten, nur in der Küche hätten wir uns noch Müslischüsseln und mehr Trinkgläser gewünscht. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme eines tollen, alten Palazzos mit moderner Ausstattung, die Bäder sind beide ganz neu. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, zu Fuß ist man relativ rasch am Forum und Colosseum und die Via Cavour ist eine gepflegte Straße (im Gegensatz zur unmittelbaren Umgebung am Bahnhof Termini fühlt man sich hier wohl). Wir haben auch die Nähe des Supermarkts wertgeschätzt, wo wir täglich frisch einkaufen konnten. Was für uns negativ war: die Wohnung selbst ist zwar mit einem Rollstuhl gut befahrbar (mit Ausnahme der engen Küche). Aber der Lift im Haus ist so klein, dass ein normaler Rollstuhl nicht hineinpasst. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank einen faltbaren Rollstuhl dabei und mussten uns etwas kompliziert mit einem Klappstuhl im Aufzug behelfen, um unsere Tochter zur Wohnung transportieren zu können. Außerdem gab es in der Nacht ein sehr lautes Geräusch (Tier?), das uns ständig geweckt hat. Wir wussten nicht, woher es kam. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und die Vermieterin Ivana trotzdem gerne weiter!

Great location and communication

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. Plenty of room for us, easy walk to the Colosseum and forum. Convenient to restaurants, Termini train station, and metro lines. Great communication with our host. Highly recommended.

Loved both the unit and Ivana the owner!

We rented this unit from 10/1 - 10/28/23. Ivana met us at the unit when we arrived in Rome. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the unit, the neighborhood and attractions within a walking distance. The unit location was excellent. It was 4-5 blocks from Termini Train Station, had restaurants and shops within blocks, close to cab service and a great location. The unit was everything as listed by VRBO. It was clean, spacious, has comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a complete kitchen. Unfortunately I developed a severe hip problem requiring a visiting Dr. and 2 steroid shots a day for 3 days. The others went sightseeing without me. Knowing I was alone and immobile Ivana came over and visited me for a couple hours. We had a wonderful visit and I consider her my newest friend. We had to cut our visit short and go home to the US on the 12th day. I highly recommend both this unit and owner, Ivana. If I can ever go back to Rome this is where I would love to stay. Thanks for everything Ivana!

Very nice place at an affordable price

The apartment is wonderful and within 20 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, great places to eat, shopping district and more. Really close to the Roma Termini station which makes it easy to get to. This is the place to stay when you want to visit Rome.

Very nice location

This is a very nice apartment and has everything one would need, except for an ice tray. Which it has now. If you have children make sure you bring something the children can watch cartoons on if they do not speak Italian. The apartment has an elevator to the correct floor, and it has air conditioning. These were important things for us. It is convenient to a lot of places. Gelato is across the street.

Great stay in the heart of Rome!

This property is a wonderful option for any visit to Rome. Ivana was always in communication and even though our flight was delayed and we were late getting there, she was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. This VRBO is a 10-15 minute walk from just about any of the ancient sites, and a 5 minute walk from Termini. Clean, comfortable, with a friendly welcome basket of pastries and any help one might need, this place was a delight.

Lovely Apartment Great AC!

We stayed in this apartment with our two children aged 13 and 17 for four days in July. The communication with Ivana was great. She was very helpful with directions for how to reach the apartment and arranged transportation for us to our cruise ship. There was plenty of space for our boys to each have their own bed. Our 13 year old slept on the pullout couch in the room with us. At first he was annoyed he got the couch but it was very comfortable, much more comfortable than pullout couches in the US. All the mattresses were very comfortable. The main bathroom was very large and the washer dryer worked well. The AC was amazing after very hot days in Rome. The location is pretty good we walked to most places. Thank you Ivana for a lovely stay in Rome!

Perfect Location

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Termini Station and the Metro. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars. The property was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very nice, and the A/C was welcome at the end of the day. There is a small kitchen in it, and a supermarket about 100 meters away. The host, Ivana, was very responsive to our questions, and check in/out was a breeze. We definitley reccommend this property.

Amazing vacation

The property/apartment was wonderful. More than what we expected. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and a living/dining area, space was not a problem. Two things made the apartment even more special than it already was, the location and Ivana. The location was near the train terminal, main bus terminal and both lines of the Metro. Train day trips were easy along with the ease of Metro travel, both close by. Bus travel in Rome is a different animal. We only had 1 problem in which we had to call Ivana and she responded immediately. We could not have asked for a better apartment or more gracious and caring host. Thank you Ivana for making our vacation amazing. Odis and Karen T.

Great location and amenities - very kind owner

Walking distance to Termini Station and taxi stand made access super easy. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, grocery shopping options and scooter rentals all near by. Close enough to walk to Ancient Rome sites. Best of all was Ivana - she immediately responded to all queries, gave us heads up about the time change, and was very understanding when we had some really late night access issues. Highly recommend this location and owner.

Great Property and Wonderful Host!

We enjoyed our stay at Ivana’s apartment! It is centrally located in Rome where you can walk to everything! You can walk out the door of the apartment building and turn either way and be at the Metro in a matter of minutes. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Ivana was a gracious and kind host as she showed us around the apartment when we first arrived and she also showed us on the map how to walk to some of the sites. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed - we even used an umbrella provided one day. Having two full bathrooms was so nice also as it is hard to find an apartment that has that. The best treat of every morning was the espresso, juice, and the cookies that Ivana provided for us! We appreciated that so much! We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome as you will be so comfortable and so happy!

Perfect location for exploring Rome

The location is perfect for sightseeing, within a 10 - 20 minutes walk to almost everything, and Ivana did a great job getting us situated. Uber rates between the apartment and main sights are reasonable. The apartment itself is huge, with lots of room to spread out for our family of three. We also find amenities such as the washer and dryer very convenient, so are the heaters at this time of the year. Will recommend!

Lovely apartment.
