Fantástico apartamento de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar con TV y sofá cama. Este apartamento puede alojar hasta 9 personas.

El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un baño privado, el segundo dormitorio tiene una litera y una cama individual, y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La cocina está equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias (hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, nevera, vitrocerámica, horno, etc.).

Perfect location for exploring Lisbon

This was a great home base for us during our time in Lisbon. We loved this neighborhood and would definitely choose it again. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street that is walking distance to cafes, shops, St George’s, and the Baixa and Rossio. Our booking and check-in were easy, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this place and Sé!

Great location

We would stay here again. The hosts arranged transportation from airport for us. They were very responsive. The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants and sights. The apartment was also clean and had an elevator.

Great location, charming & very quiet

The flat is very central, close to Cathedral de Se. Still the place is very quiet as circulation is restricted in the street. Very clean and comfortable, everything needed is there. Amazing view as can be seen from the pictures. Thanks to Joana and Tiego for the nice welcoming.

Alfama river view

Great location , walking distance to many Lisbon attractions and public transport. Apartment was suitable for our family of 6. Not a luxury apartment but the location could not have been better. The kitchen had enough equipment to be able to prepare meals, although we only ever made breakfast. The view of the river and breeze from the large balcony doors was lovely.

Family trip in the heart of Alfama

Our stay in Alfama could not have been better! The location was perfect - quick walk to the metro, even quicker to Tram 28 and the Catherdral. Restaurants and shops all around! The view of the river and the bridge was AMAZING! Sunrise and Sunset just were gorgeous!!! Perfect for NYE with the fireworks! The hosts were soooooo helpful with airport transfers and general information, along with being understanding and helpful as our flights were delayed due to weather. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Definatley recommend to friends, family, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great beginning to our Portugal holiday

The property was a bit of challenge to find but the apartment itself was very accurately described on Vrbo. It was clean and mostly comfortable. The mattresses on the twin beds in the second bedroom could probably be updated as they both canted off to the side. But it was not a big problem. An extra roll of paper towels would also be a nice touch. With the above being said we had a wonderful time. The balcony had a lovely view of the river. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Great stay

We had a great stay in the Alfama district. The apartment was spacious and clean, we had no issues at all. If you’re not familiar with Lisbon I should warn you that it is in the historical district which is very steep and not easy for anyone with mobility issues. My husband is waiting for a hip replacement so it was a little challenging for him getting around. The apartment has an elevator so there was no problem there though..

Beautiful location

The place was clean and we loved the location. Now the negative…it was advertised as having air conditioning….it did not. It had fans that didn’t work and it was hot and miserable. The manager did bring two new fans. There is no counters or towel racks in the bathrooms but plenty of room to put some. There was no shampoo only hand soap. These are easy fixes and I’m sure they will. It should also be noted that the property in on a cobblestone hill that cars cannot go down. We had to take all our luggage down the hill which for people in there late 60’s was difficult for a couple of us Those are just some suggestions and ideas. We loved the town.

Cannot recommend

Nothing special. View is more limited than pictures imply. Check-in was a nightmare w/ host insisting we owned $300 security deposit. We kept refusing until finally he checked w/ his office & learned his mistake. We did owe the tourist tax which we were expecting. But he would not make change so we ended up having to overpay the tax. He only gave us 1 set of keys & it took days to get another. They didn't always work & we learned well into our trip that there was a code to the front door. All very frustrating. Very poor communication. Place wasn't that clean and is run-down. Not stocked with anything, not even adequate tp. We suggested small improvements to make it more comfortable, but no action was taken. Shower didn't drain. No storage in bathroom, not even a towel hook. Liked being in Alfama but next time will opt for Baixa, as more centrally located. You can do better than this place, I'm sure.

Excellent location in Alfama

Overall, the location of this place is what you’re paying for. You can’t beat it! We had some issues at first - we didn’t get our check in details until after the 3pm check in time + I think that was because they were trying to replace the water heater before we arrived. We were welcomed by the nicest guy ever who gave us a tour of the place which made up for the delay and water issues. We never had any issues with the water once they replaced the unit as we arrived. It’s three bedrooms, two full bathrooms… and the balcony has the best view of the bridge and the cruise ships. I do feel that with the amount we paid, there could have been a few more small things that would have made this place as perfect as the view/location - little things like lamps that actually have a place to be plugged in and used in the living room, clocks that are hanging on the wall but don’t actually work, loud plumbing noises when you flush the toilet, + a tv where we could change the subtitles so that we could follow along. I also think that short term rentals should provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel as a minimum as most people are not going to want to travel with those items. There was hand soap and shampoo in an ikea container for us when we checked in so we had to buy some items. Overall I loved the location and balcony - but I think this apartment could be improved with some small things to make it even more welcoming, especially when customers are going to be comparing to hotels.

Wonderful location

The apartment has a wonderful fifth floor balcony that overlooks Alfama. The location was terrific for exploring Lisbon. Check in a communication was seemless. It is not a luxury apartment, but was very serviceable for several nights with family.

Great apartment for family vacation

We loved our stay in Lisbon and this apartment was perfect. The location was good for sightseeing and great restaurants and wonderful grilled sardines, the accommodations were very clean, and plenty of room for the eight of us, all adults. The apartment layout with the balcony did provide a fun view. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We were so glad to find this place. Joana was wonderful and very, very helpful! She arranged airport transportation for us as well as facilitated a wonderful trip to Sintra. Everything was well organized and so efficient. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ordentlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und super nett.

The perfect place in Alfama!

Foremost, we have experience with many rental vacation apartments and find the "Breathtaking River View in Alfama" in Lisbon the perfect place for a holiday! Top 10 reasons to consider this apartment: 1. Joana and her colleagues were responsive to every email and text message before, during, and after our holiday. 2. The location is central to all public transportation. 3. The location is within walking distance to most of the sight seeing sites in Lisbon (we are walkers!) If not, see #2, transportation is nearby! 4. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants, a large well-stocked supermarket, a small meat market, and high-end shopping. 5. The rental unit is very modern, spacious, clean, well-maintained, with a comfortable layout and contains all amenities. 6. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds, many blankets, and the lighting in each room is exceptional. Two of the bedrooms had great views of the river! 7. The living room and dining room areas were perfect for watching tv (internet worked well), building a puzzle, and family activities (e.g., cards). 8. The kitchen area had all essential appliances and items. The washer/dryer was a wonderful addition. 9. The two bathrooms provided ample towels and bath items. The showers had hot water and great water pressure! 10. The sunsets and sunrises were fabulous! We highly recommend this property to you.
