Spring Break 2025

Beautiful view of the ocean and exquisite decor. Veronica, the house keeper, was so gracious and a phenomenal cook. We hope to visit again soon! Definitely coming back.

Christmas vacation 2024!

The beach front property that we stayed was fabulous! The location, patio, rooms, facilities offered were exceptional. It was perfect for my family of four. The service was amazing and we loved the private pool we had with our 3 units right on the beach as well as the Hacienda club which served drinks, food and awesome food for lunch!

Loved our concierge, loved our housekeeper/chef. Place was immaculate. Walking distance to the little town outside the gates. Gorgeous morning views. We loved the golf cart! What a vibe!

Family friends vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit is very nice and spacious and well-maintained. The cleaning crew did a great job. The room with the bunk beds can get warm and is where cleaning supplies are stored as well as the washer and dryer, just somthing to note. The communication with the concierge service was timely and helpful once we were there, but was a little challenging in the months before arriving. We hired a chef they recommended to do a dinner and breakfast. It was costly for what we received and not an enjoyable experience. I would try the daily breakfast service the concierge can arrange through punta mita instead of an outside chef. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with access to all the beach clubs and golf and the unit itself is a very nice space that worked perfectly for our two families of 8.

Beautiful beachfront condo

We loved our stay at Hacienda de Mita. Condo is beautiful and well laid out. We loved the location - short walk to restaurants, stores and coffee shop! Also close to tennis and fitness center. Concierge was wonderful and our housekeeper was great - made us delicious meals. Pool was was really nice and we enjoyed going to the various beach clubs in PM. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Punta Mita

We had a great stay in this unit. Gorgeous location and very comfortable. This was our second visit to Punta Mita and the location of this unit was far superior to where we stayed prior. We love visiting all of the beach clubs, but honestly the view is so great from the unit it was hard to leave.

Beautiful condo. Even nicer than the photos

Everything was as promised. Except the HOA or whoever schedules work DID NOT let us know there was going to be workers with noisy power tools right outside our front window every day during our stay. We had booked this nice unit near the ocean because my sister was recovering from cancer surgery and needed the extra peace and quiet. Can you imagine how I felt when we found out workers would be standing in the front window area every day using power tools? Beyond disappointed. So I contacted the HOA and they said there was nothing they could do about it--they it was within their rights to have the work done on the unit below ours. There was simply no compromise, and I was shocked. We did not allow this to ruin the trip because the unit was still beautiful and the area is amazing. But the pristine Ocean View was only a dream on this trip. We had workers literally standing in the front window area most of every day. Operating power tools for the awning of the unit below. Just make sure you ask lots of questions before you go to make sure you know if renovations will impact your stay.

Amazing location. Amazing trip.

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful location. We have two young children (ages 4 and 5). One of the best vacations we have ever taken. The entire staff was amazing and attentive to all of our needs. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed (including an amazing view). We are already planning our next trip back!

Great property!

Great beach front property! The three bedrooms are great size. The bunk room worked perfect for our 3 boys. Housekeeping was wonderful. she helped with keeping the place picked up and made a wonderful breakfast every day. Omar was fantastic. He coordinated everything we needed. They did an excellent job with the grocery shopping. He helped us book dinner reservations and zip-lining. The golf cart was great. Favorite beach club was Kapuri. Excellent views from the condo. You won’t be disappointed!

Great View and Location

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this home. The views to the ocean are great. The location is perfect with easy access to the golf cart or a walk to town. The staff was very helpful. Victoria our housekeeper made amazing meals. My only small complaints was there was no ice upon our arrival (made it difficult to have a margarita to start our trip); we ran out of filtered water with a day left in our trip; and the kitchen utensils were a little limited for the few times we cooked. Those are little things but should be improved upon. We would stay here again for sure and recommend

It was the perfect holiday stay! We so much enjoyed this beautiful property. Omar (property manager) and housekeeping V (what we called her) was beyond incredible! We so want to make this an annual trip here! It was beyond our expectations! So beautiful! Omar did everything for us to make our experience the best of the best! House is gorgeous!

An ocean dream

Rental process was easy, stay was amazing! The view, with boats sprinkling the horizon, was breath taking at all times of day. The people who worked at the house were so kind and helpful, Veronica made AMAZING breakfasts! The beach access was a major bonus for the stay. Would absolutely recommend. Incredible stay.

Fantastic property

We’ve been coming to HDM every year since 2016, staying in various water front units and this condo was by far the cleanest and most comfortable (beds) of them all. The host was responsive and professional. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again next year.

Great Family Vacation

The location within Punta Mita is great if you want quick access to activities and the town "outside the gate" next door. The concierge service was really helpful and the service top notch. This is a great place for group of friends of family get together.

Fabulous Family Get Away

We loved every minute staying at this gorgeous property. It is spacious, comfortable, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony, and sparkling clean. The grounds are immaculately groomed. The grandkids loved riding in the golf cart, and we did too! So many wonderful beach clubs to visit in the resort too! Daniela was excellent in preplanning our visit and accommodated every need. Raphael, our personal concierge, was always available to answer questions. He stopped by almost every day to check in. Excellent experience!
