This holiday apartment is located in Marbella´s San Pedro urbanization called “Guadalcántara”, just 500 metres from the beach and 50 metres from San Pedro´s boulevard.
It contains four full bedrooms ,two of them with bathrooms en suite ,also a bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The kitchen is modern and contains all the necessary cooking materials ,crokery. silverware, and appliances.
There is a large lounge with two sofas arrangements.
There is internet (ADSL) WIFI at the apartment.
From the terrace you can see the mountains, a modern park and a mature tropical style garden.
The apartment has a shared large beautiful pool with multitude of flowers, shrubs, palm trees and private parking fully secure within solid walls and locked doors all around.
There are restaurants, supermarkets, bars and parks in the same street where you can taste the delicious typical “Spanish Tapas”.
The lively village of “ Puerto Banús”, with its active night life and impressive yacht harbour, is only three kilometres away and the lovely town of “Marbella” ,with its modern shops and quaint Old Town are within an eight kilometres radious.
The apartment´s location is perfect for going to the beach, a ten minute walk ( car no necessary if you like walking and watch the splendid views of the village).
Water sports, including rentals, are available. Golf courses are a two hundred metres.
Hiking in the mountains or strolling along the beach enable you to either exercise or to simply enjoy the sound of the rolling surf.
A tennis/paddle/squash center can be reached by a ten minute walk.
The “Paseo Marítimo” containing many fine restaurants, small “ chiringuitos” and a wide variety of exercising equipment is only a short stroll along the beach.
The British “enclave of Gibraltar” is a forty five minute drive. The “Selvo Nature Park “, a delight for the whole family, can be reached in ten minute by car. The cities of Granada, Córdoba , Sevilla, Málaga , Ronda and quaint “ White Village such as Ojén and Istán, in the nearby mountains, provide most enjoyable one-day visits. For those whose bent is snow-related, the well-known ski village of “ Sierra Nevada” is only a two-hour drive away.

Reservation fee: 50%.
Pay balance at the hand over of keys at arrival. Refundable security deposit: 500 €-

Notes
50% non returnable reservation fee to reserve; (please note that there is no confirmation of tenancy until the reservation fee is confirmed by the bank). Additional 50% in cash at the arrival at the apartment.
500€ returnable security deposit upon arrival is required .On hand-over of keys at departure this will be returned minus possible damage done by tenants.
We expect the apartment to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived with the exception of the towels and linen used in the final week.
The arrival time is after 5 pm and departure before 11 am .Some exceptions can be made, if possible upon request.
Day of arrival: preferable Sunday or Monday but flexible.
