Esta casa de estilo California Craftsman se encuentra a 6 millas de Disneyland en las colinas rurales de Fullerton. Usted probablemente se encontrarán pasar mucho tiempo al aire libre en el maravilloso sur de California intem- desde el amplio porche a la fogata y bañera de hidromasaje en el nivel superior, el potencial para la vida al aire libre es interminable. Nuestra actividad de verano favorita es la piscina estilo Resort en la mitad inferior de la propiedad. Pasos en zigzag Decorado te llevan por la colina hasta la piscina privada rodeada de árboles y la naturaleza. No hay vecinos a la vista, mientras disfruta de la natación en paz y tranquilidad. Juguetes para la piscina, parrilla y un pozo de fuego junto con la casa de la piscina baño permiten largas tardes en el sol!
La piscina no es climatizada, pero nos puso una manta solar sobre ella en los meses de verano. Temporada Swim es básicamente de mayo a septiembre y el agua llega a 75-80 grados.
Por último, al lado de la piscina es la puerta de acceso a una de correr más populares del condado de Orange y el ciclismo Trails- el Camino Hiltscher. Explora el sendero que te enfrentarás a los caballos y caminantes amistosos.

Family Vacation!!

Our stay was beyond what I had imagined, from communication with Drew to staying at this beautiful home, everything was perfect! The location was convenient and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The home itself was huge and had so much space for all of us to relax and the backyard was amazing!! The only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay, so that we could just stay home and take advantage of the pool and house! If we ever visit the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Great area great host

This home is beautiful. We loved staying here and the host was amazing checking in to make sure everything was ok. They have everything. My kids had an amazing time and wanted to move in permanently (me too if I am being honest)! We could not have asked or gotten anything more perfect!!!

Wonderful home and location!

This home is just gorgeous and we had such an amazing stay here. We were in town for a family wedding - two families with eleven people - and the house felt spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The house itself is lovely with beautiful furnishings and the pool area was stunning. The owners recently installed a waterslide and waterfall which is is gorgeous but really dunks you in the water too! The owners also have a speaker system throughout the house, backyard, and pool area, which we enjoyed. We had a group of 4 parents and 7 older kids ages 15-29 and we all had a blast. Disneyland is close, just 15 minutes away, yet you don't play the 15% Anaheim tax. The backyard has 3 tables with plenty of room for everyone and a hot tub which we just used once as it was quite warm when we were there. I could not recommend this home more!

Great vacation home for a group.

Andrew’s home was a perfect fit for our group of 10. Drew was quick to respond to any questions. Grandkids and adults loved the pool and outdoor space. Several in our group also enjoyed the walking trail next to the property. We would stay there again.

House on the Trail

This was an ideal home base for my family during wedding week of a goddaughters’ wedding. We had plenty of space indoors and outdoors to enjoy each other and relax. Perfectly located for the wedding venue, Summit House. Rental description is accurate. Property owner checked periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!

Girls Weekend Away

We absolutely enjoyed our time here!!! Not only was it accessible to LA but downtown Fullerton had plenty to offer for when we wanted to go out on the town. The pool was beautiful and our only wish was that we had timed the visit for the summer so we could have spent more time in it. Luckily the hot tub hit the spot and is where we spent most of our free time at the house. The owners were super accommodating in opening their home, everything we needed for the weekend was available and the kitchen was a dream to cook in to feed our large party. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again next time we decide to go back to LA!

Loved House on the Trail!

We had a wonderful family reunion at the House on the Trail. The floor plan was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy cooking, playing games, watching TV. But the real fun was the backyard and the pool! We spent most of our time outside. The house was very well stocked with all the kitchen appliances you would need, pool toys as well as sport equipment. And last of all I have to say Andrew was the best owner we have ever worked with! Very professional and efficient. Clearly one of our best family vacations!

Beautiful experience.

Just the environment it self was a vibe , a home away from home, felt like as soon as I walked threw the door it was an oasis . The kids love the backyard and I did of course cause I could see them while I would make breakfast everyday and spend nights under the stars telling story’s when I was a kid laying on the grass ( even though they wanted to hear scary stories , didn’t have none at the time ) and then of course my teenage niece love the big mirrors they had in the house so she could take pictures and be on tik tok lol , so we were solid in that department. My mother love how they had this huge family tub ( Jacuzzi ) in one of the bathrooms and she would spend hours in there just soaking in her favorite o-lay body products listening to Marvin Gaye and Patti Labell and every time I would go and check on her she would say “ y’all better leave me alone while I’m at the spa “ so over all it was an amazing experience, every night we would cook dinner together cause it was so much room to do so, my sisters, brothers and specially my mother enjoy this home and the owners was so kind and made this so much easier and stress free to do so , I want to thank you again drew for opening up your home for my family to enjoy . Till next time awesome guy ❤️

Amazing property and owners

Most accommodating, responsive, nicest owner I have ever dealt with. The house is more beautiful than the pictures show. The kitchen is fantastic. All the kids' toys were so nice for our little ones to play with. But the true gem was the outdoors. The back yard was incredible. We spent most of our time eating out there, enjoying the amazing, huge hot tub, and fire pit. The kids loved jumping on the trampoline, playing soccer and learning how to hoverboard. The pool area downstairs was just as fantastic. Overall, an amazing getaway for our family.

Home Away From Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house on the trail, We felt right at home. The home is absolutely gorgeous and in a great neighborhood, the best part of our stay was the pool! The kids and i stayed in the pool from sun up to sun down! There was plenty of room and open space for my family, no one felt overcrowded. The kitchen space is amazing, we were able to enjoy a nice BBQ for the labor day holiday. Andrew was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner! One recommendation for the future if you decide to stay in the summer is pack some insect repellent, the house definitely lives up to its name as the house on the trails! Thank you

Staycation At Its Best!

We live in Long Beach, but wanted to squeeze in a quick get away during the pandemic and before our kids went back to school. This place is a definite gem and we loved the spaciousness of this home! We had an awesome time! We were a family of 8 and this charming home had all the amenities and more. The pool was a big hit with the slide and having a speaker system where we could play music just made it so relaxing and fun. The upgraded kitchen was an added plus and we used the BBQ grill for dinner. Lastly, we ended the evenings relaxing in the hot tub. The kids didn't want to leave. Drew was a great host and was always responsive with any questions we had. We accidentally left an item there and he dropped it off at our house! Now that's going above and beyond!! Seems like we'll be doing more staycations so we hope to come back here again soon.

Welcome Home!

This property was not a House but a Beautiful, Amazing Home!! You could feel the Love as soon as you walked in the door!!! Everything was Fabulous and Perfect!! We our stay was for 7 days....Owner's are AMAZING, They kept in touch and made sure we were taken care of. We will book this home again!!!

Wonderful home!

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young kids staying in the area for a wedding. The home was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. The beautiful resort like backyard was a highlight for us and we took advantage of all the wonderful amenities such as the trampoline and hot tub! The kitchen was a pleasure to use and the house had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. There were even toys to entertain the little ones! The hosts were very accommodating and the home is clearly family oriented. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would return if ever in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay

We booked this home for a planned family trip to Disneyland. The home exceeded our expectations. We had four adults, two teens and four little ones, there were games for the small kids and plenty for the teens. Such a lovely home. I would have loved to just kick-back there. The home owners were available for any problems with a phone call. The kids loved the hot tub and child friendly atmosphere. We were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this home!!! Wonderful!!!

Planned a SoCal trip with my family and we decided to rent a house for the first time. So glad we did! The house was perfect. The kids loved the pool and played outside everyday. A very Relaxing and Fun time for our family

Each year my wife and I invite all of our children and grandchildren to join us somewhere where we can all have fun and enjoy each other's company. Our stay at the House on The Trail was one of the best times we had. After enjoying fun activities in the Fullerton area (Disneyland, Fullerton Arboretum, etc.), we were able to return to a peaceful and relaxing time in the quiet and beautiful backyard by the pool and barbeque. The home had everything we needed. Also, a great trail for walking, running, and biking is accessible through the backyard gate. We would rent again if we return to the Fullerton area.

Wonderful, restful spot

We had a lovely time at Andrew’s house. The location was perfect for visiting our family and nearby beaches, Disney etc. the house itself is spacious and we loved the outdoor trampoline and grassy area for kids. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Ideal trail-side getaway with tons of space

This home was ideal and made even more exceptional by the responsive and helpful host. For context, we were a large group including three couples and one infant converging on Southern California for a family wedding. The Highlights Spacious: This home has tons of indoor and outdoor space for both kids and adults to roam as well as a great pool that's close to - but not right on top of - a nice walking trail that runs through the neighborhood. We were very surprised by just how much space there was. There was plenty of space to congregate and also plenty of space to be away from the congregating. Amenities: An enormous refrigerator and freezer, full kitchen, multiple tables in the backyard, pool, large bathrooms, all the appliances we needed and then some, waffle maker, etc. Convenience: The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and helpful, particularly with a new baby coming into town from the East Coast. We were walking-distance from the grocery store/coffee shop and a short drive from everything you would need. Overall this was an amazing place and surpassed our expectations in every way.
