This house was a great place for our three families to stay during our trip to Disneyland. It's about a 20 min walk through downtown Disney to get to the front entrance. Plenty of rooms and beds, kitchen supplies with everything, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We were a little confused about how to get the hot tub hot, but texting for help quickly solved the problem. I think the movie theater room could use some instructions, we never could get a movie going for the kids in that room. Plus there is a screen but no projector. And a big TV. Overall, it's a great location and great size for multiple families.

Very nice house with almost all bedrooms separated from each other. Incredible location for Disney properties. Very attentive management team. Overall great stay with 8 adults and 3 toddlers. When we needed some help with some small issues, they were immediately responsive and helpful.

Great property for families

Stayed for a 3 day Disney trip. The fridge wasn’t working initially and when we called they were there within 15 minutes to fix it. Great response and very nice property all the way around. Would book again next time!

Big, spacious, super close to Disney

We had an amazing time staying at this property. We came to Anaheim to take our kids to Disney land. We had two sets of parents, myself and my sister’s family, we each have two kids all ages three years and younger. Our parents and grandparents as well stayed here. It’s a short 20 minute walk, the house is one block away from the Disney land parking garage so that’s time you’d spend walking anyway. We could see fireworks from the backyard area which had a big pool and waterslide which was a nice surprise because we didn’t see that in the photos when we booked this property. Plenty of life vests for younger children. The pool is also gated so we didn’t need to worry about one of the children wandering into the pool area. The bedrooms and bathroom were all very clean. The living room areas and play room were spotless as well. There were a few things in the kitchen that had been over looked. We were happy to have a big space for all the children to spend time together. We would love to stay here again in the future.

nice home but pictures are not accurate and make things look way nicer than they are.

After booking this property, we had friends that were thinking about joining us but manager said there was a significant 'extra person' charge per person per night for a house that says it sleeps at least 10 people. we had 4 adults and 2 kids. i looked at the fee for same number of nights including 10 people and the fee was the same as what we had paid for our reservation with 6 people. seemed like the host was trying to add fees that were unfair. got to the house and there were no types of instruction manuals for anything, which included the pool, slide, spa tub, dead battery on nest air conditioner so that didnt work, non-working tv's broken remotes, broken gaming headphones, broken dvd player, broken FIRE place, broken dishwasher, and propane tanks on the grill that were out and needed to be changed. the pool and hot tub were freezing and there was no instruction on how to activate them which was frustrating, complicated, and ended up being done remotely by the manager the first time. someone came within a few hours of check in to help explain things -the pool and slide- he was nice but was difficult to understand and could only really get 1 tv out of all 5 to work. my parents really wanted to watch tv in their room and it was very frustrating that we could not get it going even after the tech guy came. no SAUNA so not sure why its in the pictures. house needs repairs and pictures need updating. The manager did respond and was helpful, but overall not too happy.

The house is great! It’s so close to Disneyland that we walked back and forth. The owners were so helpful! I asked a question about the slide and someone came right over to show us how to work it. We all had a wonderful time!

Perfect place for big family trip to LA

We’re a big family and we’re very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept property. Rooms were spacious and clean. 3 full baths were awesome. Great sitting area with open floor plan & kitchen. Plenty of entertaining space. Between the pool table, foos-ball, media room and the amazing swimming pool & spa outside, the kids were disappointed to leave the house for Disneyland, which was a quick 5 minute drive away. It was too hot to walk in July, but definitely walkable (25 minutes). Excellent staging point for all things L.A. We will definitely be back next time we’re all together!

Perfect location for Disney with the kids

I want to compliment the owners and managers of this property. We have never stayed in a place where any mechanical issue was handled so quickly. We had a pool issue one day and they were out within an hour, maybe less, to fix it. It didn’t stop us from having full use of the pool the entire time. With water loving kids, we really appreciated their attention to detail. The house itself is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out in different areas so there was plenty of privacy and space. We had 12 people and it was big enough to accommodate everyone. The dining room table was huge. The kids enjoyed the theater, the pool table and foosball. The pool is the star of the property. Our grandkids loved the slide over the hot tub. It was warm enough to use even though our days there in June were unusually cool and overcast. We went to Disneyland one day and California Adventure another. On the Disneyland day, we walked about 15 minutes to the monorail in Downtown Disney and rode that into the park. Since that doesn’t work for California Adventure, on that day we walked less than 10 minutes to the Pixar Pals parking structure and took the tram. It’s was so easy, dropping us off near the main gate. Also, you do get a decent fireworks show from the back of the house. We would definitely rent this home again on another Disney trip. Next time we would even plan more time to just enjoy the house.

Easy walk to Pixar pals parking structure to tram to parks. House was good, cooked meals there and there were enough pots for cooking.

Worked out well. Pool with water slide was fantastic for the kids. Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had.

Great family vacation rental

15 minute walk to Disneyland! Great spacious home for large families. Only drawback was that we had to purchase our own paper products (paper plates, towels and additional toilet paper) which we thought should have been included with the rental.

Great location!

The location was perfect for our stay. It was a brisk 20 minute walk to the front of Disneyland/California Adventure. For those who don't want to walk it (especially after a long day of walking around the park, and/or if the temperature is as high as it was when we were there!), it is also a very quick $7 Uber ride. You can in fact see the fireworks from the back of the house (though a tiny bit obstructed by the house behind them). We had no issues checking in and instructions for checking out were very clear. The place is definitely big enough for everyone to have some personal space, and still hang out in the kitchen/living room. Overall a lovely stay!

Family vacation 2022

My 3 sons, their wives and children ages from 21 years to 11 months had a wonderful time at the house. We went by to Disneyland Universal Studios, Lego Land and shopping. road We all enjoyed the Pool & hot tub. location was great, we could come back from Disneyland and take a nap then return for the evening. It was about a week 20 minute walk, the energetic group chose to walk, while the ones with younger kids drove to the park. Katie responded quickly to our phone or text messages. We definitely will stay there s as grin!

Property owners are very responsive, 25 min walk to the gates at Disney which we did with our young kids. Pool/hot tub was fun. Good place to stay.

Perfect for a family vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation and loved it! The location was perfect for our Disneyland days and the backyard exceeded our expectations. There is now a water slide above the hot tub which was such a great surprise! The communication with the hosts was great as well. We would definitely recommend this place to any family!

Works great for multiple families, pool + waterslide were amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We found it fully stocked and the amenities were great! Frankly, I don't think the photos do it justice. The layout was perfect for our family and would be great for multiple families traveling together. The pool was incredible and they had just finished a fun waterslide before our arrival. The communication with Katie was very prompt! All that said, there were a few hiccups we experienced that I believe can be avoided in the future: -The walkability didn't work for our family, but we ranged in ages from 4 months to 68 years old. That being said, it may work for others! -The pool heating seems a bit on the expensive side compared to other rentals we have stayed in. You have to communicate 30 minutes before you want to use the hot tub so that they can turn it on. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if this was communicated beforehand.

Great Place

Our family enjoyed the New Year stay. The house was very spacious and organized. The host was very thoughtful to label the cabinets where things were kept. The fireworks in the backyard was also a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Great rental!

This rental was great! We wanted a place for our extended family to stay within walking distance to Disneyland and this was perfect. It was spacious, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The beds were all comfortable, the kids LOVED the bunk beds (especially the castle one), and it was great that there was an actual crib to use! I would definitely stay here again for our next family trip.

Wonderful Staycation Home!

This home was perfect for our extended family over the Labor Day Holiday. Katie responded promptly to any questions and concerns during our stay and was very helpful explaining how to work the pool and spa. The pool, spa and BBQ grill all got good use as we enjoyed our relaxing vacation in the hot weather. A short walk to Downtown Disney in the evenings helped us to avoid the $10 parking fee. The pictures are slightly outdated, there are technically 6 bedrooms in this home. Pic #50 would be bdrm 6 with a twin trundle and a pink twin castle themed bunk over a queen (sleeps 5 in that room). The bedroom with the blue/grey bedspread across from the washer/dryer also has a full size crib. There was no bedroom configuration that matched pic #26. The theatre room has a futon and 2 separate recliners, no table, rug or floor pillows, but does have a large foam beanbag chair and a couple of matching beanbag ottomans. Of the 4 bathrooms, one has a bidet, and one other has a bidet handheld sprayer (a welcome, and necessary amenity for Grandma). No board games, but I’m sure Katie would’ve accommodated if we asked, the kids were fine with video game consoles that they brought from home. Overall, we had a great time. No fireworks on Thursday (checkin night), but we enjoyed fireworks from the backyard on Friday and Saturday. Katie is very receptive to feedback and we look forward to staying her again in the future.
