Hemos tomado todas las mejores características de nuestra primera unidad de Tower Grove y escuchamos a la retroalimentación de los clientes para realizar mejoras y asegurar nuestra segunda oferta es un lugar maravilloso para que usted permanezca! Este amplio y luminoso apartamento de un dormitorio 2 + ha sido recientemente renovado y es una gran mezcla de alta, techos con vigas y características industriales con instalaciones modernas. Podrás disfrutar de la cocina gourmet con mejoradas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, 2. 5 baños grandes y un dormitorio principal con un baño adjunto que tiene una bañera grande y ducha independiente. Dos plazas de aparcamiento están disponibles para su uso, junto con un área de parrilla y patio al aire libre. La unidad está en una arbolada calle tranquila, y está en una ubicación práctica y Tower Grove Park, junto con varios restaurantes y tiendas alrededor de la esquina. In addition, while we want you to feel at home, we want ours to remain in tip top shape. We appreciate your consideration of the fact that there are shared walls and wooden stairs. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please be advised that this is a 5 unit property and there are dogs who live on site, but not in this unit.

Family Vacation plus one

We really enjoyed renting this place. Everything was beautiful and clean. We had no problem with anything. The owners were awesome and very helpful and easy to get ahold of and talk to. Parking was good and easy and centrally located. Would definitely go back and stay there even longer.

Home away from home

This is our third time to stay at this beautiful property . We come to attend the Cardinal games each summer. It is close to so many of the St. Louis attractions. We feel like we have found the perfect place for our stays. Aside from all that I have mentioned you really feel the extra care that has been poured in to making this a great rental for others. Not to mention the wonderful kindess the owners show to us each and every time! You will never regret staying here! Too bad we can't go higher than a five star rating...

Easy easy very clean and big. There were 5 guys in this unit not cramped. Owner is friendly and quick to respond. She gave us a great food recommendation. We have rented many times this was by far the best one yet.

Family event

Place was huge and in great shape, wonderful parking, owners prompt, accommodating, wonderful. Have to like urban living. Wish could have walked to more cafes/shops but may have not been there long enough to figure all that out. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

This was our second stay at this converted horse stable. Location is perfect for sight seeing. Within walking distanct to Tower Grove Park. The home is spacious. Bedrooms are large. It does have open duct work...oft like...so is noisy when using the air conditioner, but did not bother us much. We enjoyed the courtyard and all the flowers. The hosts are on site, friendly and quick to respond if needed. We will definately plan to stay here when we return to St. Louis.

Perfect place to stay -This was our second time!

We would rent anything from Phyllis Barnes. She wants your stay to be a five star stay and you can tell from the little touches in her units. Twice this summer we have stayed in one of her two units available in Tower Grove East. Close to the baseball stadium. Room enough for all of us. The one year old and four year old loved it both times. Did I mention that it is very clean and well cared for? The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. One of the more helpful things is she leaves a scrapbook with menus, places to visit etc. Also just reading about the history of the old carriage house is fun. We have already told Phyllis to expect us next summer! Do not hesitate to rent this property...you will love it!

Spacious, modern, super condo convenient to everything

We visit St. Louis often and this was the best place we have stayed and Phyllis and Stan are super hosts. Everything we needed to cook, hang out and get ready for a family wedding. Loved that there was off street parking and the areas to sit outside in the evening. Also appreciate the fact that it is energy efficient with solar panels on the carport and building. Everything was super clean and everything we needed!

Super clean, close to everything, makes this home an ideal home away from home!

Phyllis, your home was awesome for our family of four! All of your recommendations were on point! We were never further than 12 minutes from all of the major attractions. We will definitely stay here again! This is a must stay location for anyone with kids that are needing good space and a prime location!

Great vibe

This is a wonder place to stay with a great vibe. Excellent renovation of an old horse barn. Two plus bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Everything was done right! Everything was very clean and there are two parking spots directly across from the unit. The location was also great for us. Easy driving access to Forest Park, the Cental West End and downtown. An UBER was about $12 to the baseball stadium. Stan was there to welcome us and gave us some good suggestions for local cuisine and groceries. We will choose this property again when we go to St Louis!

Top notch!!

We loved our stay in this spacious home away from home. Everything was modern and spotless. The pictures don't do justice to just how comfortable this place really is. Close to everything. I attended a convention at the Dome which was a $12 uber ride and took about 15 minutes. There are also many nice restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive in the Tower Grove area . Phyllis and Stan were great hosts and we had the added pleasure of meeting Phyllis' lovely mother . If we ever travel to St Louis again, we'll definitely try to stay here again .

Really nice apartment

The loft was super nice, clean, modern, really beautiful. The only issue was there is a place over the master bedroom roof that that you could hear loud dripping from outside which may it hard to sleep at times.

Even better than it looks!

We loved the look of this when we booked... and it far exceeded our expectations! The space was fabulous, there was plenty of room, and every amenity we needed was at our fingertips. It was immaculate, and the location couldn't be beat. Out of the fray of downtown, but still close enough for all of our activities. The host, Phyllis, was more than accommodating. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in when we got there, which was super convenient. Overall, we would highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit the city! You will feel right at home!

Great place to stay in St Louis

This place was perfect for our trip over Mother's Day weekend to ST Louis. Very close drive to everything we did over the weekend (Cardinals game, zoo, and City Museum). The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast before heading out each day. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We will rent again in our next trip to St Louis.

Attractive, spacious, clean, furnished with everything you need & a comfortable shared outdoor space

The character of the old building combined with modernized design and functional updates made for a unique and memorable stay in St Louis close to everything we wanted to see and do. They maintain a pet-friendly unit that was clean & the bathrooms were very nice. We were visiting family in the area and there was enough space and seating for our total group of ten to gather and enjoy each other' company in a centrally located spot. We had intended to make a big family meal one evening, but either the restaurants in the area were too tempting or the elders were too tired to stay longer - it was a nice feature even though we didn't fully utilize it. The hosts were pleasant and flexible and were genuinely concerned about our comfort. Next time we are in St Louis we will check availability here first!
