The host was very accommodating and friendly! The balcony door we couldn’t get open, but maintenance said it was because it need to be replaced, but he was able to get it open for us and we were able to open it the rest of our stay. It is a beautiful condo with wonderful views and amenities!

Communication was great and check-in was super smooth. The amenities at this resort are great especially if you have kids that don’t love the beach day after day. This condo is tastefully decorated and kitchen is fully stocked. The only complaint I had was with the washer and dryer. The washer smelled and both were very loud. Not sure that they cleaned our clothes well but that was just a small issue. Overall we had a great vacation

Get Away

My husband and I along with our three adult children and their significant others, as well as two grandchildren and my mother all stayed for a beach getaway and had a blast. The unit had more than ample space for all of us. It was equipped with everything we needed, including all kitchen and grill utensils. There was even beach toys and a few beach chairs available for use. We were more than impressed with the unit and look forward to staying again on our next family beach getaway!

Fabulous Orange Beach vacation

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Condo was very clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. Rooms were all spacious and I loved the gourmet kitchen. Turquoise Place is in a great location and is kid friendly ( we had my 2 year old niece with us) It was an easy walk to the beach and all of the pools were clean. Myself and my family would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations fit our family of 6 adults, 3 kids. Very well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated, spacious living areas, nice amenities. Enjoyed view, hot tub, and grill. TV was easy to use.

Beautiful condo

The condo was tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space throughout. Wonderful bathrooms especially the master bath. Very large balcony. The only issues I had was the refrigerator was not very clean, there was dishes in cabinets that had dried food stuck on them and the stove top was not cleaned. The outdoor grill on patio was not wiped down and the grill brushes were very nasty. Over all, the condo was very clean other than the issues listed. These few things would not stop me from staying there again.

Hot tub works, has smart TV awesome view of sunrise sunset, we will be back. Pickett Properties was very responsive to any needs.... Small issues like microwave quit working were promptly addressed

Pictures are NOT Deceiving!!!

Everything about this place was wonderful! We’ve stayed several places in the area that fooled us (pictures of the property/condo made it appear much roomier than it actually was). Having 6 children, you can imagine how ecstatic we were when we arrived. Any issues we had, were quickly taken care of, management team was very responsive and timely. The ONLY complaint we had was with the primary bedroom mattress being uncomfortable, but also understand that was only our Opinion and may not be an issue for others. Every area of the facility was well taken care of and clean! We plan on returning!!!

Beach Trip

The condo is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. There were five of us and we were all comfortable and uncrowded. We loved the grill and hot tub on the balcony which was an extra bonus. I was worried about the elevator being slow because I read in some of the reviews they took a long time to come. But we had no issue with them at all. Only a few things. One was even though the unit had been cleaned and you could tell; some areas were missed. Master bathroom had toothpaste splatter on the mirror and floor wasn't mopped well; two of the other bathrooms had similar issues and we cleaned them. The sliding doors to the balcony had finger and hand prints on the glass and we had to call to have the washing machine cleaned. Also some of the silverware didn't get clean in the dishwasher and had been put away with food on them. The AC stopped blowing cold our 2nd day, but maintenance was prompt and came out same day and fixed it. Kudos to maintenance, they are great. Those who do the cleaning need to make sure they are not so rushed that they miss things. Fortunately I travel with cleaning supplies so we took care of the issues; but since there is a hefty cleaning deposit required, you do want to see the evidence reflected in your unit. All in all it was very nice and with the exception of the AC everything was taken care of on arrival day. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful View of the Beach!

With no fault of the owner our stay at Turquoise was great. Disappointed about the hot tubs and the pool in our tower being closed. Location of the property is great for walking the beach and restaurants. We had a great two weeks at the end of February and the weather was awesome.
