Amplia Sail Bay View Condo

Nuestro espacioso apartamento es perfecto para familias o parejas. La bahía y la piscina espectacular vista es el escaparate perfecto para puestas de sol increíbles! Nuestro pequeño pedazo de paraíso está recién amueblado en el año 2015 con tres nuevos televisores y una cocina actualizada que incluye un refrigerador de vino. La cama de matrimonio en el maestro, y la cama de espuma de memoria de tamaño queen en el segundo dormitorio, eran las compras en el año 2015. Se accede al paseo marítimo de la bahía directamente en frente del condominio. Usted puede caminar por millas alrededor de la bahía y al Océano Pacífico. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia a pie. La propiedad está situada en la bahía de Vela ... una extensión de Mission Bay, casi exactamente a medio camino entre Paradise Point Resort y The Catamaran Resort. Ambas estaciones están a un paseo de nuestra puerta. También hay un parque infantil a poca playa a pie. Para los más aventureros, kite surf, wakeboard, vela y remo de embarque están justo enfrente. Bicicletas y otros equipos de deportes acuáticos se pueden alquilar en las inmediaciones y se utilizan en la bahía y tabla paseos. El condominio incluye dos plazas de aparcamiento. No hay mascotas y no se permite fumar en el apartamento. Esperamos que usted ama nuestra playa-retiro tanto como nosotros lo hacemos.

Excellent Stay

It is spacious and the views are beautiful. The location is very convenient to Sea World and beaches and parks. Restaurants are walkable. The only disappointment was a very cold pool during the winter months.

Lovely condo with a view of mission bay!!

Lovely, clean and spacious condo view a pool and hot tub. Building is right on the bay with walking/bike path that runs from Crown Point to Pacific Beach. Very close to great restaurants and stores. Quick access to San Diego attractions and the airport. We highly recommend this rental. Even includes 2 garage parking spaces.

The condo was up to our expectations from all points of view. Thanks to the owner and Kerry for all.

A beautiful condo facing the bay for all peace lovers and sunset viewers ... tenants would find every detail expected for a stay as if it was their own home. The place is very comfortable , neat and decorated to a ' chic ' taste. We had rented a car during our stay , and the location was close to shopping areas , sightseeing places and La Jolla area. If it would be available again next year , I would definitely love to come back .. many thanks to the owner and Kerry who were always available for our quieries.

If cleanliness counts...keep looking.

Place needs a major overhaul. Dirty and dated. View, however, is terrific. Beach is always noisy but in addition, street noise is a huge problem here. Single pane windows back onto a busy street. Recommend a thorough inspection before renting.

A Fabulous Place To Stay!

George’s condo is better than pictured! It’s a lovely space right on the bay. The condo itself is spacious and nicely appointed. Marble floors and marble countertops. Travertine I believe in the master bath. There is an open concept and the living room presents with a full wall of glass That includes the terrace that overlooks the pool, jacuzzi and the bay. There are charming archways and arched built ins throughout. Really lovely. Sunset from the terrace as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen can be breathtaking. George is by far the most attentive host we’ve had. Totally accommodating. On check in he personally gave us a tour of the apartment as well as the complex. The condo comes with two garaged parking spaces! The bay has a 41/2 mile walking path which we walked numerous times. The path ends with parks on both ends. Many restaurants nearby if you like to walk. Otherwise an easy drive. Within 20 minutes you can be at the airport, the harbor in the city or La Jolla. I would highly recommend this condo!!! A really wonderful place to stay!

Not only was this Condo clean and located in a great area, beautiful view from your living room, with the beach steps from the door. It has two parking spaces, so your guests have a place to park. Everything you need is there, great communication with the owner, We had a very memorable trip!

You will never be bored with the view. There is always something happening at PB. Sailing, windsurfers, volleyball players, and water skiing. Even the night view with the lights is amazing. Thank you George.

PB/Sail Bay Condo

Spacious, clean, quiet, well stocked/well furnished 30 day minimum condo. George was very proactive concerning our stay for a month. The 2 underground parking spots are a bonus. The view from the great room and lanai are amazing and we enjoyed the sunset almost every night around 5:25 PM. If we need another long term rental in Pacific Beach in the future, we will try and book George’s condo. We always reach out to the owner and leave a list of things that would make the condo better. That list was very very short!!! If you need a month or longer rental in PB, I highly recommend you look at George’s condo.

This place was fantastic and then some-so hard to say goodbye! So comfortable and location was the best! Lots of biking, paddle boarding, kayaking and sunsets!

Peaceful and beautiful!

My family had a wonderful stay here! We felt very spoiled by the amazing view from the living area. The condo is spacious, well maintained and has everything you need. We were able to spend so much time at the bay, beach, and pool. It’s the perfect getaway!

This was our second stay in this condo .. and our experience was as succesful as the first one ...

I suppose it's needless to repeat myself concerning the same points of interest in this place .. but the fact that the location is at a short walking distance to where my son lives , is a big plus to me . Practically Perfect

This condo faces the serene Sail bay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. It is conveniently located to sightseeing, walks to the ocean and shopping. Our family enjoyed every minute of our get away. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful condo on the bay

This is a beautiful condo in a great location with an outstanding view. We could have just sat on the relaxing balcony but there is so much to do. Looking forward to returning to catch up on balcony time, since we were so busy enjoying the area. It was especially nice to be able to walk to so many places. There are many good restaurants and things to do within walking distance. There are also so many other places to explore in the San Diego area. The condo is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We certainly look forward to staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We didn't want to leave.

Perfect vacation on the bay!

Our family spends time in Mission Bay each summer. This was by far out favorite rental (and hopefully will be for years to come)! Location is close to everything you need as far as dining, beach access, entertainment and shopping. Most things are within walking or biking distance. The unit was updated, clean and well appointed. George, the owner, was was very responsive and set on making sure that we had a wonderful experience. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this property!!

Beautiful condo in the perfect beach location

We spent three great months living the beach life in this fabulous condo. The location was prime - right on Sail Bay beach with the boardwalk steps from the building. You can ride your bike or walk to the pacific or around the Bay and you are in the heart of the beach action of PB. SO much to do, so many great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Of course, we have two little kids so we couldn't take full advantage of THAT scene - but we sure did enjoy the pool and beach! The lure of the bay called to us everyday - we wanted to rent stand up paddle boards and sail boats all the time... The condo itself is lovely. Clean, roomy, updated and comfortable, with beautiful bay views. There is garage parking under the building. The owner is very pleasant and attentive and fully made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend staying at this condo!
