Este condominio frente al mar está a 10 pasos de la arena y un corto paseo de Belmont Park, donde se puede disfrutar de la atmósfera de carnaval y restaurantes. Las puertas correderas de cristal se abren a la vista al mar y la brisa. Alquilar tablas de surf para montar las olas, bicicletas para pasear por la playa o disfrutar del bar al aire libre y parrilla en Wavehouse o la comida y el ambiente en el Proyecto. Este estudio para cuatro personas con cocina, barbacoa, Wifi, sistema de sonido Bose TV por cable, DVD, con entrada auxiliar y sala de vapor de la ducha totalmente equipada. Great little beachy condo!

We had such a good time relaxing here. Super convenient to walk everywhere and great view of the beach from the patio! Nice and clean too!

Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

We loved the location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Sunsets were spectacular. Owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

Not my kind of neighborhood

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.

Absolutely Perfect

This location was absolutely ideal! It's situated right by the beach and conveniently close to all the activities we had planned. Will is an excellent host who has considered every detail. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego.

Great location

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Amazing View - Close to Everything

We absolutely loved this property. The view from the room was amazing and being able to open up the windows and hear the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also weren’t aware how incredibly close things were. From being able to walk down to Belmont Park, up to Pacific Beach, and even riding bikes to La Jolla, we had an incredible time here and look forward to coming back soon.

Fabulous memorable stay

Love, love this place and would absolutely no doubt to stay here again! Your on the beach with ocean breeze what more can you ask for. The condo is perfect, feels like it’s a new place and has everything you can possibly need. Will the manager was more then fabulous, provided all the information you needed about the condo and was always there promptly when you needed anything😁

Tucked Into Paradise

The location is centrally located down Mission Beach! The room was very clean and stocked for comfort. We loved how all windows opened up for fresh ocean air. The owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check out as there were not guest booked to come in. Will look for the property again in the future.

The Perfect Place

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

Central Mission Beach San Diego

The property was everything Will promised and more! He is such a thoughtful host. He thought of everything including some much appreciated snacks. The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and truly just steps from the beach. Our visit was everything we wanted it to be. Extremely relaxing.
