Este es un hermoso condominio totalmente remodelado a pasos de Village y Gondola. Es una unidad de 3 dormitorios para no fumadores de 1800 pies cuadrados con 4 baños y una calificación de 5 estrellas por su comodidad, ubicación, decoración de interiores y excelentes instalaciones.

Viene completamente amueblado con artículos de cocina, ropa de cama, toallas de baño, artículos de tocador, lavadora y secadora, secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar. Hay 2 chimeneas y 2 balcones con vistas a las montañas de Sherwin (el balcón de la sala de estar tiene una barbacoa de propano de tamaño completo y una mesa de bistro alta con 4 taburetes).

Hay 2 estacionamientos cerrados, seguros y con calefacción en el edificio del garaje para nuestro complejo, entrada y calzadas con calefacción desde el garaje hasta la entrada del edificio y aceras con calefacción a la aldea. Nuestro complejo también cuenta con un edificio de sala de juegos con piscina cubierta climatizada durante todo el año, jacuzzi, sauna, mesa de ping pong, mesa de billar, futbolín y sala de estar.

El condominio está a solo unos pasos de las comodidades de Village: restaurantes, Starbucks, tiendas, servicios de montaña (venta de boletos, alquileres), Góndola a Canyon Lodge, vida nocturna, cócteles, tienda de conveniencia y eventos familiares.

El condominio es de 3 niveles: el nivel principal es cocina, sala de estar, chimenea, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición, baño, balcón al aire libre; el nivel inferior es de 2 habitaciones cada una con TV de pantalla plana de alta definición y 2 baños, cuarto de lavado; El tercer nivel es un dormitorio con 2 juegos de literas, 1 cama individual y 1 futón, baño de tamaño completo y gran televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición, wifi gratuito. ¡NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS Y NO SE FUME!

The best spot to stay in mammoth. Tracy is such a great host. We come w/ a group every summer and it’s perfect for us. Lots of space, we love the game room and indoor poor.

Great location, great condo

We stayed here with 3 couples and total of 5 eight year olds. The place was great and accommodated us all. The place is 3 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the bunk room in a loft on the 3rd floor. I didn’t pay attention that it didn’t have a door for privacy, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The stairwells to the upper and lower floor are very narrow. We appreciated being able to enter both the main and bottom floor from the hall for getting luggage in.The kitchen was very well equipped, maybe better than our home. It was great!The unit itself is extremely close to the Village Gondola and ski rentals. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The kids loved the heated pool, spa and game room. They played in there nightly.The host was great and very responsive!We all had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Best place for annual group trips

Great Place for Large Group

Location!! Location!! Location!! Wow, this place is perfect for a large group. Plus you are steps away from the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge. There is a garage for your vehicle. It was able to fit out 10 passenger van. Place had lots of amenities plus fully stocked with towels, soap, paper towels. We will likely be back for our annual ski trip.

Best spot in mammoth

10/10 would recommend! We love staying here, it’s the perfect location. We’ve stayed her about 7 times and fall in love with every year. The indoor pool and game room are a plus. Very close to everything in mammoth, walking distance to the village. The condo itself is lovely. Lots of space. The Host Tracy is the best!

Good stay and a great location

What was good: - The location near north village was really convenient. Lot of restaurants and shuttles nearby. - The indoor pool was great for our large group to relax at the end of the day. - Lot of beds and functional TVs in all rooms. - Functional kitchen and enough utensils to make a quick breakfast. What could have been better: - The winding stairs were hard to navigate. - The building and the apartment appeared quite old and could use a remodel. - The bunk beds were difficult to climb for kids and need some maintenance. - The downstairs toilet appeared dirty, not necessarily due to lack of cleaning but due to age.

Great location and experience!!

All in all.. we can’t wait to come back… amazing location and spacious! The pans in the kitchen can use some updating and it would be nice to have pool towels provided and accounted for for the number of guests it sleeps other than the towels we shower with… otherwise everything was excellent!

amazing location, responsive hosts

friends loved everything about this stay. the convenient location, spaciousness, comfortability, and responsiveness of the hosts made my birthday experience unforgettable! for example, due to the responsiveness of the administrative office, we were able to get additional parking spaces which made accommodating for more cars incredibly easy and stress-free. additionally, the kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to save money on food, there were a lot extra blankets and pillows, and the overall set up of each level emulated a cozy summer camp feel with friends. oh, and it was very clean. definitely recommend this home for large groups. one note is that our neighboring guests (a family with kids) were loud and the 3rd level walls aren’t very soundproof. however, surprisingly, while there were quite a few loud parties in the complex, you couldn’t really tell while on the lower level or in living room area, which was pretty cool.

Perfect Stay for Family

The location isn't just great because the condo is 60 steps from the Gondola that takes you to Canyon Lodge but 60 steps from the Village which means you can go to dinner without taking your car and your teenage kids can walk around the shopping center without worry. The condo itself is a very nice 3 bedroom with plenty of room for families 5-7 - 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 4 barhrooms - and an underground garage, indoor sauna and game room. Hard to beat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed in the Jacuzzi. It was a little dirty. Also. the sauna was out of order. Also, the shower in the rec room with the jacuzzi was cold — no hot water. Otherwise it was a great time. So convenient to everything. My family thoughly enjoyed our stay. 😀⛷️

We have owned this unit since 2004. We live in Carlsbad, CA with our 3 boys and enjoy coming here year-round with our friends and family to enjoy all the fun activities Mammoth and the Village have to offer. We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding and boating in the spring and summer. Our condo is a comfortable and cozy place for a big family, a couple of families or a large group. Being able to walk into the Village for entertainment, dining, shopping or just hanging out is a nice plus! Also, being able to walk to the Gondola to get to the slopes and not get in your car is a huge bonus, especially with big snow storms (also, not having to dig your car out of the snow!). With all of the comforts of home, come enjoy a great vacation spot and make yourself at home with many great memories!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Being able to park our car in the parking garage when we get there and walk to most of our destinations is a huge plus. The Village is steps away with many activities and venues to enjoy, or the bus line can take you from the Village to many destinations as well. The indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna are great after a long day of outdoor activities. The recreation room also has a ping pong table, a pool table and a foosball table with couches to sit and hang out. You can walk to the Village for entertainment, dining or just to hang out and people watch. It's nice to be able to come and go as you want when you have a large group, with the quick access to the Gondola, everyone can be on their own time! The Gondola ride is about 5 minutes up to Canyon Lodge and is so convenient and free! Not having to drive during snow storms to get to the slopes, and not having to dig your car out of the snow are such a huge bonus for staying at our condo.
