We had a great stay at this villa the first week of October. The kitchen was missing tops for the pots and pans. A larger cooking pot would be helpful.We used a small French Press for coffee, but with 4 adults, a larger coffee pot or electric drip coffee maker would be an improvement.A few more kitchen towels are needed. There were plenty of plates, cups, bowls etc. We cooked a lot since we were a group of 6. We never used the hot tub so I cannot comment. The security fence around the pool was up, which made it safe for the little ones, but not much room for adults to walk around or sit around the pool.The house was comfortable although much of the amenities and furnishings were dated and old. There were enough towels & bedding, The air conditioner in the kitchen wasn't working, but in October that wasn't too much of an issue. The manager is aware of this and plans to replace it soon. Fans in the bedrooms were a nice touch.The house was clean but the exterior needed removal of leaves and debris.Overall the rental experience was excellent. Katie, the property manager from Spot on Villa Rental, was very helpful and responsive. She made our visit so easy. The owner also communicated well and made sure we had what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Excellent villa

Villa as described. Left welcome pack, not just bread and milk, they left cheese, ha., butter, jam, marmalade, water, ice. It was perfect. Katie the property manager went above and beyond putting 18th birthday decorations up and a large chocolate cake in the fridge. Perfect stay, did not want to leave. Thanks again.

Fabulous Holiday!

The villa was simply lovely. We knew the location from a previous visit which is ideal for walking to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The beach is literally 5 mins walk via a cut through opposite. The villa as so clean and there was literally everything you needed at hand. Great quality appliances and a fully stocked kitchen including lovely picnic ware for outside. The pool was heated and the hot tub was a bonus! Ann and Katie were great via communication before and during including helping out with taxis. We could not fault this lovely villa and have already booked it again for 2025

We have just had the most wonderful 3 weeks in Cyprus and Villa Danimarko was at the centre of this. From location to the villa itself aided by a great support from Kate and the team it is one of the best family holidays we have and and will be back in 2024! Thanks again.

Home away from home ... Just Brilliant!

I have no hesitation in totally recommending this villa! It is just stunning!! The Villa itself is stunning, well-laid out and fully kitted with everything you may need (clearly this is a home, and not just a rental property). All high-end appliances, air conditioning throughout with a water machine as well .. Totally needed in Cyprus. Even supplied with a ton of DVDs and CDs for those quiet nights in. Playstation and a ton of games as well! In terms of location ... 200m(ish) to the beachfront .. Turn left and Fig Tree bay is a 10min walk to the "strip" with tons of restaurants and bars. Turn right along the beachfront and go through a lesser built up area with a couple of restaurants, a cocktail bar on the beach and some smaller beaches away from the hustle and bustle of Fig Tree Bay. 100% will be back. ..NO issues at all

Stunning Villa with everything you need

Luxury Villa in an ideal location within walking distance of both the Strip for lovely restaurants and the glorious Fig Tree Bay . Faultless both inside and out with lovely pool area , TV with all UK Channels including SKY & BT Sport which was great . Comfortable beds and really good A/C in all areas which was simple to use . This was our first trip to Cyprus and wont be the last ! Great temp of 26-27 degrees even late October Very efficient arrangements for accessing the Villa by the owners and a really useful welcome park . Summing up in one word ..... FAULTLESS ! Hopefully will return next year Many Thanks again

Absolutely stunningVilla

We have been doing villa holidays for 8 years and this villa greatly exceeded our expectations, this is by far the best villa we have stayed in and we will be returning next year. It is very well kept and cleaned to a very high standard. The owners have put lot of thought, effort, love and hard work making this the perfect holiday villa, it has everything, you could ever need and more. Beach towels, good quality hairdryers, plenty of hangers, sterero/CD player and safe in each bedroom, The twin bedroom has a games console, DVD player and a TV washing machine, dish washer, there are plenty of games for everyone to play, books, a massive DVD and games collection, everything is highly organised. All the instructions in the villa are very easy and straight forward, with pictures which again made everything so much easier. The Kitchen was very well equipped, with plentiful cutlery, glasses, dinner sets, undoubtedly it’s was a home from home. There is large BBQ, built in with a food prep area and sink, we loved the outdoor eating area it is shaded, so we did not have to worry about umbrellas getting blown over. There was a very generous sized pool and hot hub, again these are very well maintained and very clean, we had a baby gate for the pool which was brilliant, and where the grounds are enclosed, it really was so safe for the baby, and made it more relaxing not having to worry so much. The location is brilliant, we don’t like to hire a car as we on holiday, so the villa is in walking distance of everything, there is a small cove beach across the road which we loved, a lovely blue grotto within mins, the main fig tree bay beech is less than 10 minuets and so is the main strip. There is a local supermarket within 3 minutes walk. We had an amazing holiday and had already booked for next summer.

Amazing

I have stayed at this villa numerous times and every time it does not disappoint. Set down a quiet but safe road and only a 10 minute stroll to the top of the strip. So if you want no need for car hire. All rooms have AC and the beds are very comfortable so you will sleep very well. As the children are older they care about wifi and its very good. The tv has the best media service with so many films on demand and so many channels. Good when you just want to relax inside. Outside a fantastic and really clean pool and hot tub with a lovely shaded area if the sun gets too much. The villa is pretty private and quiet as both sides are non rental. Ann likes people to enjoy her villa and the amount of repeat bookings testify to this. In short fantastic villa very close to a busy resort with great restaurants and too many tribute bands but easy to find quality pubs as well. I prefer Protaras over Paphos as people are so friendly. Already looking forward to next year.

Ideal location with just a short walk to Protaras main strip to find restaurants, shops and bars. Your walk can be either by the road or along the coast. The villa itself is fantastic, music players along with a PlayStation to entertain the kids. Pool is a good size and a quiet location.

Everything I could wish for - highly recommended

We have just returned from a week in Protaras . The villa is perfect for families and friends. Very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Internally the villa is well furnished with a well equipped kitchen, (large selection of crockery, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) comfortable furniture , satellite TV , CD players / radio ect. Externally there is room for off road parking, there is a good sized swimming pool and the luxury of a hot tub. The furniture outside consists of plenty of sun loungers and a good quality dining table and chairs. The villa is in good repair throughout and was very clean on our arrival. The villa is an easy drive from Larnaca airport , located a stones throw from a small beach and a short drive from the local amenities , shops ,larger beaches and restaurants. We had a lovely time and would love to return.
