Para aquellos de ustedes que han visitado nuestra propiedad Apartment Eloise en Morzine, esta propiedad ha sido terminada con el mismo alto nivel.

La villa tiene 5 habitaciones, 2 de las cuales son habitaciones con baño. 1 de las habitaciones con baño tiene una cama de matrimonio y las otras 4 habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales que se convierten en camas de matrimonio si es necesario. Hay un baño familiar en el 1er piso.

Hay un cómodo salón con televisión inteligente y Netflix gratuito y un comedor con capacidad para 10 personas. Una moderna cocina totalmente equipada que incluye lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora.

Se proporciona una sala de juegos que tiene un acceso gratuito de Smart TV de 50 "a Netflix.

En el exterior hay una zona de estar con sillas de mesa y barbacoa para disfrutar de una cena al aire libre. Un salón exterior al frente de la propiedad. Una zona de estar en el balcón y una tumbona circular que se convierte en una zona de estar circular con mesa central en la terraza de la azotea que conduce a la habitación del entresuelo.

La Villa tiene su propia piscina privada que se puede calentar en los meses más fríos y tumbonas junto a la piscina, por lo que es una zona cómoda para sentarse o tomar el sol.

La propiedad está a 20 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo de Vilamoura y un autobús se detiene al final del callejón sin salida, por lo que no es necesario un automóvil. También está a una corta distancia a pie de la academia de tenis para aquellos que buscan lecciones o simplemente un poco de tiempo en la cancha de tenis.

Hay un sinfín de atracciones en Vilamoura, no solo los numerosos campos de golf, minigolf y playas, sino muchos otros. Es un gran lugar para aquellos que disfrutan de su ejercicio, ya que se proporcionan bancos de ejercicios para aquellos que disfrutan de tales actividades a lo largo de la avenida principal de Vilamoura.

Hi Barrie, Apologies for bad smell from the drains. It’s been a hot year so I know a lot of the owners have been complaining about the same thing this year. I’ve got a plumber going tomorrow to see what we can do about the back smell apart from just putting bleach and drain unblocker down! Rest assured this will be solved!! I hope it doesn’t put you coming back in the future. Kind Regards

The villa was lovely and spacious plenty of room for 10 of us staying. Great location to the marina, restaurants and beach or we got Ubers which were reasonable for going out of the area. Karen was great to communicate with before and during our stay and thank you for letting us have an earlier check in.

The villa is stunning and is so well positioned (not in the hustle and bustle) but within walking distance. We came as a family and we’re so thrilled upon arrival; the villa was spotless and is so well equipped. Contact prior to arrival was easy with very quick responses. Holiday in Vilamoura

Would actually say property is nicer than pictures. Is a 20 min walk to beginning of Marina if you have young children would recommend taking a pram. Have some suggestions to make the place even better such as upgrading the furniture outside. We discovered a roof terrace late in the holiday but hadn’t been cleaned. Could be a great space. Perhaps a welcome pack would be nice to for guests. Some beers in the fridge though which the boys liked. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely villa

Karen the property manager was really helpful and always answered our questions. The villa was lovely but some things were a little tired. One of the sun beds were cracked. The tv in the games room did not work. The cushions on the sun loungers we’re quite dirty having said that the pool was very popular and made the holiday. The marina was quite a walk but very nice and quarteira was another lovely resort. I would recommend this accommodation.

Lovely villa

This villa is lovely, clean and well represented in the photos. It is attached onto another villa and is in a residential area so some noise from surrounding homes eg dogs barking. The pool area is great, pool was cleaned during the stay. The bedrooms all have air conditioning as does the living room. One of the rooms is a mezzanine which we could see from the photos and it was used by the 2 older of the 4 children as they could navigate the steps safely. We didn’t use the basement as it smelt a little damp and we had plenty space upstairs to socialise. It is around 20mins walk to the marina, a spar around 10mins walk away. There is a free bus (white route) from the bottom of the street down to the marina and back again. Uber is also quick and cheap. Overall we had a great stay.

Lovely Villa, very residential location and smelly drains

The good The villa itself is lovely, clean, nice living area, kitchen has been refitted, bedrooms are a good size and air con all round. Pool area is good, again very clean and plenty of space to eat and drink, sunbeds and a table and chairs. The OK - In a very residential area with the nearest shop about a 15/20 minute walk away. The not so good. The water system might have a problem, every time you turned a tap on / shower on there was a terrible stench, not just once but every time across all rooms. seems there maybe a blockage somewhere unless that's the way the Portuguese system is. The entertainment room downstairs was just damp/musky, not a great place to sit in.

Well equipped villa conveniently located close to all Villamoura has to offer.

We were a party of 5 couples visiting Villamoura for the long weekend. Villa Layla was just perfect! Ideally located and well equipped with all modern conveniences. The pool was a particular hit and while we elected not to have it heated, with average daily temperatures of 26/28 degrees, the water temperature was just fine. Would have preferred to have known about additional cost of heating the pool (£150) at time of booking - perhaps it was mentioned in small print, but I don’t recall. We would definitely return to Villa Layla again, but there are a couple of small housekeeping issues that should be addressed; 1) As requested, we did use the pool towels on the cream loungers, but on arrival, these loungers were already very soiled and some seams were ripped. 2) The top hinge on the door in the upstairs bathroom is not screwed in properly so the door is hanging at an angle. To avoid long term damage, this hinge should be addressed. 3) Unpleasant sewage smell from the bathrooms - improved a little after the first day so perhaps this had followed a long period of vacancy?

Thank you for your review. We ask guests to use the pool towels provided to cover the sun beds, however not all guests will do that. As your stay was at the end of the season you would have seen the worst of it. The sun beds are due to be replaced for next season in any event. The hinge on the bathroom door has now been repaired, thank you for reporting this to us. We have found a new product on the market that we can now put down the plug holes after short periods of vacancy to eliminate any bad smells so hopefully this will be a thing of the past. We look forward to welcoming you back to Villa Layla in the future.

Very impressive villa with everything to make our holiday experience enjoyable.

Only one criticism was that we saw no one from we arrived at the villa to we left ten days later. There was no help or brochure on operating the tv for example. Also for a 10 day stay we thought we would have towels and sheets changed during our stay which was not the case!!

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at Villa Layla. Thank you so much for your feed back. We do provide a change of bedding and towels for a 2 weekly stay but not for 10 days. This can always be arranged though as an extra. All the instructions for the appliances are in a cupboard in the kitchen, but we do take on board that perhaps a more condensed instruction booklet would be much more helpful and will endeavour to provide one for next season.

House is great but if you dont sort out the electrics you will loose trade...frequent trips.

No welcome pack, restaurants listed were all miles away, the marina is stuffed with good ones. Towel rails are dangerously hot or off. Clothes rail turned up on last day ! Safety signs on pool ? Access too easy from front. Head warning on basement stairs ? Taxi firm you sent was good.

Chris, thank you for your feedback. It is always welcome. We have fixed the electricity supply. We don’t have formal restaurant recommendations. As you say there are many good restaurants in the Marina nearby. We just thought it might help if we let you know the ones we go to which are outside the Marina area. The towel rails have only just been installed for this season and we have not yet been able to install thermostats. It is a priority for us as hot towel rails in a hot climate are not always welcome! I don’t know when you requested a clothes rail, but there is one there now. There is a gate at the front of the premises which can be locked at any time and fencing around the property so we are a bit confused by your comment that access is too easy from the front. So far as warning signs are concerned, it is a good idea to put a head warning on the basement stairs and we will do that. As this is our home and not a hotel, we prefer not to rely on pool safety sign but rely on the common sense of our guests. We do have pool rules which are provided to everyone who visits. There are always snagging points when a property has its first season so it is very helpful to have these observations so we can sort them out.

Beautiful relaxing holiday

The owners of Villa Layla really have thought of everything to make your stay there a home from home. The villa itself is beautiful, with plenty of room outside to relax and enjoy the very private pool. The villa is situated in a quiet location but the marina and the hustle and bustle of the town is just a 20 minute stroll away. The villa is spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated and it was an absolute delight to stay there.

I am Married with 4 children, 2 girls who have flown the nest and 2 boys aged 13yrs and 11yrs. We live in Nottingham. We enjoy skiing and golf and the boys also enjoy surfing, although you would struggle to catch me on a surf board!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I loved this villa from the first moment I saw it. Not only is it perfect for families and friends but it is in walking distance of the Marina and the tennis academy which means I can book lessons for the boys or court time and the boys can walk or bike down to the courts on their own. We also have the equivalent of Vilamoura's Boris bikes at the end of Rua Melvin Jones. The Vilamoura train which takes you on a tour of Vilamoura stops nearby and we are on the local bus route which means there is no need for transport. This for us was the perfect location.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Villa is at the end of a quiet cut-de-sac. From the upstairs terrace you can watch golfers on the 13th tee of the Pinhal golf course. In the morning you can hear the birds and seagulls which feels like being in the country at the same time as near the sea. I find the Villa invokes a sense of calm especially when sat by the pool area or on one of the terraces.
