Hermosa remodelada en 2019 villa de 4 dormitorios con piscina climatizada, cerca de Old Village

Una hermosa y bien proporcionada villa de 4 dormitorios situada en el maravilloso pueblo viejo de Vilamoura, a solo unos minutos a pie del complejo Old Village con bares, restaurantes, supermercados, parque infantil, panadería y piscinas, y a unos 15 minutos a pie del Marina de Vilamoura y Marina Beach.

La Villa se compone de un salón / comedor de planificación abierta. El comedor con capacidad para 8 personas está idealmente ubicado frente a las puertas francesas con doble acristalamiento que se abren hacia el jardín delantero. El salón tiene un sofá esquinero de cuero y una unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción incorporada. Desde el salón, un pasillo interior se abre al cuarto dormitorio, cuarto de baño con ducha para invitados y cocina, todos los cuales se renovaron por completo en 2019. El dormitorio de la planta baja consta de dos camas individuales que pueden unirse como una doble si es necesario y tiene puertas francesas que se abren directamente a la terraza exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno eléctrico y vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, microondas y plancha / tabla de planchar. El primer piso tiene un cuarto de baño familiar con inodoro recientemente renovado y 3 habitaciones dobles, todas con armarios empotrados (dos con cama de matrimonio y la tercera con dos camas individuales). El dormitorio principal también tiene un baño privado ( También recientemente reformado). Todas las habitaciones tienen acceso a los balcones del primer piso, la tercera habitación tiene su propia terraza con zona de estar y tumbonas con vistas a la piscina.

Tanto el salón / comedor de la planta baja como las tres habitaciones de arriba ahora tienen aire acondicionado.

La villa también incluye WiFi gratuita y uso gratuito de una cuna de viaje y una trona.

Amplias y bien mantenidas áreas de jardín rodean la villa con una piscina (que se puede calentar bajo petición a un costo adicional) y una gran zona de terraza con barbacoa en el jardín trasero, con instalaciones de lavado. Todos los muebles de jardín se han renovado recientemente y ahora se componen de 8 tumbonas de ratán (con una mezcla de cojines duros y blandos) y una mesa circular de ratán, sombrilla y sillas con capacidad para 8 personas.

La calefacción se instala (se requiere durante los meses de invierno) junto con persianas de seguridad y doble acristalamiento.

La villa está en una posición privilegiada y tiene una ubicación tranquila.

La Villa está separada por jardines bien mantenidos y una piscina que está aislada y sin vecinos y está a dos minutos a pie del complejo "The Old Village" que tiene hermosos jardines paisajísticos, tres piscinas, variedad de restaurantes que van desde Cafe's a la carta , bares, parque infantil, panadería y supermercado.

Great location, really nice road. The Villa was really nice inside and very well laid out. It was immaculately clean and good rom sizes. We wete very pleased, but our only criticism was that the Patio, bbq area needs an uplift and general tidy-up.

Great villa in a super location

We stayed in this lovely villa with our now grown up family, having previously stayed in the villa next door several years ago. This villa has been very well modernised and has everything you could want for a holiday in the sun including sufficient comfortable outdoor furniture and well maintained swimming pool. A short 2 minute walk away is the lovely area of the Old Village which has a couple of lovely eateries and bars and a well stocked supermarket. Just perfect for our needs.

Fun in the sun

What a lovely villa. From booking, arriving to departing, our holiday was made so easy & enjoyable by both the owner, Michelle & her local agent, 5 Star. 3 generations enjoyed this holiday so much. The villa was well positioned for local amenities & only short walk to the Marina. It was very clean, tidy & well presented. A great location for golfers being very close to some great courses, Pinhal, Vila Sol, Laguna & others

The Villa is perfectly proportioned, rooms are a good size, bathrooms and kitchen modern and lunge/main bedrooms have AC. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The BBQ area is well positioned adjacent to the kitchen and pool and the pool itself is clean and warm. Nice garden and furniture to sit on around the pool and privacy all around the Villa. Great location near the old village - 5 mins walk away, or quick 7 mins drive into Vilamoura centre. The Villa had everything we needed and has good security via the gate and shutters. The Landlady and Agency responded quickly to any requests/questions and we were delighted with all aspects of the stay. The lounge has wifi and a good size TV for Netflix etc. A great family Villa and I will return next year for sure.

Perfect for a family holiday

The villa was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The furniture and appliances were modern and pleasant to use. The outside area including the pool, gardens and terrace were well maintained. The location is good, being close to the Old Village complex and the amenities on offer there. It is about a 20 minute walk to Vilamoura marina. Communication with the owner was easy as was dealing with the local agent. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Lovely villa - Perfect Summer break!

We had a fantastic time – the villa was perfect for us (family of six) and the Old Village/surrounding area is lovely - with lots going on for families etc - nearby Pinhal golf course highly recommended too. The garden area at the villa is a good size, very well maintained and the pool is lovely and warm. We had a few evenings of sitting outside, around the barbeque area, which is lovely and peaceful. We also had a couple of meals out in the Old Village – we found Artisan was very good – and ventured down to the Marina a few times and had some great meals there – Akvavit a particular favourite. The owners could not do enough for us. Fabulous. Overall, would recommend this villa in a heartbeat.

Family holiday with parents and our young children.

The villa was perfect for our holiday. I’m quite fussy with cleanliness and I can say that I was immediately happy with the level of cleanliness here! Was great to have a washing machine for washing towels and odd pieces of clothing here and there. The shops in the old village are within a short walk from the property which stocks everything you could ever need whilst staying here. We used the BBQ a few times and loved the outside space for eating. The only thing I feel was missing in the outdoor area were umbrellas for the sun loungers. I love relaxing whilst watching the children playing in the pool but was unable to lay on the loungers to do so as there was no shade in the garden unless sat under the umbrella at the table. Overall, we all had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely recommend it. We may return again if we return to Portugal. Great location, great weather and the villa felt like home from home!

Builders nightmare

Warned a few days before our arrival that the house next door was undergoing a ‘refurbishment’ we arrived to discover that the house was a gutted shell and was a fully operating building site… some refurb! It operated Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00 pm with very intrusive noise and a complete lack of privacy around our pool as workers overlooked our pool as the screening had been killed by the works. It took them the best part of 3 days to put up a screen (we could have done it in less than one day…!) but this obviously did not stop the noise penetration. We would never have booked had we known. Vrbo allege that they were not made aware by owners… poor. This villa should not be listed for rental until the rebuild next door is finished. And the villa is not beautiful; the outside looked tired, three of four bedrooms need refurbishing and the pool was smaller than expected. The pool’s pump stopped working and the water became progressively dirtier and cloudy. The managing agent was unable to make the TV work… Massively disappointed and underwhelmed: hours spent trying to sort out the whole mess could have been avoided if we had known the truth.

The same day we were advised by the council that the building work restriction would be lifted from 1st September, I notified the guest who could have cancelled but decided to proceed with their booking. On the day they arrived a Sunday afternoon the guest complained upon arrival saying that the pool that they required to be heated was too hot and insisted that our pool maintenance person attend straight away to the property and turn the pool heating and pump off for the duration of their stay. A privacy screen was erected at the guests request however he sent several emails of complaint about the noise of erecting the privacy fencing and time taken, bear in mind that the posts had to be concreted in. Despite the guest knowing in advance of the building work, receiving a reduced fee and option to cancel (even after they arrived) they choose to stay! This villa has undergone complete refurbishment the guest is talking complete nonsense about the rooms which fortunately the photos and my five star complementary reviews from ALL my other guests are testament to. Worst guest I have ever dealt with in 15 years of renting property and would never rent to again.

Absolutely Beautiful Villa

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and in an excellent location. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and restaurants and bars in the Old Village and a 20 minute walk to the Marina. The interior of the villa is spotlessly clean and very modern. Michelle was extremely efficient and gave us all the information we needed before we arrived, she was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, she came back to us immediately with any questions we had beforehand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Lovely villa in great location!

8 of us (6 adults, 2 children) recently stayed in this villa for a week.. great holiday overall, villa was very clean and spacious. Pool area and garden lovely with plenty of grass/shade area if needed for the children. Villa has been completed to a high standard with a lovely kitchen/lounge area. Would definitely recommend!

Great family holiday!

We stayed as 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants. The villa had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week in the sun. Very clean & travel cots were set up with sheets & pillows for the babies. This was a nice touch and we appreciated that! Villa was approx 25 minute enjoyable walk to the marina and we caught the train a few times which was nice. Pool area, outside dining area and garden clean and plenty of loungers. Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this villa to families or groups of friends. villa experience

I was not certain, 3 generations staying ageing between 14 to 72. Loved being outside so much, enjoying pool, bbq most evenings, short walk to Village Square and shop. Prices in supermarket so over priced, pity. Lovely area with some very nice villas. ~All in all loved the villa experience and would certainly villa again.

Lovely villa in great location....

We stayed at the villa half term week end of May 2017. We had a great holiday. The villa is well set up to cater for a large family ( our party consisted of 6 adults, a teenager, 3 year old & 4 month old baby) Michelle kindly provided a travel cot for the baby & there was a pull out bed for my 3 year old grandson) The heated pool & garden area are really lovely with new garden furniture & well kept lawns. The pool was checked on a regular basis by Jose ( maintenance & poolman) which was reassuring when young children are using it. The Old Village is a lovely complex with bars, restaurants & supermarket less than 5 mins away. Vilamoura Marina is within walking distance taking about 20 mins on an evening stroll & a taxi back after a fab night in the Marina was only 5 euros (great value). We also used Michelle recommendation for airport transfer which provided child car seats & 8 seater transport for 34 euros cheapest we had seen 👍 Michelle is a great support before, during & after the holiday & replies promptly to any queries which arise. Highly recommended for a fab family holiday only downside it ended too quickly! Thank you Michelle fir all your help.

Excellent Villa in superb location.

I had holidayed at this villa previously and was delighted to return for the 4th time, this time a first with my daughter and her family, including 2 children. It is in an ideal location in the beautiful Old Village, and just a short stroll to a handy small supermarket. We have been to several Villas in the Vilamoura area over the years, but particularly like this one - the area is quiet, the garden/pool area is private/secluded, the rooms are a good size, the local amenities are good, the villa is comfortable,clean, has everything you need and it is only a short drive/pleasant walk to the delights of the Marina area with lots of restaurants and shops. We all enjoyed our time there, the children loving our many barbecues and making good use of the pool. The new owner was a pleasure to deal with and tended to all our needs efficiently. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Lovely Portuguese Villa

We have always preferred to stay in Old Village when in Portugal and having stayed at owners property in Old village we was offered the Villa. We was told it was a 5 min walk and actually surprised it was even less which meant we could still benefit from all the bars, shops and restaurant during our stay, whilst having the extra benefit of own pool and garden. The Villa was lovely and comfortable and offered additonal space that we needed. Definitely would return and owner very organised every time we have book.

We purchased this villa after staying in the Old Village many times and fell in love with the area.

This villa is a great holiday accommodation and has a heated pool, sun all day in the garden and since we have purchased it we have completely renovated it with all new rewiring, replumbing, new bathrooms, extended kitchen and all rooms have been replastered, redecorated and floors retiled throughout.

Within a few minutes walk from the Old Village complex which has supermarket, bakery, play area, bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance to Vilamoura Marina and Marina Beach.
