En el pequeño lugar idílico Mlini no muy lejos de la famosa perla del Adriático Dubrovnik se encuentra esta hermosa villa de verano. Se compone de dos plantas conectadas por una escalera interior. Está equipado con interiores modernos y una hermosa terraza con piscina (25 metros cuadrados grandes) donde pasará la mayor parte de los días de verano degustando platos a la parrilla o leer su libro favorito en un entorno natural relajante rodeado de flores y vegetación. Sólo 5 minutos en coche y 15 minutos a pie le permite disfrutar de la hermosa caminata por la playa y una multitud de playas escondidas en esta zona, bares de café, restaurantes (centro de Mlini). También a 50 metros de la casa es la estación de autobuses de Dubrovnik, panadería, farmacia y pizzería. También puede visitar el pequeño pueblo de Cavtat es conocido por su línea de costa se encuentra en el mar, lleno de restaurantes de calidad y otros lugares para disfrutar. La Villa se encuentra a solo 10 minutos en coche del casco antiguo de Dubrovnik. También tenemos un conductor que maneja la furgoneta por una tarifa en caso de que lo necesite ... ¡Bienvenido!

Superb!

Amazing house! Very clean and well kept. Well equipped kitchen - great if want to cook your own food. Bedrooms are big with good beds. All bathrooms are very tidy and “fresh”. Outside is not that big but what is there is perfect (furniture, places for shade etc). Pool is in good order. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Excellent villa

Villa is extremely spacious across both floors, the additional outdoor dining area was a big plus. Surrounding area wasn't overly pretty but the local bay and coastline is stunning. Local food shop has everything you need and large supermarket is within walking distance from the villa. Hosts Milan and Anna were always on hand if required and extremely helpful. Dubrovnik and Cavtat are a must to visit either by bus or water taxi. Overall this is a great villa for groups or families

Great villa and location

Fantastic holiday, the villa was great, especially the outside area surrounded by the mountains. The owners were fantastic and extremely friendly and accommodating.

Lovely villa

Beautiful villa within walking distance of the beach and town. Great bakery 2 mins up the road as well as a small super market. Milan and his wife made us very welcome.

Excellent location near Mlini beach area

Really nice property near Mlini beach area (10 min walk). House is large and spacious for two families. Small but functional pool with enough sun beds and outside pool. Nice terrace with a big table. The grill at the yard was a bit disappointment. There is a good bakery just next door to pick up breakfast bread. And small shop. Host was friendly and arranged activities as well. We were not disturbed with construction work next door.

Perfect villa

The villa was of very good quality. Perfectly clean and with very good prestations. The welcome package was really appreciated. At walking distance from beaches, boats to islands, Dubrovnik and Cavtat, there is a modern supermarket at 10 minutes.

Lovely Villa

Villa is exactly as in the pictures, large and spacious, perfect for our party of 8 people. The pool was quite small, but was perfectly adequate and there were lots of loungers and plenty of tables and chairs on the large terrace. We had some food and beer thoughtfully left for us too. Great views out to the mountains. Only downside is there were builders in the property next door and they started before 7 each morning, of course this is not Milan's fault, they did disturb us but we are early risers anyway. The other thing I would add, it is a good 15 min walk to the beach, and the resort was a little quiet for our tastes, but I guess we were quiet early in the season. We used Ubers to get to Dubrovnik easily and cheaply and they were plentiful, we only had to wait a few minutes for them to arrive. I would suggest you go to the Panorama restaurant as the views are amazing, we had to get an Uber there as the cable car was not working at the time, but well worth the trip. The other restaurants we tried at the cross roads, a 10 mins walk were good, and in the next bay in Mlini were also good. Overall a great holiday and lovely villa, we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Simply brilliant...

From the moment we booked to the minute we departed the owner and his family could not have made us feel anymore welcome and give us all the information and contacts we needed to ensure we had an amazing time. From organising taxi's to booking restaurants, nothing was to much trouble. The Villa is in an amazing location.. 15 drive minutes from the Airport and 10 minute drive from the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you will find lots of nice places to eat and some amazing views. Within walking distance from the Villa is a small super market, bakery and pizza place but an extra 10 minute walk and there is a much larger choice of shops, bars and beach front Restaurants. The Villa itself is perfect for a family holiday. Rooms are a good size and very well maintained & plenty of hot water for all the showers. The swimming pool is great for splashing around with the kids or chilling on a floaty and there is a brilliant BBQ to enjoy if you fancy it. There is also a very strong Wifi connection which is free to use throughout your stay and if you just fancy a bit of TV then there is a large screen and plenty of space on the comfy sofas. As a family we would 100% return.. Thank you for helping make some very happy family memories!

Great property and location!

We stayed in the villa at the end of August. We were a group of 7 girls in our mid-twenties and this villa was perfect! It had everything we needed as we spent most days around the pool. The location was ideal, with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, bakery and pizzeria and about 15 minute walk down to the beach where there were some really good restaurants and bars. Dubrovnik was only 10 mins car journey away and we used the driver provided by the property and Uber. On arrival, Anna met us and advised us about a private boat trip they could arrange - we had the best day and would 100% recommend doing this! The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures and I couldn’t recommend it more! The only comment we would make is that we needed a few more mirrors! But to most that wouldn’t be a priority - however with 7 girls it was for us!! We would 100% stay here again!

Lovely villa, very well situated

The villa is very spacious, beautifully clean and really well equipped. It is a home from home and Anna and her father Milan were very welcoming and accomodating. The pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos, not suitable to swim lengths in but perfect for cooling off and for the kids to play in. Most things you would need were at the villa (we bought some laundry powder) and the fridge was stocked with drinks and seasonal grapes when we arrived. There are lots of guide books at the villa. The local supermarket had all basics a short walk away and the bakery was excellent. With a vehicle the villa is very close to a number of the local beaches. It was easy to get into Dubrovnik by Uber or there is a water taxi from srebreno (more expensive than Uber for a group). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was great and Milan and his wife made us very welcome. We stayed as two families of four and had a great holiday. Just as the pictures show, the villa is in excellent condition and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained including good wifi and a nice pool. It is situated in a great location with a bakery, shop and pizzeria within short distance. Also very well placed for both Dubrovnik and the surrounding beautiful coastline. Would definitely recommend to others.

Villa has everything you would need for a home from home.

Villa is beautiful everything you would need was available including cleaning products and plenty of towels. Milan's wife changed the sheets half way through our stay. On arrival the fridge was stocked with essentials including beer and wine! Milan very kindly brought us fruit and vegetables throughout our stay which was much appreciated. Very reasonably priced supermarket around the corner as well as a bakery and pizzeria which we frequented more than once. Would recommend a visit to Cavtat for the day, we found using Uber was cheaper to get around than the boat transfers. Croatia is a beautiful country would definitely recommend a visit and this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you to Milan and his family for their hospitality we would definitely return!

Lovely property, really clean and spacious.

Located in a village close to a supermarket and excellent bakery. The local beach is only 20-25 flat walk. From here you can get water taxis or book excursions to surrounding areas. We did not want a car and so we arranged through Milan and his agent Anna to get an airport transfer which was fabulous. We were also able to book a driver when ever we wanted which was great for visiting Dubrovnik. Anna also organised a boat for the day which we really enjoyed and would recommend. When we arrived there was already a supply of food, drinks, milk and fresh fruit and veg. Milan also sent round fresh fruit and veg mid way which was a really nice touch.. The villa was very clean and comfortable for a family of 7(adults and teens). The pool was well maintained and well enjoyed. Bedrooms spacious and 3 good bathrooms. Cleaning products available so the cleanliness was easily maintained. There is a fantastic pizzeria a few minutes walk away where the food is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. By the beach there are also plenty of great places to eat and drink. Croatia is such an interesting country and we were so lucky to stay there during the world cup. The fun and celebrations will be remembered always.

Holiday home near Dubrovnik

We had a lovely family holiday. It is an easy walk to the harbour where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The house is well presented and comfortable. We had lots of fun in the pool. The owner is very helpful and organised a driver to take us out and about when we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous Location

There were 7 of us stayed and we all absolutely loved it. The location is beautiful and so quiet but still within easy reach of Dubrovnik and walking distance of Kupari beach. It is an ideal base if you want to explore further afield as well, which we did, as the borders with Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro are not too far. There is a supermarket and bakery nearby which was delicious! Milan and his family were welcoming and very helpful. We rented a large van for all of us and there was plenty of room to park as well. We would 100% recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful!

Everything about the villa was brilliant! In total there was 7 of us and we had everything and more! Such a great location with a small shop around the corner and a larger chopping center close by too! A short 20 min walk to beautiful beaches. Milan and his family were very friendly and accommodating, booking us transfers when we wanted to go out for the day. I could not recommend this villa more and will hopefully be back!! Thank you Milan!

Ruhiges Dorf in der Nähe des Meeres

Super schöne Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen. Vermieter sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Auch der bustransfers vom Flughafen oder nach Dubrovnik wurde von ihm bzw. seiner Tochter Anna organisiert. Supermarkt und Pizzeria in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Supermarkt. Wir bräuchten kein eigenes Auto. Villa in top Zustand. Die Fotos entsprechen dem Original. Sicher eine der besten Villen in welcher wir in den letzten Jahren waren

Excellent villa and location

We had a great week here. Milan and his wife where very helpful and met us at the property despite arriving late at night. The location is ideal; there is a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant a short walk away. We hired a car, but didn't use it much as we could walk to the coast and catch the boat to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There are also plenty of buses. The house was very clean, well equipped (wifi for the children) and had a large family lounge and kitchen. We would recommend it.

A great property in village location

We stayed as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenage children) for 2 weeks. The house and pool were very clean and well presented and the house itself - bedrooms/living areas - were a great size. Milan is very friendly and accommodating too. We had a hire car and found this to be a great location to explore the Dubrovnik region away from the masses at Dubrovnik Old Town itself. The local shop and bakery are very convenient, just 1 block away. Highly recommended.

A lovely home

This villa is a lovely home with every amenity. In a quiet area the villa is spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and decorated, with comfortable beds. The outside pool and terrace were brilliant and the villa is within a 3 minute walk of a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery, with Lidl only a 5 minute drive away. Although we hired a car there was a bus stop nearby with regular buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The owners Milan and his wife live behind the villa and were very welcoming and friendly, we were offered a beer on arrival and gifts of tomatoes and veg were left throughout our stay. If we visit this area of Croatia again we will definitely stay here.
